Asso de solidarité internationale avec 15 ans de terrain Sénégal, nos partenaires accueillent volontiers stagiaires et bénévoles depuis plusieurs années.
Reste à savoir dans quelle filière tu souhaites t'investir pour la durée de ta disponibilité.

J'ai une expérience professionnelle en comptable, en gestion et la direction d'établissement.
Dans ce cas, le poste d'administratrice (responsable administration / finances / ressources humaines) est fait pour toi.
Postule auprès des grandes ONG : MSF, MDM, ACF, HI... Elles ont toujours besoin d'admins. En général, les missions durent un an.

C'est un peu étonnant : pour le poste d'administrateur, il n'y a pas de "diplôme humanitaire" à proprement parler. Certains y arrivent en effet après une formation Bioforce orientée vers l'administration, mais la plupart des gens ont à la base tout bêtement un diplôme dans le domaine de la comptabilité, des finances, de la gestion ou des resssources humaines.
Pour être un bon admin, il faut avant tout être un bon gestionnaire. Puisque tu as de l'expérience dans ce domaine, mets-la en avant. Le fait que tu aies déjà voyagé est aussi un atout : cela montre une certaine ouverture d'esprit et cela prouve que tu sais ce que c'est que d'être plongé dans un milieu inconnu (pour une ONG, c'est la "garantie" que le dépaysement ne va pas te faire craquer, comme cela arrive parfois).
Peut-être suffit-il de retravailler ton CV et ta lettre de motivation pour que ta candidature soit prise en compte !

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

After 8 months of volunteering in Tanzania at a center for street children, I’d like to go back for a year in the same kind of role—this time in Burkina. Solidafrica is a recognized humanitarian association of general interest. We donate wheelchairs in Africa. We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
