j'aimerai partir vivre en Tunisie à partir de Janvier 2008, j'ai contacté l'Ambassade de Tunisie cela fait maintenant 1 mois et demi et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse alors est ce quelqu'un peut me donner des renseignements,
plusieurs questions se posent:
Dois je faire les papiers nécessaire en France avant mon départ?
Est il interressant de prendre un transitaire pour mes appareils electromenager,
Puis je rentrer avec mon vehicule en Tunisie puisque je pense prendre le bateau à Gênes? Si oui vais je payer des taxes, puis je mettre mon electomenager dans mon véhicule puisque c'est un déménagement?Ai je besoin des factures et vais je payer des taxes?
Dois je passer obligatoirement par une agence pour faire un achat immobilier?
Quand dois je demander ma carte de ré"sident?
Ou alors j'arrive en Tunisie sans aucun formulaire ?
Je pense également investir dans un commerce, quelles sont les démarches à suivre?

Pour une acquisition faites vous assister par un avocat qui pourra rédiger l'acte en français.
Vous pouvez demander votre carte de résident une fois arrivée en Tunisie : il faut justifier d'un domicile et de revenus réguliers (virement de votre compte français sur un compte tunisien)

merci pour les conseils, mais j'ai déja vécu 2 fois 3 mois en Tunisie et ca me plait vraiment. Mon ami est tiunisien et nous ne supportons plus d'être séparé, c'est trop dur pour tous les 2
je sais que la culture est différente ainsi que la religion. Mais a chaque fois ç fait maintenant 9 fois que j'y vais en 1 an et demi et tout me plais.
Je dois préciser qu'avec mon ami il n'y a jamais été question d'argent!
Il connait parfaitement ma situation et jamais il s'est permis de me demander quoique ce soit! Respect! Je pense qu'il y a quelques exceptions.
Maintenant il me suffit de faire les papiers pour y vivre mais la je suis un peu perdue.

à moins d'avoir des choses de valeur et introuvable sur place, le mieux c'est de vendre tes affaires en france et d'en racheter sur place car bcp plus economique

Moi je veux m'installer sur Houmet Souk, comme idée Biseness oui j'ai
laverie automatique, il faut savoir que la majorité des hommes qui travaillent sur Djerba ne sont pas de l'ile, ils vivent en collocation afin de payer leur loyer et comme exemple tous les chauffeurs de bus de 4/4 doivent emporter leur vetements de travail au pressing et tout dépend des horraires qu'ils ont ils ne peuvent pas le récupérer, et le reste du linge ils le lavent à la main, encore du travail quand ils ont terminé leur dure journée.
Glacier, il y a tellement de touriste européen, qui se promène dans les souks et qui demande à manger une glace avec cette chaleur, il n'y a que des esquimaux.
Location de voitures de plus en plus de touriste veulent louer un véhicule sur place pour les visites et faire des excursions à la carte, car en passant par les tours opérateurs c'est trop cher! Dautant plus j'y suis allée le mois dernier pendant 1 mois j'ai pu louer 1 voiture seulement 1 semaine car il n'y en avais plus de disponible. Alors qu'est ce que c'est en été quand ils ont une grande affluence de touriste?
Un bon conseil, ne fait pas de suite les démarches pour être résidente... tu seras mains et pieds liés et plus de liberté pour sortir quand tu veux et comme tu veux !!! Je sais de quoi je parle ! Surtout ne t'associes pas du tout avec un tunisien (!!!), n'investit pas de l'argent personnel (passes par un crédit bancaire) et en France, assures tes arrières... garde un compte en banque, un point de chute....!!
Ce n'est pas les étrangers qui manquent qui ont voulu faire la même "aventure" et qui sont rentrés les mains complètement vides !!!
Question de couple, tu seras dans un environnement musulman, alors pas de concubinage ou sinon tu seras de suite mise à l'index ! Réfléchis bien et prends ton temps pour le mariage !!! Les Tunisiens sont très patients quand ils veulent obtennir qque chose... savent attendre !
Tes nombreuses escapades En Tunisie, ce n'était que des vacances.... y vivre à l'année... cela devient différent et bonjour la désillusion !!! Cela n'a rien à voir avec mentalité ou religion ou traditions....

Tout d'abord il faut savoir que mon ami est venu 3 mois en France pour connaitre le pays et voir si il pouvait s'y plaire, il n'a eu aucun probleme d'adaptation mis à part le racisme, j'habite en Alsace et là ils sont très fort de ce côté là!
Bien sur il m'a demandé en mariage et nous en avons parlé longuement, on attendra le temps qu'il faudra si quelque chose doit se faire.Il n'est pas pressé.Maintenant je verrai une fois sur place si il change de comportement ou non!
Je pense que quand tu vis déjà 2 fois 3 mois chez lui, je ne considère plus ça comme des vacances, j'ai quand même eu le temps de le connaître et de voir son comportement. Quand je suis allée chez lui j'ai pris l'équivalent de ce qu'il gagne et nous avons très bien vécu . Et en ce qui concerne l'investissement, je n'ai jamais voulu m'associer en France pour mes entreprises alors en aucun cas je le ferai dans un autre pays. Même si ce sera un peu dur car là ce sera tout nouveau pour moi mais seule.Dailleurs mon ami tient absolument à garder son travail. Il ne veut pas dépendre de moi!Maintenant peut être que ce sont que des belles paroles pour m'inciter à venir mais je me répète jamais il m'a demandé ne serait ce que 50 Euros.Il me dit toujours "avant de me connaitre il vivait comme ça et que ça doit continuer )certes quand je vivrais la bas il aura une vie meilleure mais j'ai des comptes bloqués en France que je ne peux pas toucher pendant 10 ans et d'ici là on verra.
Peut être que l'amour rend aveugle et que je me ferai avoir comme beaucoup !!!! mais qui peut le dire?

Bonjour, oui il y a des exceptions...tout le monde et meme moi avant de partir en vacances j'avais des prejuges mais maintenant j'en ai plus car voia j'ai trouvé un maour la bas et je compte bien le garder..malheureusement nous vivons tres loin l'un de l'autre...certaines personnes ne comprennent pas ce que je ressens mais je sais qu'il est different..riena avoir avec l'argent...car je n'ai pas moi meme beaucoup de moyen

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
