Bonjour à tous, je ne sais pas si je suis dans la bonne rubrique, je vous prie de m'excuser si c'est le cas.
Alors voilà, j'ai 18 ans, je suis en train de faire mes études (je n'aime pas ce que je fais au passage) et bien sur je rêve de voyager. Je ne suis jamais réellement parti à part en colonie ou en classe verte. Je rêve d'aventure. Mais pour l'instant je suis bloqué avec mes études tout cela, pour partir. Néanmoins, j'aimerais après mes études commencer à ENFIN voyager mais j'ai peur de me retrouver bloqué en étant directement sur le marché du travail, de plus c'est sur qu'en vivant chez papa maman c'est plus facile d'économiser pour partir mais je pense à après, aurai-je le temps ? L'argent ? Tant de questions qui tournent dans ma tête. J'ai déjà pensé à travailler en même temps que le voyage en faisant des petits jobs sur ma route, rester sur place, travailler quelques temps, et reprendre la route, c'est même quelque chose qui me fait rêver, bien que je ne sache pas si j'en ai le courage. Alors voilà, je pourrai déblatérer toute la nuit sur ça mais je vais m'arrêter là. Donc si vous avez des conseils ou autre, je suis preneur. Merci. 😄
Rien ne t'empêche de voyager avant d'entrer sur le marché du travail! Tu peux très bien économiser un peu et partir 1 mois, 6 mois ou 1 an. Le programme PVT est aussi un bon moyen de financer ton voyage en faisant des petits boulots dans le pays de ton choix.
Et tu sais, même quand on est sur le marché du travail on peut continuer à voyager. Je n'ai jamais fait autant de voyages que dans ma vingtaine et début trentaine! Je travaille depuis que j'ai 20 ans.

C'est vrai ? Car souvent lorsque je vois des gens qui ont un travail ils me disent qu'ils n'ont pas le temps... C'est 5 semaines de congés par an je crois non ? Et vous partez durant ces derniers ?
Ce qu'il faut que tu saches :
- Si tu comptes quand même étudier et que tu stoppes tes études pendant plus d'un an/un an et demi : les bourses c'est terminé et les bacheliers restent prioritaires dans les cursus les plus demandés
- Voyager t'apprendra énormément sur toi il suffit d'oser faire le premier pas
L'idée c'est de savoir quel type de voyage tu veux faire. Des vacances plus tard, de temps en temps via tes semaines de congés, quand tu aura un boulot fixe. Ou alors quelque chose de plus long avec des petits jobs sur le chemin.

Oui, c'est ce que je pensais, il suffit d'avoir le courage de le faire une fois, de pas trop se poser de questions et y aller. J'ai beaucoup entendu ca aussi, le fait que l'on apprend à mieux se connaître soi même en voyageant, ce qui me permettrai d'avoir un peu plus confiance en moi et être un peu plus autonome.
Moi j'aimerai quelque chose de plus long, afin de mieux connaître chaque endroit où je vais, d'apprendre la culture, de voir comment les gens de cet endroit vivent et surtout de voir des paysages à couper le souffle et de faire un max de choses. J'aimerais pouvoir me dire plus tard que j'ai "vraiment" vu le monde. Mais le problème est la, quand on travaille ensuite on ne peut plus partir plusieurs mois et faire de sa vie un mini "into the wild"...
C'est ce que je me suis toujours dit ! Donc j'essaie souvent de réfléchir à comment je pourrai m'y prendre mais je pensai que c'était impossible car je ne connais personne qui le fait, merci beaucoup ! Maintenant que je sais que c'est réellement possible je me sens mieux haha !

Profite tant que tu vis chez tes parents pour mettre de l'argent de côté et avant de penser tour du monde de durée indéterminée, commence par un voyage d'un mois sac à dos, tu peux le faire avec un budget très économique si tu t'intéresses à des pays comme l'Inde, ou l'Asie du Sud-Ouest, et t'y rendre prendant les vacances scolaire en parralèlle à tes études.
C'est comme ça que j'ai commencé ma vie de voyageuse en partant un mois au Vietnam à l'âge de 19 ans 😉
Quand je voyage, le terme "planifier" ne fait en général pas parti de mon vocabulaire 😉 J'ai en général une vague idée d'ou je vais aller, des endroits que je veux visiter, mais le "peaufinage" de l'organisation ce fait toujours sur place.
Surtout qu'à l'époque de mon 1er voyage, Internet ne constituait pas encore la mine d'information qu'elle est aujourd'hui!
Donc fait au plus simpe! Un billet d'avion, un bon guide de voyage, une assurance maladie/accident/rappartriment (ça c'est surtout pour rassurer les parents), une réservation dans un backpackers pour les 2-3 premières nuits suivant ton arrivée et après, c'est parti pour l'aventure, place à la spontanéité!
Sinon, planifier un long voyage (plus de 6 mois) demande surtout un peu d'organisation au niveau administratif, mais lorsque tu habites chez tes parents ce souci est moindre...

Tu sais après beaucoup se cachent derrière pleins de choses pour ne pas partir, parce que c'est l'excuse facile. Comme l'a souligné Nikky c'est une question de choix tout le monde peux voyager, dans certains cas cela demande plus d'organisation que d'autres (avec des enfants scolarisés par exemple) mais cela reste possible. Tout est possible.

C'est bien vrai, je ne cache pas que cela me fait un petit peur de me retrouver seul comme ça mais ça me fait en même temps tellement rêver qu'il faut que je le fasse, sinon je regretterai toute ma vie.. Ce "tout est possible" me pousse à faire tellement de choses.. Merci !
C'est normal que ça fasse peur, quand t'es dans un environnement connu avec des amis, de la famille pas loin c'est toujours un peu intimidant de partir seul, mais tu ne le restes jamais bien longtemps. Les gens sont curieux et tu feras des rencontres c'est sur.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
