j'aimerai avoir un retour d'expérience de certains d'entre vous car, je voudrais changer de statut de visa une fois sur place (3 mois après) mon n'arrivée.
j'aimerai changer mon visa touriste à celui de travail sans quitter le territoire.
Alors est ce possible de le faire si oui quels sont les procédures à suivre? Combien cela me coûtera t-il? Si quelqu'un parmi vous a déjà vécu une expérience similaire merci de bien vouloir la partager.

2 éléments:
après votre séjour touristique, vous devez rentrer dans votre pays. Le visa touristique n'a pas d'autre vocation que celui de faire ... du tourisme. Si vous restez au-delà de votre limite, vous etes dans l'il légalité et vous risquez gros (Kick out et interdiction de revenir pendant plusieurs années)
Deuxièmement pour obtenir un visa de travail, une entreprise doit accepter de vous sponsoriser et pour cela vous devez montrer que vous avez des compétences qu'aucun Américain ne peut apporter. L'interview pour ce visa se fait dans votre pays.
Un visa n'est pas un titre que l'on change a son plein gre quand bon nous le semble.

Impossible de le faire sans quitter le territoire.
malgre ce que disent les autres, tu as le droit de faire un changement de status quand tu es sous un visa B2 !
bien sur, il faut que tu prouves ton nouveau status: travailleur (la c'est l'employeur qui va faire les demarches de sponsoring pour le visa, donc avoir le form I797), etudiant etc.
non pas besoin, elle peut rester aux US sans avoir a sortir pour obtenir le visa sur le passeport.
par contre si la personne sort des US pour des vacances ou autre raison, la oui il faut repasser par la case ambassade pour avoir le visa dans le passeport, car sinon elle ne pourra par re-entree aux US.

En fait, moi j ai un Bachelor américain que j ai obtenu dans mon pays et je n ai pas pu avoir de vrai boulot lié à mon Diplôme alors, j ai décidé d aller en tant que touriste au US pour voir si je peux avoir des opportunités d'emploi pour avoir une expérience professionnel dans mon domaine qui est la finance et pourvoir continuer mes études après si possible car les études son super cher au US d'ou le besoin de trouver l’emploi d'abord.

J' ai lu toutes les instructions sur le site de l'ambassade; je sais aussi que je ne peux pas travailler, ni étudier alors je voulais juste connaitre les possibilités que je pourrais avoir si après mon tourisme je décides de changer de statut. je compte ne faire aucune bêtise qui pourrait pousser les autorités à m expulser du territoire

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
