Ma compagne et moi, on aimerais bien tenter l'aventure calédonienne. S'intaller sur le caillou et donc trouver des emplois. Elle est infirmière, je suis développeur java php et chef de projet multimédia.
Et je ne sais pas trop comment attaquer cette recherche d'emploi. Les offres dans ces domaines ne pleuvent pas vraiment. Si elle ne trouve pas d'emploi avant de partir j'ai bien peur qu'elle hésite à faire le grand saut. Alors si avez des petits conseil à me donner je suis preneur.
bonjour à vous(avec 10 h de decalage!!😉)!!Pour repondre à ta question sur le travail en Caledonie, je ne saurais vraiment te repondre concernant ton emploi, mais je serais plus à meme de vous repondre concernant ta compagne!je suis infirmier à Nouméa, et malheureusement, la plupart des (peu) d'etablissements (2cliniques et un hopital)sur Nouméa, vous diront de venir!Les contrats sont des CDD generalement, et vu l'arrivée croissante de metropolitains qui s'installent, les offres commencent à se faire rare!MAis il est toujours possible de trouver des contrats, faut avoir un peu de chance, pas etre trop difficile et arriver à la bonne periode. Reste le Nord avec 2 hopitaux (tres petite structure), les dispensaires en brousse(pour les aventuriers), et le liberal en remplacement(parce qu'il y a un numerus closus).J'espere ne pas vous avoir trop ralenti dans votre demarche, mais sachez que bcp de personnes viennent et bcp en repartent aussi!La caledonie est une ile magnifique ou il fait bon vivre, la vie est au ralenti, et il faut etre parfois tres patient!!en attendant, venez passer qq vacances pour vous faire une idée!!bien festivement, med

Salut je vous lie attentivement, je suis en 2ème année en corrèze en école d'infirmière et souhaiterai venir m 'installer avec mon ami originaire de la NC qui lui est militaire. Si vous avez des conseils à nous donner je les prendrai volontier.
J'ai à ce jour pas de préférence pour un service particulier. Je pense juste travailler 6 mois sur brive avant de partir et bien sur suivant la date de mutation de mon ami.
Autant pour les IDE cela à l'air simple de trouver un poste autant pour mon ami qui est sous officier dans l'armée c'est autre chose.
Pouvez vous me dire avec quelle somme d'argent on peut se permettre de venir sachant que chui étudiante et que j'aurai juste 6 mois de salaire en poche?? et quel sera le salaire la bas? car selon les autres discussions il a de gros décalages ds les réponse😕

Ensuite, je conseille à ton ami de demander une MCD sur le caillou pour voir si cela lui convient.
Il s'y fera au minimum 3900 €uros par moi ( logé, nourri, habillé ) ce qui permet de ne pas se poser de question existentielles et de voir venir tranquillement les choses.
Si le séjour de test convient à vous deux, vous en redemander.
Sinon vous profiter ( au moins lui ) du vol retour offert.
Si tout va bien, au moins vous aurez pu voir sur place aux frais du contribuable...

Si d'autres question autres que de savoir si avec 3900 € + 2800 € ( 10% de loyer + prime de chereté de la vie ) vous allez vous en sortir, ne pas hésiter 🙂

Aussi je ne te parlais pas des salaires métros.
Tu écris que ton ami est S/Off donc j'en déduis qu'il aurra un salaire brut indexé de XXXX €uros minimum ( tu lui demanderas, il doit savoir mieux que personne d'autres à 1.XX du salaire métro ce que touche un S/OFF en MCD )
Quant au salaire d'une DE en NC, idem tu regardes tous les posts ici sur VF et tu pourras te faire une idée de ce que touche une IDE en NC.
Donc à vous deux, en étant au plus bas de l'échelle c'est 3400 brut + 2500 brut = 5900 €uros brut par mois hors primes diverses ( car peut importe qu'il soit de Lifou, s'il se débrouille comme le font la plupart des 98% des personnes originaires des îles, c'est une mutation au départ de métropole donc avec les mêmes avantages qu'un métro ( billets avions AR, contaîner, salaire indexé + primes, logement sur le Caillou )
Maintenant, dans l'ADT il ne faut jamais être sûr de son coup et ce même en étant Officier supérieure : on est au service de la Nation et on va là où on est envoyé.
J'ai connu des tas de personnes certaines de leur coup et qui pour des personnes du Cameroun par exemple se sont retrouvées dans les montagnes de Bourg St Maurice comme des Chasseurs Alpins se sont retrouvés dans la savane africaine.
A moins maintenant qu'il soit en fin de contrat, et que suite à ses différentes OPEX, en étant bien noté, on lui " offre " un cadeau de départ en l'envoyant finir son contrat sur ses terres.
Et dans ce cas, idem, tu n'as aucun soucis à te faire ( on retombe dans le cas de figure du muté au salaire indexé )
Par contre, je te conseille et ce sans plaisanterie ni taquinerie, de te renseigner sur les condition du PACS pour le personnel de la Défense ( il serait temps d'envisager administrativement votre situation si vous voulez limiter les frais et que tu puisses " profiter " de sa mutation. pour faire simple pas de problème vous pouvez venir votre amie trouveras facilement du travail (infirmière no soucis....) salaire 300 000 fcpf en clinique ....je sais qu'il va avoir un manque d'infirmière à la polyclinique de l'anse vata (une qui part en conge mat, une autre en congé sabbatique...)
mais effectivemment au départ c'est en CDD il faut être patient...qui tente rien n'a rien
au départ quand je suis arrivée sur le caillou on m'a dit vivre en caledonie ça se merite et c'est vrai tout n'est pas facile il faut tenir le coup mais agréable
