C'est fou, c'est tout de même la deuxième ville d'Angleterre. Je ne peux pas croire qu'il n'existe rien.
Deuxièmement, il faudra que je me prenne un portable là bas. Donc je voulais savoir comment sa fonctionnait. Quels sont les opérateurs téléphoniques ? Quelles sont les formules qu'ils proposent ? Est ce que c'est uniquement des abonnements? est ce qu'on peut prendre des cartes ? Combien est ce que ça coute en moyenne ? etc.
Et enfin, je vais également devoir ouvrir un compte donc quelle banque me recommandez vous ? Faut il payer à l'ouverture du compte ?

pour avoir passé 1 mois et demi dans la région il y a qqs années, on ne peut pas vraiment dire qu'il s'agisse d'une destination touristique..🤪
le seul truc sympa a faire dans la région, c'était le Black Country Living Museum

nous y habitons depuis 3 ans, et la mauvaise reputation de Birmingham a du mal a s'effacer dans l'esprit des gens, mais ne t'inquiete pas tu ne vas pas t ennuyer, il y a matiere a faire a sortir, Birm' est une ville etonnante, pas tres jolie certes, mais tu en decouvres ts les jours
C est pas londre, mais ici au moins t'es vraiment chez les anglais, la vrai culture anglaise ds tte sa splendeur, avec un accent bien particulier.. tu verras au debut c est pas facil, assez deroutant, mais on s'y attache malgre tt a cette ville
les quartiers sympas: Moseley, le quartier des canaux en centre ville, Jewelery quarter (desolee pr l'ortho) cest les plus clean et les plus vivants
apres Birm' a ce vieux cote 'Trash' melange de culture qui est assez sympas aussi
C est sur tu vas pas a Birm pr la beaute de la ville, les monuments historiques mais c' est surtt pr la culture et le mode de vie
d'autant plus que cela reste une ville en terme de prix des moins chers en Uk er ca c est pas negligeable. C est au centre de UK c est nickel pr les vadrouilles a doite a gauche pr visiter quasiment ts les trains passe par ici... ne t en fais pas tu vas pas t'ennuyer attends toi juste a qques premieres semaines difficiles. Pr le tel, y a pas de soucis faut juste que tu t assures que ton tel francais est debloque et ici tu peux acheter une carte que tu recharges comme tu le veux, Vodaphone est pas mal.. pr la banque nous on a choisit HSBC j en suis contente pas de soucis tt est facil, apres il y a LLOYDS qui est pas mal aussi!!! tu verras la vie anglaise c est facile

Si je vais à Birmingham, ce ne seras pas pour aller à l'Université, mais malgré tout, tes infos me sont utiles et très intéressantes.
J'aimerais m'installer à Birmingham, en tout cas c'est un projet que je compte réaliser bientôt, c'est pour cela que je cherche par-ci par-là des infos pour travailler et trouver un logement.
J'y suis aller quelques temps il y a 2-3 ans de cela, mais pour des raisons personnelles, j'ai dû rentrer en France, et donc abandonner mes recherches, mais c'est vrai que j'ai bien galérer, car je ne connais pas très bien la langue. Mais quand j'y retournerais je préfererais directement emménager dans un appartement ou petite maison, (style celle qui se ressemble toutes avec un petit jardin derrière !!) au lieu de passer par une auberge ou truc comme ça ! Mais apparemment, on ne te donne pas de logement si tu n'as pas d'emploi, est-ce vrai ? et pour ouvrir un compte idem ?
Ce que j'aime en cette ville, c'est le fait qu'elle soit cosmopolitaine et c'est pour cela que je la trouve terriblement intéressante. Pour vvall : Je pense que tu te sentiras bien là-bas, car les gens sont très intéressants et sympathique.
