Quelques infos en vrac:passeport: si tu passes par les states assure toi de la validité de ton passeport (bio ou delphine).Pas de nécessité d'avoir un retour pour entrer sur le territoire.Si tu souhaites voyager éco je te conseille Air New Zealand (par-lond-lax-auk-noum), très long mais 5 étoiles et environ 850 euros l'aller simple avec double bagage (2 fois 23kg) car passage par les USA.N'oublie pas les originaux de tes diplomes ni même quelconque justificatif de ton état civil.Permis de conduire : RASPour trouver un appart tu auras besoin de pas mal de garanties, tout comme la métropole si ce n'est plus.Cela s'explique par le fait que le cout de la vie soit indexé sur les salaires des fonctionnaires territoriaux et que par conséquent les loyers et les cautions sont en adéquation.
Niveau emploi, l'ex APE devenu DEFE se trouve dans la ZI de ducos dans l'immeuble "Le centre" tu y rencontreras un type de personnel inimaginable en métro.La compétence et la qualification de ces derniers ne t'assureront pas te trouver facilement un job car la préférence territoriale et surtout les syndicats (USTKE et autres) ne facilitent pas l'intégration dans les entreprises locales.Jusqu'à aujourd'hui le certif de capa d'ambulancier n'est pas indispensable pour exercer en NC et les places sont cheres.Toutefois le régime des patentes, pour devenir travailleur indépendant, est d'une limpidité folle.En bref, pour être efficace et ne pas galérer en Calédonie, il convient soit de passer un concours administratif (choix de la reine) ou alors de prendre une patente (choix du roi).Dans tous les cas il faudra t'entourer de personnes qui sauront t'orienter et te soutenir.
Pour le billet d'avion, je me posais la même question y a deux ans, la réponse c'est qu'un aller simple suffit, par ce que après tout tu es toujours en France ... Quand tu arrives a Tontouta met toi dans la fille des résidents, comme ça au moins tu es sur qu'il n'y aura pas de problème sur ton billet.
Après pour le choix de Tom sur la reine, j'y crois plus trop en calédonie, même si tu es au super bien placé au niveau échelon administratif tu n'as quasiment aucune chance de trouver un boulot dans la fonction publique.
Exemple tout bête, un mec qui a un niveau 3 (c'est un exemple) et qu'il y a une place de niveau 3, ils préféreront embaucher 3 personnes de niveau 1 plutôt que toi .....
Mais bon si ça ce trouve c'est pas du tout ce que tu recherches :)
Sur le choix du roi :) c'est une bonne idée, si tes mains sont tes outils de travaille, ouvre une patente et fait toi connaître :)
Pour trouver un apparte : CDI (si tu es tout seul et pour les agences immo). Mais bon il te reste encore tout les particuliers (attention à la caution).Air New Zélande c'est sympa, y a deux ans c'était deux fois 30KG mais attention pas 3X 10 KG ..... (On sent le vécu lol).

Avant de vouloir vous installer là bas il faut bien réfléchir car la vie est encore plus difficile là bas qu'ici, en particulier pour ceux qui viennent s'y installer. Ca n'a plus rien à voir avec la nouvelle calédonie de 90. Renseignez-vous d'abord avant de vous lancer, sur l'économie, les possibilités pour vous de pouvoir vivre. Il faut savoir que nous avons changé de statut, et qu'en ce moment il y a un transfert de compétence de la France à la Nouvelle calédonie en vue de l'indépendance du pays. En 2014 il y aura un référundum pour cette indépendance, et apparement, seul ceux qui ont habité pendant plus de 20 ans en Nouvelle Calédonie sont habilités à voter, et 10 ans pour les élections des assemblées des provinces.
De plus, notre monnaie n'est aussi forte que l'euro.La plupart des financements proviennent de la France, à votre avis sans ça ce sera mieux. Nous risquons de suivre le chemin du Vanuatu.
Si vous envisager vraiment de vous y installer, préparer vous à l'avance au niveau du portefeuille, car la vie y est très cher. par exemple le bus qui était de 100f en 98 est passé à 150f en 2005, et encore le prix n'est pas le même dans les distributeurs de tickets et les chauffeurs de bus.
Pour vous en sortir, un bon boulot, devenir propriétaire. Mais vous ne pourrait peutêtre pas voter avant un bon moment. Etudier la nouvelle calédonie d'aujourd'hui avant de partir pour assurer vos arrières.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
