Je suis déjà allé au Carisol et je sais que le trajet à partir de Santiago est d'environ 45 à 50 minutes et comme la distance entre Holguin et Santiago est de 155 km je suis certain que le trajet entre Holguin et le Carisol est d'un minimum de 2 heures 30min.

Cela prends au moins 2:30 hrs , ça c'est si tu fais pas une pause pipi a la ville de Stgo comme nous en février l'an passé, sinon calcule 3 hrs. Je le fais régulièrement avec Viazul et nous fesons un stop de 5 min a Bayamo et ca prends 3:00hrs . Quand pars tu ? moi je pars le 8 Avril avec Sunwing et ce fameux stop à Varadero.😠 Tu seras au Los Corales puisqu'il vienne de fermer le Carisol.

C'est avec Cubana donc normalement je devrais décoller tot le matin de Montréal pour repartir tard la semaine suivante et non comme avec transat soit une heure plus tard que l'arrivé pour le retour

Tu sembles très bien t'y connaître en transport à Cuba! Que me conseilles-tu? J'arrive à l'aéroport de Holguin (en provenance de Québec comme on le sait il n'y a malheureusement pas de vol sur Santiago) à 22h20 et seule, et je veux me rendre au Club Bucanero près de Santiago. Y a-t-il encore des navettes à cette heure-là? Idéalement, j'aimerais trouver d'autres passagers pour partager un taxi ou une navette avec moi.
Sinon, je devrai peut-être envisager me trouver un petit hôtel à Holguin et faire le trajet de jour en autobus le lendemain. Qu'en penses-tu?

hotel tout simple à Holguin ; le Pernik, bon marché ( 30 CUC petit déjeuner inclus) : vous avez besoin d'un lit pour dormir, c'est ce qu'on fait de plus basique, ne vous attendez pas à autre chose
Bonjour, la navette entre holhuin et santiago est normalement fournit dans ton forfait non ? Moi j'y vais en février le 16, départ de Montréal avec caribesol , on fait une halte a camaguay et on repars pour santiago. J'y vais en 2 semaines.

Merci de me répondre! Je vais à Cuba sans forfait, de Québec à Holguin. J'irai au Club Bucanero près de Santiago. De toute façon, Sunwing qui a des forfaits, n'offre pas de navette, même en tout inclus...Curieux, non?
Le Club Bucanero m'a offert de m'envoyer un taxi pour me chercher pour 95 CUC, service que j'aimerais bien partager avec d'autres gens (2-3), ce qui diminuerait les coùts d'autant et rendrait bien service.

De Montréal, tu pourrais aller directement à Santiago de Cuba avec Sunwing, départ les jeudis. Et bien sûr, ils offrent la navette jusqu'aux hôtels. C'est beaucoup plus facile de Montréal...chanceux!

Merci Cuba passion de m'avoir répondu. Je crois que je ferai le chemin de nuit en taxi (que l'hôtel m'offre pour 95 CUC) ou en navette partagée que je peux réserver par internet je crois. Mais vu l'heure tardive de mon arrivée (22h20), je ne suis pas sûre qu'il y ait encore des navettes. J'espère tout simplement trouver 1 ou 2 personnes avec qui partager mon taxi! Ça ferait le bonheur de plusieurs! Cependant, si un pépin arrivait, c'est bon d'avoir un plan B et l'hôtel Pernik ou la Villa El Bosque en font partie. Merci encore!

Informe toi comme il faut. Je n'ai jamais vu un grossiste qui n'offre pas le transport Holguin- Santiago.
En juillet dernier je suis arrivé et nous n'étions que 2 alors le grossiste a PAYÉ le taxi. Je ne me souviens pas avec quel voyagiste. (je les oublie d'une fois à l'autre, mais si c'est vraiment important, je fouillerai). Il m'est arrivé de magasiner sur le net et de voir la mention: Transfert non inclus, par contre après vérification, il l'était.
En début janvier, j'ai atteri directement à Santiago. En juillet j'ai pris avec atterissage à Holguin.
Je présume que présentement il y a des vols direct à Santiago.
Par contre vu que je restait après ma 2e semaine à Santiago, ils m'ont bien averti que j'étais pour me débouiller seul. (j'avais déja réservé avec Viazul sur internet pour $11.88USD).
L'autre homme qui était avec moi est reparti en taxi la semaine suivante, vu qu'il était seul à retourner. (sans frais).
Le trajet est de 4:10 pour Santiago et 30-40 min de + pour le Bucanero en taxi (40CUC).
À Santiago, il y a le bus des travailleurs d'hôtel près de la Clinica International, tu donne 10CUC au chauffeur. vers 06:00 AM
En taxi plus ou moins 3 heures. (mais on a fait monter des Cubains et arrêté quelques cervesas de temps en temps, et emmené le chauffeur manger à l'hôtel) donc 5 heures 😊
P.S. Comme le dit l'autre forumiste, pour 10cuc de l'aéroport et plus ou moins 25-30 CUC pour une casa ou un hôtel. (je connais 2 superbes casas) Ensuite Viazul vers Santiago pour 12CUC ensuite environ 40CUC pour aller à l'hôtel. Cà vaut la peine et tu visite Holguin à pied. Tu gagne des 2 côtés. pour 90CUC tu a la casa le transport et tu visite. Le Bucanero vont t'attendre même si tu arrive 2 jours plus tard 😄

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
