il y a un mois sur un coup de colere ou de bluff, j' ai demandé ma mutation a casablanca, et ce matin, stupeur, j' ai appris qu' elle etait en bonne voie!!!
du coup je suis un peu paumé avant mon entretien( je bosse dans le privé) et aimerai avoir quelques conseils style salaires pratiqués, cout de la vie, modalités d' instalation, enfin bref, les us et coutumes en matiere de negociation je suis agent de maitrise et prendrai en charge une unité d' une vingtaine de personnes

Je t'écris car je suis dans le meme cas que toi, dans deux semaines je m'installe à Casablanca. Seulement cela fait un mois et plus que je m'occupe de ce projet, et j'ai eu le temps de m'y préparer un peu, en ce qui concerne la culture labas :c'est tres important et très intéressant, car pour une femme française il a des choses qui pourront te sembler étranges...enfin c'est le lot de tous les voyageurs, mais quand on vit dans un pays étranger, c'est différent!bon voila, si jamais tu veux en discuter plus en détails, je suis la!
pour le logement, cela dépend. si tu veu un appart toute seule, choisi bien ton quartier car c'est mal vue qu'une femme habite seule (parait-il)
en tout cas, je vais vivre je pense les meme difficultés d'intégration, et c'est pour te dire qu'il sera tres important, je pense, de prendre contact avec des français au début, afin d'avoir quelques repères....donc encore une fois, je suis la si tu le souhaite! bons préparatifs

salut, Gilbert moi sa serai le contaire je cherche un emploi je suis moi aussi agent de maitrise dans l'insdustrie automobile (carrosserie peinture nouvelle technique à l'eau).J'aimerai m'installer au maroc, etudit toutes propositions merci d'avance.
La première chose à négocier, c'est la prise en charge de ta sécu et retraite, de continuer à être sur un régime français, avec des "plus" comme le rapatriement, etc... et de savoir qu'au Maroc, mieux vaut passer par le système de santé privé que public.
Côté salaire, le niveau de vie est "en général" divisé par 20, mais entre dans cette moyenne tous les paysans très pauvres. Pour te faire un idée, le smic est à 180 euros par mois.
Maintenant en tant qu'expatrié, tu dois prendre en compte aussi tes frais en France (par exemple maintien de la retraite ...) le coût de la scolarisation de tes enfants (si tu en as) dans un établissement français, etc...
L'installation c'est assez simple, c'est à ton employeur de prendre en charge :) de te donner un hébergement pendant 1 ou 2 mois à l'hôtel le temps de trouver un appart, de faire les inscriptions, tout.

Un contrat d'expat ca se négocie dur, il n'y a pas que le salaire!
Il faut bien penser au logement, quoi ?, villa ou appart?, paiement des charges, eau electricité, téléphone, gardien ?. voyage préliminaire et aide à la recherche?. paiement ou non du déménagement ? frais de scolarité si enfants ?. maintien des cotisations sociales, retraite, maladie, complémentaire, chomage ?. vehicule de fonction et usage que l'on peut en faire (retour en France pour les vacances par exemple)?. nombre de voyages payés par an, et classe en avion. part du salaire versée sur un compte France, et salaire de complément local. (le salaire local doit etre le plus faible possible, l'épargne faite dessus étant difficilement réexportable?. durée du contrat, possibilités de renouvellement, reclassement au retour?. et en dernier mais non négligeable le niveau de rémunération, mais en général, dans les critères RH, la vie n'étant pas chère au Maroc, les sursalaires sont rares.
j'en ai surement oublié, j'ai mis mon dernier au pilon, il y a quelques mois, mais tous ces points y étaient précisés.
