Voilà en fait j'envisage tres fortement de partir m'installer a nouméa afin de couper completement avec ma routine francaise et ainsi decouvrir un autre mode de vie, de découvrir les diversités culturelles et géographiques de ce petit coin de paradis et ainsi profiter a fond de cette nouvelle expérience.
Je souhaiterais realiser ce projet d'ici à fin 2010 mais je n'ai aucune connaissance de ce genre d'experience c'est pourquoi je vous demande de me raconter vos experiences si vous avez deja realisé ce projet ou si au contraire vous etes en train de tout mettre en place pour partir en N-C ..
Si vous avez des conseils a me donner, des info sur la facilité ou non a trouver un job, le style de vie, les logement à ce que j'ai compris le passage par l'auberge de jeunesse de nouméa est un bon point de chute pour faire des rencontres.
Bref n'hesitez pas a me laissez des messages .. Je partirai à priori seul mais je suis pas contre envisager un depart groupé pour se donner plus de force lol ..
Je comprends ton envie de partir en Nouvelle Calédonie. Je pense que tu sais déjà que tu vas rester en territoire français finalement, mais que tu vas découvrir une culture totalement différente. Déjà pas besoin de visa. Pour travailler là-bas ce sera tout aussi difficile qu'en France, mais tu pourras trouver. Je pense que tu ne seras pas non plus en lieu totalement inconnu; les calédoniens sont réputés pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Renseignes toi sur les blogs nombreuses sont les personnes à être allées là-bas, aussi pour les visites renseignes toi sur les guides, comme http://bit.ly/cfaB9J, ça peut déjà te donner une idée de ton voyage. les auberges de jeunesse sont connues pour leur mélange de population donc ce sera un bon moyen pour toi de rencontrer du monde. Où comptes tu aller précisément à Grande Terre?

Je souhaiterais aller a nouméa je pense, j'imagine que c'est la que la vie est la plus active et ou j'ai le plus de chances de rencontrer du monde et de trouver rapidement un boulot.. Je suis agent immobilier mais j'imagine que l'immobilier là-bas n'est pas l'activité la plus lucrative.. De toute facon le but de mon projet est de partir m'installer pour une durée indeterminée et ajouter un peu de soleil dans ma tete lol .. Bien que lacher ses amis et sa famille ne sera probablement pas une mince affaire mais bon au fil des forums ca me rassure de lire toutes les experiences positives ...

si oui jsui pas contre un petit recit pour comprendre un peu comment ca marche la bas.. Parce que je me demandais niveau appartement s'il faut des garants par exemple ou si apres un ptit tour en auberge de jeunesse on peut trouver des plans pour une coloc ki me parait etre bien adapté pour rencontrer des gens..
Je me pose plein de questions, si le fait d'etre francais n'es pas un frein pour trouver du travail car au contraire ils peuvent privilégier les habitants caledoniens, y a-t'il de la delinquance ou non, quel budget prevoir pour partir serein et faire face a d'eventuel pépin enfin bref plein d'interrogation.

Nous nous sommes en plein préparatif pour partir en NC d'ici la fin de l'année, je l'espère.
Une indication sur les loyers, venant d'une personne déjà installé en NC; il faut deux mois de loyer de caution comme en métropole et effectivement si tu n'as pas de travaille quand tu arrives il faut un garant mais si tu as un pécul suffisant apparement je dis bien apparement tu peux voir avec la personne louant son bien.
Cela est tout simplement ce que l'on nous rapportent d'après nos questions évoqués auprès de notre connaissance sur place.

En revanche j'ai eu une reponse d'une amie recemment installé à nouméa qui m'a dit que souvent ce sont les employeurs qui peuvent se porter garant .. J'avoue que ca me soulagerait bien ..

Super pour toi d'avoir quelqu'un sur place, donc possibilité d'être herbergé et de ne pas passer par la case hauberge qui soit disant passant peut effectivement faire faire des connaissances et par la case hôtel qui coûte très cher c'est quand même un poid déjà en moins, même si cela est provisoir

Pour ce qui est de ce qu'il faut en terme de pécul pour partir tout dépend aussi de ta façon de consommer pour tous et pour avoir lu différent témoignage sur les forums, les réponses effectivement reste très large, c'est un peu normal tout dépend de ta façon de vivre

Nan le truc c'est que aujourd'hui je suis agent immobilier mais j'ai pas d'idée pour ma reconversion futur .. Mon amie a trouvé un emploi de vendeuse en magasin en 15jours mais tout le monde me dit que c'est bouchééééééé niveau boulot donc ca me fait peur de rien trouver !!! et j'ai cru comprendre que c'est encore plus dure depuis une loi du 31 decembre 2009 pour l'emploi local !!!

Les produits locaux sont toujours (ou quasiment) plus chers que les produits importés ... donc imaginer se nourrir à peu de frais de poissons du lagons fraichement pêchés, de cerfs ou de fruits et légumes "locaux" est réellement une image fausse. Il faut donc bien gagner sa vie, ou savoir cultiver/chasser/pêcher pour manger des produits locaux.
Je suis désolée, mais je suis allée en Nouvelle-Calédonie seulemen pour des vacances, je ne peux donc pas te donner énormément de conseils. Si ce n'est que la population était très chaleureuse et que les paysages étaient magnifiques. Un vrai dépaysement! J'espère que tu trouveras toutes les réponses à tes questions. After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
