*Logement : y'en a pas mal qui disent que logement débute a partir de 3000/4000dh dans les petite villes villes touristique comme agadir etc.. et 4000-6000dh pour les grandes villes , comme "Casablanca-Rabat"
Moi qui a habité dans ces deux villes :
-je pourrais vous dire que dans une Grande ville comme Casablanca , vous trouverez facilement un apppart de 80m²ou+ dans un quartier tranquille a 2500dh 🙂( vue que moi j'en ai , j'habite a Bélvedèr , l'un des quartier ou y'a + de verdures/tranquillités a Casablanca! ) bien sur 2500dh est la moyenne. après, avec 2500-3000dh vous trouverez facilement un appart de ce genre dans différentes quartier a casablanca , la seul choses a faire est de bien "chercher"
je préfere Rabat , car Casablanca est vraiment une mauvaise destination pour l'instant, ça a l'air d'un grand chantier a cause des travaux et y'a beaucoup de pollution...🙁
-Pour les villes récentes type Agadir.., j'y vais assez souvent pour me détendre et je trouve facilement un appart de superficie 60-70m² dans un quartier que j'adore!! a Riad Salam a 2000DH-2500DH MAX!
et dans d'autres quartier a côté de ce dernier , on trouve facilement de la même superficie a 1500Dh ( semi équipé )

personnellement je suis ingénieur en informatique , j'ai débuté a 10 000dh , et j'ai une belle vie hamdolah..je mange super bien/je sors chaque weekend-end/je voyage assez souvent.. et ça grimpe vite car dans mon entreprise on trouve facilement des gens avec 3ans exp et qui ont 20 000dh...
pour les diplômés en quelconque domaine en informatique/marketing/commerciales... ils débute minimum avec 6000-8000dh! et rien qu'avec ça on vis tranquillement (mes deux fréres sont 2exemples parfait)
et bien sur , si on a " Aucun diplôme" , c'est sur qu'on doit pas s'attendre a un miracle , sauf si vous avez un talent particulier , un ami a moi qui est champion d’échec , enseigne dans 2 écoles privés " les échecs" et touche 6000dh/mois.
chez nous , une famille française , Mme xxx et sa fille sont deux profs de français et touche presque le double de mon salaire et les exemples sont infinis...
Bref, c'était seulement pour rectifier quelque propos , bien sur.. si on sait pas se débrouiller, on se fera avoir donc , faut savoir " négocier " .

ça c'est faux.... n'oublie pas que tu est marocain, et que pour les européens, les prix ne sont pas les mêmes. Très honnêtement, le "facilement" est de trop.

Tu fais donc partie des professions qui ont un salaire "haut de gamme", parce que tirées vers le haut, notamment à cause de l'off-shoring, tout dépend des secteurs.
Pour un débutant avec un diplome universitaire marocain de type licence, 3.000 - 4.000 dirhams est un salaire moyen
J'ai croisé beaucoup de jeunes diplomés en commerce qui n'arrivaient pas à trouver un boulot fixe, et qui sautaient de stage en stage, en dessous des 4.000 dirhams, et sans CNSS
La riqueur scientifique des ingénieurs t'oblige à différencier entre les filières, les formations, etc

Tu sais, l'élite ça se définit statistiquement, il y a le top 1%, le top 10% et la moyenne. Par tes études, ta situation, tu es largement au dessus de la moyenne, donc tu fais partie d'une élite. Même si il y a plus élite que toi.

Ma femme est Marocaine et avec ses parents, résidant depuis bien longtemps dans le quartier de Belvédère, ayant beaucoup d’amis marocains, ils ont cherchés un appartement, 2 chambres, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, et justement sur Belvédère et je puis te garantir que les prix étaient tous au-dessus de 4000 dhs sauf un à 3000 mais dans un état lamentable. Je n’ose donc pas imaginer l’état du tien car à ce prix, oui, il y en a mais des taudis surtout sur Belvédère que je connais très bien. Alors arrêtes tes conneries car tu fais de la désinformation.
Quant au fait de citer les noms de personnes avec leurs salaires j’espere pour toi qu’elles ne liront pas ces propos qui risquent de ne pas leur plaire ce qui est normal car tu n’as pas à donner de noms en public et je puis te garantir que si j’étais à leur place ce serait directement au tribunal
J'habite au 79.Belveder Boulevard Ibn tachefine , cherche par toi meme ou dis a ta femme marocaine de voir combien se loue un appart ( sachant que la qualité de ce dernier et d'immeuble en question va dépasser largement ce que vous pouvez imaginer) , y'a 3 superficie , de 80m² , de 120m² de 160m² , le mien est a 2500dh! le 160m² est a 4xxxdh environ ( je connais pas celui de 120m²) et regarde la qualité et l'emplacement!!! ( qui j'en suis sur sera 100fois mieux que la votre , vu comment vous imaginez les choses..)
