Je pars début janvier avec mon copain à Playa Del Carmen pour une durée d'un an minimum. Nous travaillons depuis notre domicile sur Internet et n'auront donc aucune recherche d'emploi à effectuer. J'avais cependant plusieurs questions :
1/ Est-il difficile de trouver un logement sans fiche de paie sachant que nous avons les ressources pour payer plusieurs mois à l'arrivée et/ou de régler la caution ? Quels documents doit-on fournir au propriétaire pour une location de longue durée ?
2/ Qu'y-a-t'il d'intéressant à voir/faire lorsque l'on vit à PDC, quels sont les endroits moins touristiques de la ville ?
3/ Connaissez-vous le budget d'une location pour un appartement d'environ 50/60m² avec terrasse ?
4/ Avez vous des contacts d'agences immobilières fiables sur place ? (hormis site Internet comme andale.mx etc)
5/ Avez-vous des informations concernant les assurances santé pour les expat français ?
6/ Quel serait votre conseil premier pour un couple allant s'installer la bas ?

salut elaine tout d abord si vous travailler sur internet renseigner vous bien au niveau des reseaux car ici c est la web mexicaine et il y a certaines web qui sont inaccessibles cause zone geographique..
bref vous contez venir avec visa touriste?si oui achetez billet aller retour obligatoire pour ne pas avoir de pb a l aeroport.vous pouvez entrer sans visa aussi pour 180 jours, apres c est simple tu sors du pays (belize par ex)et tu rerentres, par contre renseigne toi bien car si vous ne contez pas travailler ici ok mais si vous voulez , la loi vient de chamger .depuis le 9/11/12 tu ne peux plus changer de statut.si tu rentre comme touriste tu ne peux pas travailler legalement(au black fortement deconseiller ss peine de prison).
bref ici c est tres cher..si vous voulez rester ds le centre car a l exterieur si tu n est pas brune et petite tu te fais vite remarquer..jajaj!!compte studio 350 e mini 1 ch 400/450 e...plus electricite(pas comprise cause air conditione!!) et gaz (bouteille souvent).
c est facile de louer ..il ne te demande rien a part de payer le notaire pour le contart (80 a 150 e)et 1 mois de loyer contrat mini de 6 mois .
les gens sont sympa la plage est belle l eau turquoise
si vous avez de l argent ya des choses a faire (excursion parcs plongees, , )
obligatoire de parler espagnol et/ou anglais..
ne prenez pas de dollar l euro est plus fort (1 e egal 16 pesos)
demandez a votre banque combien elle vous prend chaque fois que vous payez par carte ici(+/- 3e)
papiers important traduit en espagnol et apostille (plus facile a faire avant de partie que d ici au cas ou!!)
bref si tu as d autre question j essaierais de te repondre au mieux
mais je ne suis la que depuis 3 semaines alors nous aussi on est ds nouveaux mais petit a petit on s informe
le plus important pour toi maintenant c est de te renseigner au niveau du FM 3 ou en quel statut vous allez venir ici..

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
