Jeune informaticien (développeur web front-end, 9 mois d'expérience), on me propose un poste à Prague à 45,000k brut (~33k net). Sachant que mon ancien poste était à 1800e net à Paris (+tickets restau de 8e pris en charge à 60%), et que j'espère arriver à 1900/2000 au cas où je resterais en France.
De ce que j'ai pu lire ci et là, le salaire a l'air suffisant pour vivre, mais est-ce que c'est un bon salaire pour un informaticien junior, et comparé aux 1900e à Paris ? Autant j'aimerais m'installer à Prague, autant je suis pas le prêt à faire à n'importe quel prix. J'ai regardé le prix de certaines annonces, et ça avait l'air d'être globalement le salaire, mais j'ai l'impression qu'un informaticien est moins bien loti en République Tchèque qu'en France.
J'ai aussi pensé au V.I.E (1500e net), mais impossible de trouver la liste des entreprises françaises à Prague. J'ai bien trouvé le site de la chambre franco-tchèque, mais ils ont listés toutes les entreprises, et non uniquement les françaises. Et je suppose que c'est paradoxalement plus dur de trouver une entreprise française qui accepterait d'envoyer un junior à l'étranger.
Oui, posté hier, donc il va falloir un peu de temps pour trouver une réponse, les forums expat n'étant pas forcément très fréquenté mais je préfère multiplier les forums pour avoir plus de source.

les augmentations en France faut pas trop y compter concernant le travail en informatique, excepté quelques start ups qui carburent ( comme celle côtée au NASDAQ...)
Les salaires dans le Numérique/prestations informatiques sont bloqués lorsqu'ils sont pas carrèment à la baisse..
pire que ça tout est fait à l'économie au maximum, si on vend 2 jours de prestations au client il faut faire le travail sur un jour..
et sans compter le chômage dans le domaine de l'informatique en France..donc les employeurs en profitent.
Ce que je m'échine à expliquer c'est que si tu veux un meilleur salaire il faut que l'entreprise qui t'embauche gagne beaucoup d'argent d'abord et que son chiffre d'affaire soit en pleine croissance.
Et si l'encadrement est bienvaillant , que cet encadrement redistribue les fruits de la croissance.
Or comme la majorité des entreprises du numérique dépendent du marché français et qu'il est bloqué en France faut pas s'attendre à des miracles.
Reste les start-up mais c'est pareil il ne suffit pas de faire des levées de fond ( => 'endettement de l'entreprise ) il faut que l'argent ça tombe à la fin du mois dans les comptes de la start-up.
ensuite pour Prague ça me parait largement suffisant parce que l'Europe de l'Est demeure moins onéreuse que la France.
Reste à voir si tu peux garder la protection sociale, mutuelle, retraite, droit au chômage...
L'augmentation c'est en changeant d'entreprises. La dernière n'ayant pu me garder pour raisons économiques (petite startup de 3 personnes). Donc pour avoir parlé avec quelques recruteurs, je serais effectivement à 1900e voir 2000e (mais on sera plus proche du premier à mon avis).
Après la question est pas forcément de savoir si ça permet de vivre confortablement, mais surtout si ça reste correct pour un développeur web à Prague ou alors si le recruteur essaye de profiter du fait que je connaisse pas forcément le marché, et me propose un salaire bien en dessous de la moyenne des développeurs. J'ai beau cherché, les salaires sont très variés, je vois des offres proposant de 40k à 100k... donc difficile de se faire une idée.
oui je comprends bien mais si tout le monde s'amuse à changer d'entreprise comme on change de chemise, cela va finir par coincer...
et encore une fois ce que tu ne comprends pas c'est que ton salaire il provient de ce que l'entreprise gagne.
Or comme les entreprises ne font beaucoup de bénéfices en France alors c'est que le salaire est surévalué..
donc tu vas être contraint à travailler 50heures par semaine pour assurer ton salaire.
Mettons que tu sois embauché par Facebook même à Prague ou à Bucarest et que tu gagnes 50k euros ça semble légitime car Facebook gagne des milliards en CA.
Ce n'est pas le cas pour les entreprises françaises.

en République Tchèque, pour le tchèque lambda, faut pas s'attendre à des salaires faramineux, je serais tenté d'écrire que c'est moitié moins qu'en France...
Le changement d'entreprise est nécessaire, pas forcément voulu. Les entreprises ne font peut être pas beaucoup de bénéfices, mais TOUTES les offres reçues étaient à 1900e pour un contrat officiellement 35h (qui finira surement officieusement à ~40), donc c'est bien que certaines font quand même des bénéfices ;).
Après, qu'un développeur soit reconnu à sa juste valeur en France c'est un autre débat...
J'ai trouvé ce lien, à prendre avec des pincettes, mais apparemment à je serais mieux loti avec 1200euros à Prague qu'avec 1900 à Paris (mais c'est sans compter sur les nombreux avantages type retraite etc).

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
