C'est avec un grand plaisir que j'ai découvert ce site francophone fantastique. Je suis une Chinoise qui vit à Montréal depuis vingt jours seulement. Comme tous les nouveaux arrivants, je souhaite trouver rapidement un emploi dans cette terre d'accueil. Mon objectif est d'obtenir un poste d'enseignante de français dans un établissement d'enseignement québecois. Je sais que c'est très difficile, puisque le français n'est pas ma langue maternelle. Mais j'ai été prof de français pendant deux ans dans une université chinoise, et puis j'ai fait huit ans d'études en France où j'ai obtenu deux DEA et un doctorat en didactique du français langue étrangère. Je voudrais donc savoir si j'aurai des chances d'obtenir un tel poste à Montréal avec ces diplômes français. Si la chance est zéro, j'opterai pour une autre voie pour m'intégrer le plus rapidement possible dans la société québecoise. La qualite de ta syntaxe et de ta formulation etant certainement meilleure que celle de mes concitoyens et de la mienne, il n y a aucune raison pour que tu ne trouves pas un emploi.

Il me semble que c'est un long processus, pour l'instant, je ne peux faire autrement que d'attendre le résultat avec impatience et inquiétude, car je ne suis pas sûre que les écoles québécoises embaucheront une étrangère pour enseigner le français.
Effectivement, le français québécois est un peu difficile à comprendre, surtout au téléphone. Mais je m'y habituerai. L'accent parisien me manque beaucoup.😕

Le fait que tu sois d'origine chinoise ne crée aucun problème.
Ce qui compte c'est la qualité de tes diplômes et leur reconnaissance au Québec.
Au service de l'immigration du Québec il y a des personnes qui vont te donner les équivalences entre tes diplômes et ceux d'ici.
Il y a aussi le bureau du Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec à Montréal qui pourra t'aider.
Tu peux commencer à faire des démarches auprès de la Commission scolaire de Montréal (rue Sherbrooke Est) et les différentes universités de Montréal : Université de Montréal, McGill. Concordia et l'Université du Québec.
Également, il y a les écoles privées qui dispensent d'un enseignement de la langue française aux anglophones et allophones.
Tu pourras trouver facilement ces endroits sur Internet.

Il n'y a pas de discrimination à ce niveau. Le fait que tu sois étrangère n'est pas un handicap.
Quant à l'accent, il ne faut pas s'en faire outre mesure. Il y a plusieurs dialectes en Chine. Et en doulce France, il y a des accents sont fort différents entre certaines régions😉

As-tu essayé de donner ton nom à la commission scolaire de Montréal pour faire de la suppléance? Je pense qu'il manque de suppléant compétent. Aussi, il y a les cégep qui donnent les cours de francisation aux nouveaux arrivants. Je pense que tu pourrais être une candidate idéale pour aider les immigrants à apprendre le français.
J'ai eu une entrevue individuelle avec une agente d'accompagnement de MICC. Je lui ai dit que je voulais enseigner le français aux immigrants, puisqu'il y a COFI, elle m'a répondu qu'il y a déjà une centaine de profs de français sur la liste d'attente. Avec mon diplôme de doctorat, je pourrai enseigner théoriquement à l'université, mais selon elle, c'est un chemin extrêmement long . Peut-être pourrais-je trouver un poste aux Cegeps, qui ne demandent pas le permis d'enseigner. Mais c'est pas sûr non plus. De toute façon, les infos que j'ai obtenues auprès de cette agente ne me permettent pas d'être optimiste. Mais je vais quand même tenter ma chance.

Seulement une faute dans votre texte, les "si" mangent les rais alors si j'ai.
Je me torture les méninges depuis un moment mais rien à faire. J'imagine que c'est un truc mnémotechnique du style mais où et donc or ni car ? Sûrement typiquement québécois car jamais entendu par ici !

Bon, étant moi-même enseignante au Québec, je dois tout de suite te dire que pour enseigner au Québec, sauf quelques petites et rares exceptions (ccas par cas) pour enseigner au secondaire. Tu ne pourras pas enseigner au primaire-préscolaire sans avoir fais un Baccalauréat en enseignement, de 4 ans à l'université au Québec.
Je sais qu'ils font des exceptions, étant donné la gande pénurie d'enseignants, en enseignement au secondaire en mathématiques et en sciences. En français au seconaire, il n'y a pas de pénurie malheuresement, donc pas d'exception.
Si tu veux enseigner le français au Québec, que ce soit au primaire ou au secondaire...tu devas faire le bacc. de 4 ans universitaire.

Il semble que j'aie encore un long chemin à parcourir pour devenir enseignante de français au Québec. Passer encore quatre ans à l'université pour un bac d'enseignement, je ne sais pas si j'ai le courage de le faire. J'ai déjà 36 ans, et j'ai déjà passé trop de temps à étudier, maintenant je veux travailler. Peut-être dois-je choisir vraiment un autre chemin? 😕
Moi aussi, j'admire votre maîtrise du français et votre détermination à l'enseigner. Pour ma part, je suis né et j'ai étudié au Québec, je ne peux donc témoigner de la difficulté de s'y intégrer. Vu que j'enseigne à l'université, je peux tout de même ajouter qu'il est peu probable qu'une spécialiste de la didactique du français LANGUE ÉTRANGÈRE puisse obtenir un poste d'enseignante de français LANGUE MATERNELLE.
Mais avez-vous songé à enseigner votre propre langue maternelle (à des francophones, bien entendu) ? Je crois qu'il y a une demande grandissante pour les cours de poutonghoua.

J ai enseigne le francais langue maternelle dans les ecoles secondaires du Quebec et le francais langue SECONDE ( un peu differente de FLE) au Quebec et dans les autres provinces du Canada.
Personnellement, je crois qu avec un doctorat et 2 DEA il serait preferable de tenter votre chance en Colombie Britannique ( Vancouver et Victoria) et en Ontario dans les universites ; en meme temps, vous pouvez egalement enseigner le Mandarin .

J'ai effectivement cinq ans d'expériences dans l'enseignement du chinois en France. Je chercherai donc des infos dans ce domaine. En même temps, je chercherai aussi des opportunités dans les universités d'autres provinces, même si la perspective reste aussi peu optimiste. De toute façon, l'homme propose, Dieu dispose.😛

Elle a réussi meme si elle n avait pas de permis de travail Alors j imagine si tui as un permis ce sera encore plus facile. Recherche les sites internets de toute les commissions scolaires du secteur et les sites des écoles privées Peut etre tu trouveras en étant patiente.
