Si vous avez envie de vous investir dans un projet " humanitaire" ( je n'aime pas trop ce mot...), que vous voulez accompagner des enfants des rues, des enfants défavorisés dont personne ne s'occupe, alors mon projet pourrait vous intéresser.
Je pars pendant 3 mois au Cambodge, retrouver des enfants avec qui j'avais déjà monté un premier projet ( atelier d'expression plastique, spectacle, documentaire et édition d'un livre), pour les emmener voir les splendeurs d'Angkor, et pour mettre à neuf une école gratuite et donc spartiate, non loin de la capitale.
Nous avons besoin de personnes motivées et qui sont prêtes à vivre à la "roots" ( je n'aime pas non plus ce mot...).

Nous chechons un plan pour rencontrer des enfants des rues, pour les aider, pour s'occuper d'eux ... Nous sommes mineurs et nous habitont dans le jura ce qui ne facilite pas notre projet. Nous avons des connaisssances ds le milieu artistique et nous sommes surtout très motivée. Ca fait longtemps qui nous pensons à construire notre projet pour 2004 ou 2005 (nous aurons alors de 16 à 18 ans). Encore une fois, je trouverais dommage que malgré notre jeune age nous ne pouvions réaliser notre rêve en 2004 ou 2005 car nous pensons que les enfants ont vraiment besoin d'aide.
Je suis heureuse de voir que vous êtes motivées et j'espère que cela ne changera pas.
Je compte de toute façon retourner au Cambodge tous les ans donc un projet sera forcément prévu pour ces années là, sans doute la continuation de ceux que je mène actuellement. Si vous voulez en savoir plus, je dirigerai sans doute des rendez-vous culturels sur le Cambodge à la fin de cet été, mais cela aura lieu à Paris. Dans tous les cas, si vous restez intéressées par ce qui peut se mener dans mon pays, je vous propose de me contecter d'ici là. Restez aussi déterminées jusqu'en 2004.

On y abordera des thèmes de discussion tel que " le pillage de l'art khmer", " la réalité de l'aide humanitaire", " la contrefaçon de la réalité de la guerre par les médias" etc...

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
