d'apres ce j'ai compris il lui faut un visa long sejour et plus precisement conjoint français..
mais quand je lis sur le forum vous parlez plus de "vie privee et familiale"....
2)c'est quoi la difference? la dame du visa (un pu trop pressée) m'a dit qu'il faut un visa conjoint français
3)pouvez-vous me dire precisement la demarche;; les difficultées pour le visa long sejour, conjoint français?

Bonsoir Je suis également dans le même cas que toi. Normalement si tu as fait les démarches pour le certificat de capacité de mariage, la demande de transcription se passe bien. Je ne sais pas encore combien de temps cela prend.
Concernant le visa long je suis entrain de me renseigner également. Si j'ai des infos je te tiens au courant.

Bonjour, je l'espère pour elle, comme on dit l'espoir fait vivre.Mais j'avoue que si j'étais jeune ce n'est pas en France que j'essaierais de m'installer, il y a tellement plus d'opportunités ailleurs.
Normalement, le visa pour un conjoint de français ne peut pas être refusé, sauf cas extrêmes.
Pour les délais, il semble que ça dépend du consulat. Pour recevoir le livret de famille par la poste, il fallait compter 3 à 4 semaines, (consulat de Houston, Texas) on a choisi d'aller directement au consulat avec tous les papiers, ils nous ont délivré le livret de famille immédiatement, puis on a juste eu à changer de bureau pour le visa, que mon mari a obtenu en 3/4 d'heure. On avait pris rendez-vous 3 semaines avant pour pouvoir faire les 2 le même jour.

pr la transcription du mariage ca se passe relativement vite 2 à 3 semaines, si vs avez ts les papiers.. et généralement le livret de famille suit derrière peut etre 2 semaines de plus, le mieux c d'aller le chercher directement...

J'ai eu le livret de famille youpii. Mais on a pas encore fait la demande de visa long sejour. On ma dit de prendre rendez vous avec VFS France à Mumbai.

je viens d'obtenir celle de ma future épouse, cet apres midi:
j'avais demandé le formulaire au Consulat de France à Pondichery, j'ai fais toutes les copies demandées (preuve d'adresse, passeport de madame, et extrait de naissance validé à Pondi)
c'est ce dernier que j'ai du faire certifier au Ministary of external affairs qui se trouve prés de l'hopital Apollo et d'un campus universitaire et rectorat de Chennai.J'ai du faire un mandat de banque pour m'acquiter de 50 roupies pour payer les frais et le laisser à ce bureau. Comme ma future épouse ne voulait se déplacer, elle m'a fait une authorisation de prendre ce document à sa place, pas de problèmes cela a bien fonctionné.
la procedure indique sur le formulaire que les documents doivent etre déposé le matin à partir de 9h30 jusqu'à midi et demi, puis etre récupéré dés 16h30.
lorsque je suis arrivé à l'heure devant cette porte, les horaires avaient changé, l'office ouvrait au public à partir de 10h30. A part cela j'ai bien reçu le document en question avec une nouvelle forme, ce n'est plus le traditionnel RED SEAL mais un autocollant informatisé: GOVERNMENT OF INDIA/APOSTILLE. Convention de La Haye du 5 Octobre 1961. C'est plus rapide, et le personnel est bien sympas car j'avais oublié de copier mon visa, il m'a indiqué qu'une boutique XEROX était dans le parc du campus. je suis redescendu du 7eme en courrant (non il y avait l'ascenceur qui fonctionnait)
