J'habite actuellement en republique dominicaine avec mon mari et mes deux enfants 10 ans et 16 ans, nous pensons fortement à partir pour essayer de vivre aux baleares. Nous n'avons pas de probléme de langue parlons espagnol sauf mon fils de 10 ans(nous sommes francais). Des personnes habitants l'ile peuvent elles me fournir quelques renseignements.
possibilité au niveau de création de commerce? cout des loyers ? (aimons notre confort) école pour les enfants ( collége francais et lycée) l'endroit un peu pus idéal pour vivre, que penser d'ibiza?

Depuis ce temps oui nous avons quitté la rep dominicaine, nous sommes repartis sur l'espagne (que nous connaissons depuis 20 ans). Nous avons d'abord passé quelques temps à Ibiza, mais cet endroit trop touristique, avec des tonnes de touristes anglais ne nous a rien dit (revenant de rep dom le changement dur dur) Ibiza endroit assez superficiel, ensuite nous avons fait las palmas, ne nous a rien dit non plus surtout pour monter une affaire, rien à faire là bas.
Puis Barcelone, mignon mais sans plus et puis trop près de la France.
Finalement nous sommes resté un an sur Madrid, en pensant repartir rapidement vers un autre pays. L'espagne n'est plus ce qu'elle était, les prix ont flambés, l'immobilier très cher pour ce qu'il vaut, et Madrid de plus en plus sale, les gens avec de moins en moins de savoir vivre, le taux d'alcolémie en forte hausse enfin ça craint.... (mon mari est espagnol, et lui même ne reconnait plus l'espagne d'aujourd'hui).
Après une longue et pesante année à madrid, nous sommes enfin partis.... aujourd'hui nous vivons au mexique, pour combien de temps je ne sais pas, nous changeons regulièrement. L'expatriation est notre mode de vie....
Par contre le Mexique est un pays très agréable, la majorité des mexicains adorables avec un savoir vivre.
Au niveau de la corse, c'est une île que j'apprecie beaucoup et avons déjà sejourné 3 fois là bas et fait le tour de l'île, nous avions même pensé un jour nous y installer mais nous bougeons plus pour l'instant vers des destinations plus lointaines et la france pour l'instant non merci.....
Voila un peu notre petit bout de chemin depuis, ce que je te raconte est notre avis personnel par rapport au endroit, j'espere qu'il pourront un peu t'éclairer. Mais sincerement pour le bizness laisse tomber l'espagne pour l'instant, plus interressant.

Nous avons un ami qui etais installe à Playa (il est reparti maintenant sur l'Espagne) et un autre à Puerto Vallarta que nous avons etes voir Tu as raison sur les Mexicains qui sont tres sympas et pas prises de tete. Ou etes vous et que faites vous au Mexique...

Non nous n'avons pas recu ton message prive...Lors de mon dernier mail je te demandais ce que vous faisiez au Mexique car l'expatriation n'est pas tjrs facile surtout pour le boulot ou il est tres dur de trouver à moins de creer son emploi... Comme je te l'ai dit j'avais un pote à Playa et 2 sur Puerto Vallarta..les 3 ont vendus leur affaire cat tres dur de bosser; ils avaient un resto et un bar (loyer excessif et rentabilite plus que moyenne)

PS Tu as raison pour la Corse super mais dur l'hiver et la France trop de charges..tu travailles pour l'etat qui tepompe tellement que ca en deviens invivable...
Au Mexique nous sommes pour l'instant installés à Tlalnepantla, à 30 minutes du DF. Cela est notre pied à terre mais comptons bouger autour du Mexique et d'autres pays (rep dom, costa rica, panama, miami etc....) par goût mais aussi par rapport au travail de mon époux.
D'habitude de mon côté j'ouvre un commerce, mais ici je donne des cours de français. Mon mari lui est ingenieur informaticien sap ici, mais comme dis auparavant avec des clients à differents endroits.
Suite a ton dernier message, à propos des creations d'entreprises c'est ce que nous avions fait en rep dominicaine mais c'est exact que nous y avons laissé plus de plume qu'autres choses. L'expatriation à travers le monde n'est pas chose facile, changement sans cesse de maison, culture, bouffe, ami etc....mais si tu as la force de caractere necessaire on vit de bons moments, et plein de souvenirs dans la tête. Avec le temps tu acqueris de l'experience, et les erreurs comises avant, tu les evites.
De notre côté la pire et d'avoir était arnaqué en rep dom par nos propres compatriotes (petit mafia francaise, arriviste, prete à tout pour le pognon) chose qu'ils se permettent ailleurs, car en france sa marche pas.
Et vous pourquoi ne pas réaliser le rêve de ta femme partir ailleurs, le mexique pourquoi pas? avez vous des enfants? car s'expatrier n'est pas chose toujours facile, surtout le faire avec l'accord de tous les membres de la famille est très important.
De quel côté de la Corse habitez vous?
Voila un peu notre emploi du temps ici, mais bon on profite bien quand même. 😉

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
