Eh ien voila comme pas mal de monde sur ce forum, je vais partir en expat à sao paulo avec ma famille pour la fin de l'année. De ce fait j'aurais aimé avoir qq renseignements notamment en ce qui concerne le logement.
De ce que j'ai pu lire sur les forums et de mon expérience local, trouver un logement au plus proche de son lieux de travail est le plus judicieux. Il faut toute fois faire attention à se retrouver dans un quartier sécurisé. ne connaissant pas très bien Sao Paulo, J'aurias aimé savoir quel était le quartier sympa et sur le plus proche de cette adresse

Ayant vécu quelques années à São Paulo, je confirme que l'idéal est de vivre près de son lieu de travail pour éviter de se confronter aux embouteillages MONSTRES de São Paulo.
Vous concernant, je vous conseillerai de trouver un logement dans le quartier de Morumbi ; un quartier chic de la ville. Ou encore celui de Santo Amaro ou Granja Julieta. J'ai des amis qui y vivent et c'est très sympa.
Il y a beaucoup d'immeubles (condominios) sécurisés dans cette zone et il y existe toutes les facilités tout près... sauf le métro bien entendu!
Pour ce qui est des prix, ces quartiers ne font pas partie des quartiers "bon marché" mais je ne sais pas quel est votre budget.

Pour 4000/4500 reais, tu peux avoir un logement très sympa dans le quartier du Morumbi à mon avis. Les prix varient aussi en fonction du prix du condominio. Plus tu as de services dans la résidence (piscine, salle de sport, places de parking, etc...) plus le prix du condominio augmente.
Je ne pense pas que tu auras trop de soucis dans cet ordre de prix. Mais bon, je ne connais pas très bien le marché de l'immobilier non plus...
je suis dans le meme cas que toi. J'arrive en janvier. Pour le logement, tout depends si tu as des enfants scolarises. Si c'est le cas, tu dois choisir entre proche du travail de ton mari ou proche de l'ecole francaise !
J'ai trouve des T4 mais plus cher que 4500 real car en condo... plutot 6000 7000 !

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
