J'ai vu qu'il y avait déjà quelques sujets proches du mien, mais comme aucun ne répondait pleinement à mes questions, je préfère en faire un nouveau.
Comme l'indique le titre, je suis belge, et je suis jeune, j'aurai 19 ans en janvier prochain et j'aspire à aller m'établir en France.
Actuellement j'habite un petit village pas loin de Mons, dans le Hainaut, en Belgique et je souhaiterais aller m'installer en France, près de Poissy, un peu à l'ouest de Paris (évidemment si je trouve ce dont j'ai besoin dans la ville que je vise, Triel-sur-seine, je ne m'en plaindrai pas, mais je doute qu'on trouve appartement et emploi là-bas).
J'ai mon diplôme d'études secondaires, quelques connaissances en informatique et j'aurai mon permi de conduire avant de partir pour la France (dans 3-4 mois).
Mais avant de partir, je suppose qu'il y a plusieurs formalités, procédures & cie à faire, et c'est là l'objet de cette discussion.
Connaissant ma situation, quelles démarches faut-il faire pour pouvoir aller m'installer en France, trouver un logement et un emploi ?
Il est probable que je ne reste pas longtemps sur place, vers la période juillet-aout 2008, j'irai étudier, soit en France soit en Belgique, en fonction de l'état de la relation amoureuse qui me donne envie de partir de chez moi. Si je quitte la France, bin, je quitte la France ^^
Mais si je décide d'étudier en France, je suppose qu'il y a également des formalités pour pouvoir entrer dans des hautes écoles/universités, les connaitriez-vous ?

A l'intérieur de l'espace Schengen il y a peu de formalités. Tu dois informer la commune que tu quittes la Belgique, et si tu étais déjà déclaré aux impôts, itou. Tu dois aussi informer la secu.
Pareil en France.
Si tu as cotisé pendant un an à la secu belge, je crois que tu as un transfert de protection sociale en France. Mais à voir...
Sinon pour chercher du boulot c'est "simple" suffit d'envoyer des CV. Ton employeur se chargera de ton inscription à la secu ensuite, et aux diverses caisses.
Pour les études c'est un peu plus compliqué, car l'entrée en fac en première année se fait normalement sur des pré inscriptions qui sont closes depuis longtemps. Mais peut être les procédures sont elles assouplies pour les étudiants étrangers ? Sinon si tu ne veux pas perdre ton temps, il te reste le CNED. Ou les écoles privées qui ne recrutent pas par concours (car ils sont aussi déjà passés).
Donc il me suffit de prévenir ma commune, éventuellement la sécu si je suis déclaré aux impôts belges et la commune où je désire aller ?
Et pour le boulot, juste à envoyer des CVs et laisser faire l'employeur.
Une fois tout cela fait, je n'aurai aucun problème pour trouver un logement, appartement ou autre ?

Aussi, j'ai cru comprendre qu'il y avait différents status, carte de séjour temporaire, étudiant, etc., y en a t'il un qui conviendrait mieux à ma situation ?
comme tu es d'un pays schengen tu n as pas besoin de carte de sejour.
Pour le logement ca va etre difficile pour toi car dans les meilleurs des cas on va te demander de gagner 3 fois le loyer de l'appartement.
Trouver un boulot ca va etre aussi difficile quand on n'a pas de qualification sauf peut etre aller travailler a macdo ou quick.
En tant que belge tu n'as pas besoin de carte de séjour.

Si un peu, car tu dois avoir un revenu qui représente au moins trois fois ton loyer, souvent une caution quand tu n'es pas en CDI confirmé, etc... Bref il y a la loi qui dit "aucun problème" et la pratique, qui n'est pas simple, tout comme en Belgique.

Je ne m'attends pas à trouver le boulot génial qui permet d'amasser monts et merveilles sans qualification, il me faut juste un job stable qui me permettra d'assurer le loyer et compagnie.
Pour le logement, je n'aurai pas de revenu au début, c'est sûr. Mais si mes parents m'aident, je peux utiliser leurs fiches de paye (avec leur accord bien sûr) pour prouver à la personne qui loue que je pourrai payer le loyer tous les mois, non ?
garantie de tes parents ne serviront a rien car ils sont a l'etranger.
tu as 2 possibilités soit tu vas a ta banque qui se porte garant pour toi soit tu cherches une colocation car les loyers sont tres chere a paris et environ.
Et la colocation permet de mieux connaitre et de mieux s'integrer.

Pour le logement, je rejoins les précédents, c'est loin d'être simple sans revenu. Tu peux déposer une demande en foyer jeunes travailleurs : http://www.aljt.com/ Mais je crois qu'il y a peu de place.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
