Je suis un peu dans le même cas que toi et je retourne début septembre en Argentine pour 3 mois en commençant par Mendoza.
Je pars à la recherche d'opportunités, plutôt une petite entreprise pour moi, j'aurai une meilleure idée aubout de trois mois de prospection.
Je crois qu'il y a des opportunités pour des entrepreneurs, diverses suivant le projet, les capitaux disponibles et la région choisies. Pour un travail salarié il me semble que seule une bonne qualification et une recherche en direction de grosses entreprises pourraient permettre de trouver quelque chose, mais il y a du monde sur la liste.
Beaucoup d'argentins avec qui j'ai discuté ont une vision positive de l'avenir économique mais n'écartent pas des crises possibles.
D'après le peu que j'ai pu lire les avis sont contrastés. Une forte croissance depuis 3 ans qui devrait ralentir l'année prochaine. Croissance tirée par les exportations de matières premières et de produits agricoles éventuellemnt transformés.
Bien sûr la Chine et la croissance des pays émergents en général tirent ces exportations, d'où risques de problèmes en cas de ralentissement de la croissance dans ces pays, mais bon, on nous dit que c'est parti pour des années.
Sinon il y a un problème avec l'inflation qui est très forte, le gouvernement utilisant la planche à billets.
Problème de non investissement chronique dans les infrastructures notamment pour la fourniture et le transport d'énergie.
Manque de capitaux étrangers également et de projets sérieux de développement économique.
Et toujours la corruption et la vision à court terme.
Paupérisation d'une partie de la population et augmentation de l'insécurité dans les villes.
Je crois que si l'on est optimiste il y a des coups à tenter en Argentine et de toutes façon le monde est dangereux, nous dit-on.
Ca c'était pour la partie économique, pour le reste ça relève beaucoup des sensations et des envies personnelles.

Il est vrai que l'inflation est très forte pour le moment, le gouvernement utilise la planche à billet, les chiffres officiels de l'inflation sont faux, nous sommes dans une période (populiste) pré-électorale.
Pays aux multiples possibilités, le gouvernement a néanmoins durci depuis janvier 2007 la législation concernant l'investissement étranger.
Un certain non sens économique, mais bon nous verrons après les élections... le bon sens reviendra peut-être.

cela fait un an que je vis en Argentine, et depuis 2 mois mois je me suis mis a mon compte, je suis menuisier.
Je ne sais pas quelle est ton projet professionnel Freeman, mais en ce moment l'economie est bonne.
Il faut tout de meme se mefier, c'est tres ciclique, d'apres ce que j'ai entendu il y a une crise economique tous les 6 ou 8ans.
La vie ici (a Cordoba) me plait, c'est beaucoup moins structuré qu'en France, mais cela tu dois le savoir, et plus dangereux, ca c'est le coté desagreable.
Je vis dans un quartier plutot bien, mais a quelques rues, il y a des coins craignos.
Pour ma part, je vois un avenir un peu sinueux, avec ses moments bas, mais une recuperation rapide.
Un séjour de quelques semaine à Mendoza m'a vraiment accroché pour l'Argentina. Je planifie un nouveau séjour avec l'intention de m'y installé.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
