J'aimerais savoir s'il y en a parmis vous qui prévoyez y aller aussi.
Je voyage habituellement seule et habituellement dans de petits hotel (250 - 300 personnes). Mais comme il y a de bons prix pour certaines grosses chaine hotelières, j'ai envie d'essayer...
Les choix qui s'offrent a moi sont:Santa Lucia (MAyanabo, Brisas, Caracol et Grand Club)Holguin (Club Amigo) Varadéro (Seule destination ou on peut avoir des départs de Québec...donc très intéressant)
Alors je me demandais s'il y avait des gens qui pensait prendre leur vacances en meme temps que moi...ce serait plaisant de faire connaissance.
Si vous avez autres suggestions....ca me servira a faire mon choix.
mon budget: 1200$ / 2 semaines départ le 30 juillet.
Dans tes choix je connait seulement le Club Amigo à Holguin et j'ai rien à dire contre, même que j'ai adorée...Par contre les deux fois que j'y suis allée c'est durant les fêtes en haute saison, toi tu prévois y aller en août et je sais que durant les mois d'été tu auras moins de services ouvert (buffet, restos à la carte et Piscine).
Je te souhaite bonne réflexion sur ta destination.
Je suis allée lan dernier deux semaines en aout et je prévois le faire de nouveau cette année (mais moi ce sont les deux dernieres d'aout malheureusement!! )
Il fait tres tres tres chaud a cette période! tu ne fais rien et leau te perle sur le front :) Donc disons quon va la pour ''s'effoirer'' et non pour faire une panoplie dactivités, car la chaleur est, a certains jours, presque insupportable pour faire quelque chose !!
Jétais au Caracol, a Santa Lucia et je suis déja allée a Holguin aussi (Grand Playa Turquesa) . Cette année je ne sais pas encore, tout dépendra de mon copain :)

Alors, je te conseille le Club Amigo a Holguin, tu seras directement sur la plage publique avec ses bars. Les opportunités de fraterniser avec le peuple y sont plus grandes. A Varadero, je trouve les cubains plus matérialistes puisqu'il s'agit d'un endroit beaucoup plus touristique. Ils sont moins authentiques je dirais.

Pour ce qui est de mon voyage au mois d'aout, je lavais acheté une ou deux semaines avant de partir... ! (Javais payé 1100 pour deux semaines au Caracol)
POur ce qui est de Holguin, malheureusement je nme suis pas tres d'accord avec Maya... Jy ai été en novembre, et il est tres difficile de trouver des cubains sur la plage et dans les discotheques, puisqu'ils sont habituellement réservés aux touristes. Du moins, pour l'hotel ou j'étais, pour le club amigo je ne sais pas ...
Moi je te suggere fortement santa lucia, le caracol ou encore le gran club. La plage est publique, les discos aussi, on peut aller manger dans des restos typiquement cubain, et aussi s'organiser avec des animateurs pour aller manger chez l'habitant.
Je suis d'accord avec Maya... Pour être en contact avec le peuple, au Amigo Guardalavaca, tu ne te trompe pas.
C'est certain que si tu va juste à la disco sur le site, tu seras juste avec des touristes du Amigo.
Pour être avec le peuple, tu as la disco la Roca qui se situe à environ 5 minutes de marche et les beach party le soir sur la plage public du Amigo.
J'y suis allée deux fois au Amigo durant les fêtes et durant la journée, il y avait beaucoup de cubains sur la plage publique et ce que j'ai adorée c'est que tu peut autant danser le jour que le soir sur la playa au son de leur musique et avec eux 😉.

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
