a mada tout est possible mais en tant qu etranger la comptabilité est aussi rude qu en france
il faut etre en regle avec les procedures et c est bon, en gros il prenne 30 pour cent
j ai un terrain sur l ile de ste marie, precisement a l ile au nattes
il m a fallu plus d un an de procedure pour obtenir un bail de 99 ans
je possede 5000 m2
l endroit est paradisiaque, a 50 m d une plage blanche eblouissante comme la neige
j y ai peché il y a moins d un mois dans le petit lagon une carangue de 2 kilos a 1 m de profondeur
la je suis a mayotte car il me faut qq economies pour y construire ce que je veux
mais les possibilités touristiques sont plus que possible
ce que je propose est simple
pour construire qq chose sur cette ile d assez luxe et grand pour une clientele ciblée mais nombreuses il faut compter sur le rythme malgache et les nombreux aller retour sur la grande terre
qq doit surveiller tout le temps les travaux, la maison, le puit, les charpentes, les angles droits.
pour un petit complexe il faut compter plus d un an de travaux.
je propose de lèguer une partie de mon terrain, environ 2200 m2, de m occuper des papiers definitifs, de construire et suivre les travaux de votre "complexe" qui sera donc sur votre partie pour ainsi m aider a financer mon idée sur mon propre terrain

Je suis à la recherche d'un associé pour mon projet sur tananarive, je vais partir ce 10 AOUT là bas pour créer la sociéte de distribution de produits de grande consommation comme riz, couches bébés, alcool, ..., j'ai déjà les personnels, le magasin, j'ai peu de fons de démarrage donc je commence petit, je suis secrétaire comptable.
j'ai un autre projet sur la collecte de poisson sur la région de majunga, j'ai l'agrément déjà mais j'ai pas pu encore commencer l'activité de collecte et vente en gros de produits de mer faute de finance
j'ai aussi un projet de créer une usine de fabrication de couches bébés
un projet aussi sur l'énergie solaire
je suis très intéréssée aussi pour le bioéthanol et le reste mais je ne connais pas ce domaine (fabrication), je possède un terrain ou il est peut etre possible de faire la plantation des tournesols, ...
j'avais aussi un projet d'exportation de fruits séchés quand j'étais encore étdiante et je pense le mettre en oeuvre mais je ne sais pas trop la démarche à faire pour chercher des clients étrangers acheteurs
autre projet qui pourrait marcher aussi c'est une grande surface de produits locaux (bio, ...)

Bonjour monsieur, peut-etre que c'est déjà trop tard de vous connecter mais je suis une jeune femme malgache de 28 ans, mère de famille.Je voudrais créer une grande école(je suis enseignante des sciences physiques au lycée), ainsi qu'une entreprise de production alimentaire à madagascar.
J'en suis sure à cent pour cent, monsieur; parceque ce sont mes spécialités que je parle et que voudrais bien exploiter, j'ai déjà multiples idées en tête pour commencer et je n'arrête pas de continuer des recherches. J'ai déjà deux terrains mieux à exploiter pour des projets de ce type.

Vous avez bien raison, et je vis à Madagascar en ce moment. La crise empêche beaucoup de chose mais je crois que je dois voir toujours les côtés positifs.
En plus j'ai besoin de temps pour l'étude et la recherche afin de bien réaliser les projets en question.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.

5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
