je souhaite importer des objets de toutes sortes de mes voyages en asie pour les vendre en france.
Je ne connais pas encore les procedures douanieres obligatoires ni les couts, est-ce que quelqu'un peut me donner des informations, des conseils ou des experiences similaires?

les procedures d'importation sont relativement simples: tu achetes les produits dans le pays d'origine. tu contactes un broker dans le pays d'origine qui se charge de l'envoi (papiers + bateau) tu contactes un broker en France qui se charge de recuperer l'envoi et de le passer aux douanes. tu recuperes tes produits en France
Tu as a payer: les frais d'envoi dans le pays d'origine (Bill of lading, fumigation si c'est sur palettes en bois, frais de port, ...) le transport en bateau les frais dans le port d'origine (manutention, ...) taxes d'importation(souvent = 0) TVA sur le prix des produits+transport
Si tu fais des petits envois (quelques m3 ou quelques tonnes), ca te coutera plus cher d'acheter en asie et d'envoyer en France que d'acheter a un grossiste en France.
En gros, hors TVA et taxes, l'envoi d'un container 20' (= 20 tonnes ou 28 m3) coute 3000 euros, le container etant livre dans une ville francaise.
je souhaiterais importer des petites quantités que je transporterais moi meme dans un premier temps(vétements brodés, bagues fantaisie etc..), le temps de lancer la machine.
Comment se passe le paiement de la tva? est ce qu il faut déclarer la marchandise a l'arrivé de l'avion en france ou plutot a l'avance? comment trouve t on un broker? EST CE QUE LA tva est soumise sur le prix d'achat de ma marchandise ou sur la valeur estimé par les dounes? trouve t-on facilement des factures utilisables, chez les grossistes dans ces pays?

La TVA est a payer a l'entree dans le pays. Le montant pris en compte est = prix d'achat+cout transport.
Si le prix d'achat est manifestement trop bas, les douanes peuvent augmenter ce prix...
Dans le cas d'un transport par avion dans des bagages particuliers, je ne sais pas comment est calcule le cout transport.
Je n'ai jamais transporte de marchandises par avion. Je suppose que, a l'arrivee de l'avion, tu passes dans la file "marchandises a declarer" et que les douaniers se feront un plaisir de tout te faire payer 😛
Si c'est vraiment des petites quantites (quelques vetements et 30 ou 40 bagues differentes) tu peux les faire passer en echantillons et tu ne payes rien dessus.
Aucun probleme pour avoir des factures en asie.
Les brokers en France: tu les trouves dans les pages jaunes (ca doit s'appeler transitaire en douane). Souvent, le broker francais travaille avec un broker bien particulier dans chaque pays. Tu lui demandes les noms et tu as tes brokers a l'etranger 🙂. Si tu as besoin, je peux te passer quelques noms en MP.
je dois envoyer un conatainer de vêtements et jouets pour bébés et enfants, puis-je mettre directement tout ds le container en carton ou est- ce obligatoirement sur pallette? par protection et qui fais le trajet port de bangkok jusqu'au bateau avec mes colis?

La vie n'est pas un long fleuve tranquille surtout en Thaïlande...
Tu peux mettre tout en carton, voir tout en vrac. Il faut simplement prevenir a l'arrivee que tout va etre en carton ou en vrac. Tu gagnes un peu de place mais le temps de dechargement est nettement plus eleve.
Si tu as un container complet, ton broker envoie le container a l'entrepot ou se situent les marchandises, tu charges le container et le broker repare avec le container charge. Tu vas payer le trajet aller-retour du container. Demande egalement a ton broker de venir juste avant le depart du bateau: ca evite de payer des frais de stockage du container!!!

Pour avoir une bonne idee des prix, contacte 3 ou 4 brokers en Thailande.
Pour un container 20', tu devrais payer aux alentours de US$ 1 900 pour le transport en bateau, US$ 200 au port en Thailande, le transport entrepot-port, 200 euros au port en France, transport port-destination finale (aux alentours de 1000 euros). En tout, ca doit couter aux alentours de 3000 euros.

Le transitaire vient-il chercher la marchandise chez le vendeur ?
Comment se passe la transaction (quel moyen de paiement, comment être sûr de ce qu'il y a dans les caisses ?) ?

Je souhaiterais aussi importer des fournitures depuis la Chine, mais au début je voudrais commencer par des petites quantités.
J'avais donc pensé au transport par avion, mais je n' en connais pas le coût.
Il est possible de pouvoir se grouper, si le transport doit se faire par container.
Ma première commande devrait faire 4 à 6 m3 et entre 2 et 3 tonnes.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
