J'hésite entre Brigton et Bristol .
Je recherche une ville fort animée avec beaucoup de jeunes ! Une ville pratique (transports) avec de beaux petits coins .
Je n'arrive pas à choisir aidez moi svp
J'ai trouvé des écoles potentielles dans ces deux villes donc il me reste juste a choisir entre les 2 villes ..

Je me suis renseignée sur plusieurs villes(choix: bristol et brighton) j'ai ensuite regarder sur internet toutes les écoles qu'il y a la bas .(""Filton College"" à Bristol et ""Brighton & Hove city college"" à brighton ) Je leur ai envoyé un mail pour avoir des infos pour les étrangers et ils m'ont envoyé des prospectus .
Ils aident a trouver un logement (petit appart ou famille d'accueil ) Les familles d'accueil c moins cher .😉

salut! j ai l'intention de partir en angleterre pour un an avec une amie j'aimerai savoir si tu a du passé le tofel ou un autre examen pour etre accepté dans ton ecole?car à la base je voulais partir avec erasmus mais vu que faut passer le tofel et que mon niveau en anglais est bas j ai du abandonner cette idée donc j envisage de partir bosser la bas tout en suivant des cours par correspondance pour ne pas perdre mon année.
je vais le w-e prochain a bristol visiter des écoles , je demanderai également s'il faut passer des examens mais j'en suis quasi certaine ;-) Je te confirme ça en revenant ;-)

Je ne connais pas du tout Brighton, un ami me disait que c'étit une ville trsè sympa.
Par contre je connais un peu Bristol car j'y suis allée en septembre dernier pour voyage, j'ai trouvé la ville animée, à taille "humaine" et gros avantage il y a plusieurs vilels à visiter aux alentours grâce aux bus ou aux trains pour peu cher : Bath, Wells, Oxford, à 1 heure de Londres en train. Autre avantage il y a un aéroport important, pour ceux qui vicent dans le sud de la France, on peu y aller grâce à Ryanair et pour pas cher! En plus il y a une navatte de la gare à l'aéroprt toutes les 20 min à partir de 5 heures du matin et qui s'arrête à + de 22 heures.

A Massanna, je reviens de Bristol, et je suis un peu déçue par rapport a ce dont je m'attendais .
La ville n'est pas si grd que ça , et il n'y a que deux collèges publics qui me sont accessibles .
Je ne me sentais pas super bien dans cette ville .
C'est vrai que le soir il y a à faire si on aime sortir mais la journée a part les cours , le shopping c un peu mort je trouve.
Le pont suspendu est pas mal , le quartier hupé de bristol également , le cabot circus et voila , meme a l'office du tourisme la femme était française et elle disait ne pas trp se plaire a bristol.
Alors du coup, tu prévois plutôt Brighton? Cette française à l'office du tourisme de Bristol t'a-t-elle donné des infos sur Brighton peut-être qu'elle connaît la ville ou en a entendu parler?
Tiens-moi s'il-te-plaît au courant, je ne connais pas du tout cette ville, et pour un prochain voyage, pourquoi pas la visiter...

Brighton est d'après ce qu'on m'a dit une ville super touristique et c mieux d'y aller pdt les vacances d'été .
Le reste de l'année c'"est animé aussi mais c pas aussi bien que oxfrod et cambridge .
Je ne sais pas encore, mais ça serait pour partir 1 semaine ou plus... Je suis aussi intéressée par faire une expérience professionnelle pendant quelques mois en Angleterre pour vraiment acquérir la langue.
Je suis allée en septembre dernier, lorsque j'ai visité Bristol, à Oxford pendant 1 journée pour visiter, c'est vrai que c'est sympa, c'est une jolie ville.
Voilà, tu me diras quand tu auras choisi ta destination.
😉 Bonjour et bien je peux vous dire que Brighotn c est la plus belle et la plus animée d' Angleterre( euh pour moi en tous les cas).
J' y vit avec mon mari et mes 2 enfants, et pour rien au monde on irait ailleurs... c est vrai que nous venons de la mer donc ici c est parfait, l'eau est trés froide meme l'été 13°C glalgla.... mias bon avec le soleil et bbq sur la plage, c est parfait. Ici il y a plein d' école pour les francais et notament une - qui je pense est bien car je vois beaucoup de jeunes avec cette enseigne, quand je vais chercher mon fils à l école.
L école s'appelle EF... je crois, c est à 10 mn de la ville et en plus cest en face de la mer, voila un peu d'aide, voici :

j'ai 21 ans , et dans le cadre de mes étude en BTS COMMERCE, je part dans un collège en septembre pour 4 mois a 1/2 h de Brighton..le truc c'est qu'il faut que je trouve un logement et ca c'est pas évident . je cherche plus une famille d'acceuil a brighton ou Burgess hill enfin pas très loin d'une "gd"ville.
Tu connais des sites qui recherche pour toi des famille d'acceuil ou coloc ou appart?

Il y a une différence énorme entre les college/écoles dispo pour pouvoir apprendre l'anglais et t'améliorer que des universités ou là tu fais des cours en anglais (langue national normal donc) mais pas d'anglais. C'est des études pas une année sabatique à apprendre l'anglais.
Et pour ce cas là, tu dois avoir le TOFL ou l'IELTS si tu n'es pas en section Euro ou OIB. Cependant si tu as des bonnes notes en anglais ta prof peut faire pencher la balance pour t'éviter de passer ces tests( qui coûte environ 175€)
Si tu veux plus d'info sur les unis n'hésite pas à demander (niveau 2cosse j'ai ciblé Glasgow et sinon en angleterre je reste sur Manchester/Leicester/Exeter et le Kings college à Londres)
merci pour tes explication, mais je pense que je me suis mal exprimé. enfaite je fait un BTS Commerce en Boisson, vin et spiritueux et pour aller en Angleterre il nous fallai un diplome spécial sur les vins et spiritueux que j'ai passé avec succès. donc au niveau des formation c'est ok .de plus on est préparer au niveau de l'anglais depuis le début de l'année.
Je vais dans un petit lycée qui ne donne pas forcément des cours d'anglais pour apprendre mais on vas plutot suivre des cour avec des anglais pdt 4mois. Le seul truc c'est qu'il me manque un logement pour 4mois. tu connais des logement vers ou meme à Brighton? le must c'est une famille d'accueil.

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
