Nous souhaitons acheter un riad ou une maison, nous le voudrions pres de la mer (Agadir), mais il est vrai que les prix sont beaucoup plus interessant vers Fés. Je suis donc preneur de toutes infos que vous pourriez nous apporter si vous avez vécus au Maroc. Même si vous connaissez des affaires immobiliere .
Nous devrions partir d'ici quelques mois pour un rendez-vous avec les agences, mais j'aimerai eviter les hotels de luxe qui coutent une fortune.si vous connaissez donc un p'tit hotel tranquille de façon à ce que l'on puisse faire nos affaires sans trop depenser d'argent dans le logement, voir même chez l'habitant. je vous remercis pour votre attention .@++++

Je ne connais pas vos motivations exactes pour cette installation au Maroc, mais il faut savoir si vous achetez une maison, elle vous appartient uniquement au niveau des murs.... le sol reste au Royaume...et ne sera jamais votre propriété...
Aussi, s'installer comme ça, sans autres liens ni attaches, dans des régions où les étrangers ne sont pas si nombreux... ce n'est pas facile dans le contexte actuel mondial.... au Maroc, ça bouillone un peu partout et il faut en tenir compte....

Tout ce que tu as écrit serait vrai si tu avais changé le terme "Maroc" par le terme"Algérie"! les psy diront "la projection".
Des milliers d'etrangers choisisent le Maroc pour y vivre et partager avec les marocains aussi bien les beautés du pays que les grands défis du peuple marocain de s'ameliorer et d'avancer. Je peux te citer les noms des centaines d'etrangers qui vivent ici, qui sont de veritables citoyens responsables et acteurs au sein de la communauté où ils vivent. Ne comprends surtout pas que je te dit que le Maroc est l'Eden, on est consient de notre réalité mais aussi de nos rêves en avenir meilleur. les marocains n'ont pas de complexes envers quiquonque. on respecte les autres aussi bien en temps de guerre qu'en temps de paix.
La proprieté privée est le socle de la constitution marocaine, le Maroc n'a jamais été un pays socialiste. Au Maroc tu trouveras des etrangers proprietaires de biens qui remontent à des siecles, ici monsieur il n'ya jamais eu d'expropriations de part l'histoire.

puis je passe a votre requete pour vous demander si vous avez déjà fait le choix de la ville à laquelle vous aimerez vous installer. moi je suis à Tiznit, à 93 km au sud d'agadir et 14km de la palge d'aglou, au cas où vous ne connaissez pas le coin. alors si vous etes interessé par cette ville, j'ai personnellement une offre à vous proposer. faite le moi savoir et on en discutera.

Mais le laroc me parait un pays calme et chaleureux et nous ne pensons pas avoir de soucis au niveau de l'intégration. j'ai pu me renseigner et effectivemlent les francais qui vivent au Maroc, y vivent serreinement, sans penser à une eventuelle crise ou guerre. Ils si sentent en securité.

Je ne sais pas ce que tu compte faire ici, mais je pense que la region de Fes est quand meme assez pauvre economiquement et si tu projette d investir dans un projet, vaudrait mieux rester du cote de la cote.
Je pense qu Essaouira (Mogador) reste encore assez abordable!
Y a aussi un site manifique par sa beaute, c est Mir left (pas sur de l orthographe).C est proche de Tiznit.c est une region qui est amenee a se devellope extraordinairement touristiquement.Y a des dizaines de millions d Euros qui sont investis en ce moment dans un tres grand projet touristique....
Il faudrait juste ne pas prendre trop de decisions hatives!Je pense qu avant de te lancer, qu il serait preferable que t en fasses plusieurs voyages, visiter differentes villes, rencontrer des Francais installer ici...

La première chose que je peux vous conseiller, c'est de prendre votre temps, effectivement.
Si vous voulez vous installer, à moins d'être millionnaires, il vous faut une source de revenus. Les riads et maisons d'hôtes marchent bien, "mais" sont aussi un marché saturé, et les mortes saisons sont parfois plus longues et plus couteuses qu'on ne l'imagine.
Prendre le temps de comprendre les prix, le fonctionnement local, ce que peut faire un marocain et ce que peut faire un européen (les tolérances ne sont pas les mêmes, ni la façon de régler les problèmes). Vous dire qu'il y a un grand vent de régularisation et de propreté dans le tourisme, et qu'une affaire qui pouvait être rentable avec le personnel et pas mal d'autres choses au black ne l'est peut être plus quand tout est fait dans les règles.
Savoir que les agences immobilières gonflent énormément les prix, les marocains travaillent avec des intermédiaires, mais parfois ceux ci peuvent toucher la commission des deux côtés....

le maroc ne se résume pas au sud il y a aussi le nord oujda est une ville magnifique avec sa plage saidia la plus belle du maroc et en plus c'est en plein essor touristique des millions d'euros sont investis en ce moment pour le tourisme la vie est beaucoup moins chère qu'aiileurs les gens très chalereux et le paysage magnifique les prix restent encore interessant pour l'immobilier mais encore combien de temps?😠 je pense qu'avant de vous installer il faut que vous alliez voir de vous meme, vivre et ressentir ce pays vous saurez très vite si votre place y est si vous voulez des renseignements n'hesitez pas

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
