Mon mari...avais été arreter par les policiers car ils pensaient que mon mari avait commis des series de vols et quand ils l'ont arreter ils ont bien vue que les vols continuais a son nom mais que il etais avec eux au poste de polices ils ont voulut le relacher mais il avais de la drogue dans son sang alors pour cela quil a fais de la prison que pour la drogue dans son sang..et lautres charge quil avais voler a tomber puisque cetais pas lui..ont na pas essayer au niveau du canada puisque que nous avons peur que il a un refus...il a pas violer pas commis de crime cetais une histoire de drogue dans son sang en Tunisie..et sinon il a rien sur sa fiche dinscrit mise appart cela pour la drogue dans son sang..Nous avons vue l'avocat ce matin il nous a dit sa doit pas depasser le 3 mois maximum et tout seras propre merci de avoir repondu..et pour le sejour du canada comme je dit ont le sais pas puisque nous avons rien essayer de peur de refus

Quel est ton avis Fayd? Si les faits se sont produit en Tunisie, à la B3, ça compte aussi si c'est supérieur à 6 mois? Tu crois qu'ils ont un traité bilatéral d'échange d'informations?

C'est étonnant que ça figure sur son B3 (les 6 mois de prison),
Pour un an de prison, il faut attendre 2 ans, et pour la drogue, c'est un an de prison, en cas de consommation prouvée.
Peut être qu'il a une autre affaire en instance de jugement!
Les canadiens peuvent avoir un droit de regard sur le B2 en Tunisie, et là, les condamnations ne sont pas effacées.
Ce que nous savons cest qu'il ont prouver par prise de sang quil avais de la drogue dans son sang!! quand nous avons passé en court il a eu 1 ans de prison plus 2000$ dinnard d'ammende sauf que vue cetais la premiere fois et que il a été bien il na fais que 6 mois de prison par bonne conduite et tout...ce que nous savons de l'avocat c'est que rien est indiquer sur son bulletin no 3 que davoir entrer en prison pour drogue dans son sang..et la ce matin son avocat nous a certifier que sa devrais pas depasser 3 mois pour finaliser le tout et cest quoi se no 2?? je vais finir par me rendre folle avec tout cela...je veux juste que nous vivons notre histoire damour tranquil et des erreur tout le monde en fais et de plus il a beaucoup changer emplois stable marié et j'en passe...J.étais heureuse se matin enfin du positif mais quand jai vue votre message sa ma remis a terre :( merci encore

Il ne faut pas s'inquiéter outre mesure, il aura bientôt son B3 vierge, quant au bulletin N°2, il est seulement consulté par les services judiciaires, et toutes les condamnations ne sont jamais effacées.
C'est une période de congés, et tout fonctionne au ralenti.
les services de la justice sont bloqués jusqu'à la rentrée, au mois d'octobre prochain.
Alors Fayd!! est ce que ca veux dire que notre immigration Canada ne demanderas pas le no 2?? je l'espere vraiment car je veux pas que sa bloque son entrer au canada car il demande que son bulletin no3
