Quels sont les iles et coins les plus approprié au tourisme et pas encore trop develloper .(proximité de la mer obligatoire)?
Quelles sont les clientele touristique les plus representer au panama?
Combien de temps faut il compter pour un premier voyage de réperage ?
combien ya t il d aeroport ?
Est ce possible d avoir une maison pour 70 000 dollars ou sinon combien faut il compter a peu près ?
Si quelqu un qui c est deja lancer pouvait me faire part de son temoignage ce serait super .

Renseignes toi bien avant de monter une quelconque affaire, les arnaques sont une spécialités, même les cap verdiens entre eux ont du mal à se faire confiance!!
Aussi le tourisme se développe toute vitesse et un tourisme de masse très mal vue par les autochtones, il y' a beaucoup d'investisseur (essentiellement italien mais aussi portugais) qui arrivent avec leurs gros sabots et dénatures les paysages de ce magnifique pays.

70 000 us D ?? pour investir avec ça au cap vert, faut etre utopiste ou joueur... non tu ne pouuara pas du tout t'y installer avec, je te parle en connsaissance de cause, Le Cap vert c'est mon pays, ce n'est ni un cap, et n'est pas non plus vert... celui qui te proposera une case a 50 milles € ne t'ofrira qu'un bout de terre avec une falaise en guise de plage.
Du Coté de l'le de santiago ou la capitale est situé, les place sont rare.
A Sal, ou tu trouvera de bel plage les meilleurs endroits sont hors de prix c'est un peu comme ça partout, Toutes les Iles ont un charme pariculier, avec une mentalité differente.
Si tu veux quand même tenté l'experience, je te souhaite bcp de courage.
Ps / Panama non plus, les Américains d'origine latine ou non ont investi depuis bel lurette aevc des millions de dollars, il te reste l'argentine, mais une destination trop lointaine tout comme panama pour esperes une clientél de chez toi qui pourrais t'arrondir une fin de mois.
J'ai des amies qui se sont installer au Parraguay, mais la aussi tes petites économies ne sont aps suffiasnte,
par contre si tu investi dans certains Pays francophones tu peu t'installer comme entrepereneur avec peu de moyens mais la aussi si tu 'es pas bon gestinnaire ça sera pareil.
