Après plusieurs années de durs labeurs je serai retraité en décembre 2013. J’aime bien les quatre belles saisons que m’offrent m’ont pays natal, mais j’aimerais bien passer les hivers les pieds dans le sable chaud à respirer l’air salin.
Mon projet est de me louer un appartement, une maison mobile ou un condo peu importe pour environ six mois par année, soit de novembre à avril dans un coin de pays ou il y a le soleil et la mer.
J’aimerais avoir la chance de vivre avec la communauté locale et rencontrer des gens provenant de partout dans le monde qui tout comme moi sont maîtres de leur temps et qui en profitent.
Je ne suis pas riche mais mes besoins sont modestes, j'aime bien manger, j'exige un minimum de confort et d'hygiène, par contre mes activités sont peu coûteuses, vélo, marche en montagne, faire du théâtre et un jour peut-être aussi je réussirai à jouer de la guitare.
J'aimerais aussi contribuer au bien de la communauté en donnant un peu de mon temps pour faire du bénévolat, je suis habile de mes mains, j'ai une bonne expérience dans le domaine de la construction et en gestion de projets.
Pour être plus précis, je cherche un paradis de retraité vivant en harmonie avec une communauté accueillante et chaleureuse qui me permettrait d'être bien au chaud et en même temps faire mes activités et rendre service.

En regardant l'Auvergne sur Streetview de Google les paysages semblent magnifiques et la route parfaite pour le vélo, je crois que c'est un peu loin de la mer pour mon prijet, mais ça pourrait sûrement faire partie d'un parcours intéressant ?

Désolée je n'avais pas vu. Encore moins excusable que j'ai passé 2 ans au Canada (Montréal et Toronto) que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Un peu froid peut-être. Et en plus j'ai cotisé.

On ne s'improvise pas missionnaire comme ca a moins d'avoir connu vraiment. Tu vas regretter ton choix c'est sur... et la plupart des endroits tu paie presque toute tes dépenses alors purquoi ce besoin de troubles dans ton cas et par surplus tu es drolement encadré ce que moi je fuis fortement a mon âge. Tu cherche une avenue pour fuir ce que tu as vécu, non ce n'est pas la bonne manière de changer sa vie. Le bénévolat pour connaître autre chose trop tard, pas a la retraite, a moins d'être parfaitement bien préparé...
Il te faut choisir ce qui me semble peu convaincant dans tes écrits. Retraité a 55 ans j'ai pris le large a l'aventure pendant 6 ans en prnenant bien soin de retoruner au Québec pour ne pas perdre mes droits de citoyennetés. J'ai aussi pendant 5 ans fait de multiples recherches et contacts sur Skype pour arriver a mes fins. Pourquoi Skype il me permet de converser dans toute les langues.
Je crois que tu n'est pas branché du tout, donc essaie de te branché et voir ce que tu désir vraiment, on ne pars pas a l'aventure comme ca, crois moi et encore moins si tu as jamais fait de bénévolat.
Moi je te conseille de filer vers la Floride tout simplement pas compliqué pour toi et retour facile si tu as le mal du pays, ou malade ce qu'il faut ausi envisager froidement (piquer par un insecte j'ai attrapper la dangue en Papousie et vraiment faut le vivre en brousse). Prendre un locatif ou achter un condo a Bonita Springs. Tu y trouveras, chaleur, paix, soleil, confort de chez nous et une tranquilité parfaite. Que dire des plages magnifiques. Et je te laisse deviner pour les jolies rencontres, agréables sur la plage.
Si tu en as les moyens, d'ici tu peu toujours aller vers d'autres endroits, le Mexique, les iles ect... et tu pourras aussi aller faire un ti peu de bénévolat en Jamaique ca non plus c'est pas loin...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
