Durant cette période je souhaiterai m'installer sur phuket en thailande, et aimerai savoir si un visa m'est proposé afin d'y rester douze mois complet en fonction de ma situation ?
Le cas échéant le visa touristique de trois mois peut'il etre renouvelé trois fois pour combler la période des douzes mois en sortant du pays et en y revevnant ?
Quelles conseils pouvez vous m'apporter et d'aprés vous quelle serai la meilleur solution pour moi, en sachant que je souhaite vraiment rester en thailande cette année complète.

Pourquoi ne pas en profiter pour étudier le Thaï ? L'école te facilitera les démarches pour l'obtention du visa ED (éducation) pour une durée maximum de 1 an. Tu dois prendre au minimum 4h de cours par semaine. Tu peux trouver tous les renseignements sur ce site:

Pour info, 4000 baht c'est en moyenne ce que paient mes employés thaïs pour une chambre (de base) dans Patong. Il est à peu près certain que des "farangs" ne pourront pas bénéficier de ce tarif.
Je pense que le budget est un peu "short" pour tes quartiers de préférence.
J'ai trouvé des maisonnettes qui entrent dans ton budget là:
Evite Cherngtalay et Paakok qui sont vraiment paumés, Phuket town ou Chalong peuvent être de bonnes options (station de bus à Phuket town pour se rendre vers Patong, Karon Kata etc).
Pour le logement : à Patong dans le quartier de Naï Naï Road tu trouveras dans une grande résidence me rappelle plus du nom mais tu trouveras facilement , il y a des appartements tout équipé avec clim entre 8000 et 10 000 baths par mois a condition bien sur de louer pour une année .
A Karon en face du grand hôtel Islandia il y a aussi des petits appartement dans les mêmes ordres de prix pour location a l'année .
Et bien sur prévoir l'achat d'une motobyke pour tes déplacements .

Essaie de voir le RAWAI CONDOTEL à Rawai sur Viset road, chambres classiques 350 Bahts , je pense que tu peux négocier pour un long terme ou studio équipé dans l'immeuble à côté de l'hotel;de toute façon se renseigner à l'acceuil;je crois qu'ils ont un site

J'ai vérifié le site de l'école Walen et je vois qu'ils sont vers le Chalong Circle. Si tu as besoin de louer un scooter, je connais un Français très sympa qui en loue, pas chers ET assurés. Sa femme est Thaïe, et ils peuvent peut-être aussi t'aider pour un logement, ils sont sur Chalong depuis longtemps. Si ça t'interesse fais moi signe je te donnerai ses coordonnées en MP.
Tous les tuyaux que tu as reçus jusqu'à présent sont bons.
Et si le Français qui loue des motos à Chalong, dont parle Therat, est Michel de Nina's Car, tu es en de bonnes mains.

Il y a effectivement des départs de speed boat pour Phi Phi et compagnie au départ de la Marina de Chalong. Pour les ferry et certains speed boat pour Phi Phi et Koh Lanta, c'est le port de Ratsada à Phuket town.
Pour l'histoire de ton billet d'avion, je n'en ai pas la moindre idée. Je pense que tu devrais demander à ton école.
