Il y a des travaux, et oui il y a un hôtel en construction juste à côté et le bruit est insuportable, c'est du marteau-piqueur toute la journée et là bas le soleil se lève tôt donc les ouvriers aussi et cela dure jusqu'au soir, y'a que le dimanche que c'est acceptable mais bof les palmiers sont en bernes et la poussière est omni-présente alors mieux vaut ne pas y aller! dommage🙁
Nous avons réservé pour le mois d'aout au Gala Resort qui se trouve le dernier hotel de la zone de playacar, à coté de l'iberostar qui se trouve lui à coté des hotels Riu, peux tu me dire exactement ou se trouve ces horribles travaux, c'est assez urgent car n'ayant encore réservé que verbalement, je peux encore changer mes plans avant de verser l'accompte.
Nous revenons de Playacar IBEROSTAR TUCAN, effectivement il y a des travaux important, ils se situent entre l'hotel WYNDHAM AZTECA et L'hotel REEF RESORT
idem, hotel très sympa. Rien à redire. Personnel particulièrement compétent.
L'animation était très bien pour nous mais certains animateurs ont changé cette semaine alors, affaire à suivre...
Nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'odeur: la "station d'épuration" est en fait une petite centrale de traitement des eaux usées, située bien en dehors de l'hotel, d'ailleurs.
A mon avis, privilégiez les chambres au dernier étage (2è!) non seulement pour la vue sur le golf mais aussi parce que le balcon est de la même taille que les rez-de chaussée qui sont supposés avoir une "terrasse"...
La plage est parfois bruyante à cause de ce fameux hotel qui se construit juste derrière, mais, si vous vous installez devant la mer, vous n'entendrez que les vagues et les oiseaux. Bon, c'est vrai que les palmiers sont "en berne" (ficelés). Franchement, les plages des autres RIU sont plus grandes et plus belles mais aussi surpeuplées et PUANTES. Si l'odeur d'une station essence ne vous dégoute et ne vous écoeure pas, ces plages devraient vous plaire.
Ah si, un petit, tout petit détail sur la nourriture... Tout ce qui est à base de farine (pain, viennoiseries...) a goût rassis. Pas la faute aux compétences du chef, je présume. L'humidité ambiante doit y être pour beaucoup et ces aliments ne sont pas les spécialités du pays... Toutefois les pancakes sont excellent...mmmmm, j'en rêve encore, avec du sirop d'érable ou du "lait brûlé" comme ils disent...
Voilà, en plus général, il faut savoir que les routes sont bordées à droite par la jungle et à gauche par...la jungle. Si vous voulez faire trempette dans d'autres belles plages, demandez conseil à l'accueil de l'hotel et surtout, n'hésitez pas à rentrer DANS les hotels, les TRAVERSER pour aller sur "LEUR" plage qui est en fait publique . Mais il n'y a bien souvent pas d'autre accès. Si vous vous balladez le long de la mer, les pieds dans l'eau, en espérant trouver un beau spot pour vous baignez, vous aurez à peine posé votre serviette qu'un gardien de plage viendra vous déloger. C'est ça aussi le Mexique.
Le meileurs endroit, à mon avis, pour se baigner, c'est TULUM. Il y a 2 criques. L'une était fermée. Celle qui descends par un escalier en bois était ouverte. Prévoyer un appareil jetable étanche, chez Décathon, dans les 4-5 Euros.

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")

6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
