…Hum… Marinette…n'imagine pas que tu vas mettre les pieds à Montreal …et que les choses vont se passer exactement de la même façon qu'ici…tu ferais fausse route!

Moi je suis très bio ! J'achète presque seulement des produits biologiques sans sucre ajoutés ou sans gras trans et je n'ai aucune difficulté à en trouver et j'habite Québec alors je n'ose même pas imaginer ce que tu pourras trouver à Montréal !
De plus, les épiceries à grande surface tel Loblaws et Iga Extra offrent une section de produits biologiques. Ces produits sont toutefois plus chers que les produits normaux.
Depuis avril, il y a eu un gros scandale avec le gras trans et beaucoup de produits affichent maintenant qu'ils n'en contiennent pas.
Dans quel coin de Montréal déménages-tu ? Je pourrais peut-être t'aider davantage, je ne sais pas...

je suis bien heureuse de l'apprendre car l'automne dernier je trouvais que la désinformation etait reine dans les epiceries……
Cependant ce qui serait interressant de savoir c'est si les produits Bio vendu chez Iga par expl sont etiquetés de la sorte juste par ce qu'ils sont cultivés sans engrai chimique
où bien parce qu'ils sont issus de semences non transgenique, ou de composés strictement naturels et cultivés sans ces engrais…
Ce n'est pas tjrs tres clair…
Ainsi un produit comme le chocolat, est au canada realisé conformement à la legislation
sans forcement contenir de beurre de cacao…qui est remplacé par des graisses et additifs d'origine vegetal…type extraits de soja…vegetal à plus de 90% d'origine transgenique au Canada et US🤪
mais si les feves de cacao utilisées pour le realiser sont bio…le produit pourra en porter le label…
Bref il faut fouiller et se tenir informé…même si lme chocolat a plus d'attrait pour un Français que pour un Quebecois😉

Ma proprio à Montréal, une inconditionnelle du bio, m'a toujours dit que les meilleurs magasins bio se trouvaient sur le plateau Mont Royal ( rue Mont Royal et rue Rachel ). En tout cas, c'est là qu'elle allait s'approvisionner...

Gaby je comprends que tu sois pessimiste car le géant americain n'est pas loin mais... la France n'est pas si nature que ça non plus.
Et encore j'habite (la drome) dans le departement le plus ecolo qui soit! Les gens qui militent vraiment on peut les compter sur les doigts de la main (ou presque...)

J'ai passe un an a montreal et cote ecologie on a beaucoup a apprendre en france compare a la bas. tu ne devrai pas avoir de problemes pour trouver ce que tu veux, ballade toi dans la ville ce n est pas si grand et cest le meilleur moyen de decouvrir toi meme les bonnes adresse. Regarde aussi le magazine gratuit Voir gratuit tous les jeudis y a pleins de pub.

J'habite Montréal. Coté écologique-environnement c'est numéro 1 surtout sur le PLateau Mont-Royal, mon quartier natale que j'adore tant!
Tu peux également te renseigner auprès d'éco-quartier, p-e pourront-il t'Aider.
Si tu veux une adresse excellante pour des produits sanitaire écologique va sur rue Mont-Royal et Fullum: Mon choix sani-terre. En plus il est le premier marchant vert! Alors vas-y faire un tour : tu pose une question a Monsieur Fernand et il te répond pendant 1 hre...non mais très informé ce monsieur! :)

Pour les produits bio, je ne suis pas très informés là dessus.. parcontre comme a dit un de mes confrères (ou consoeur, je sais plus), tu peux en trouver pas mal dans tout les supers marchés, les épiceries et les fruiteries...Je ne crois pas qu'il existe un seul magasin bio, mais ça serait une excellante idée d'entreprise non!? 😛

Je crois être à ce moment la seule à pouvoir te donner de l'info pour ta grossesse.
Il y a à Montréal 2 importants hôpitaux spécialisés pour les enfants: l'hôpital St-Justine (francophone) et puis l'hôpital pour enfants de Montréal (anglophone) (ou qqc du genre). Mais y'a aussi la maison des naissances dans le quartier Côte-des-neiges (où est aussi situé l'hôpital St-Justine) où tu peux accoucher comme à la maison, dans des bains (il me semble) ou bien la sage-femme se présente à la maison (il me semble aussi).
Finalement, tous les hôpitaux de l'île ont leur propre section de maternité et des hôpitaux, je peux te dire qu'il y en a beaucoup.
Je ne crois pas avoir fait beaucoup d'erreur dans l'information que je viens de te donner, mais tu pourras toujours faire ta propre recherche sur le net.
Je ne suis pas une pro du bio, mais si mon portefeuille me le permettait je changerais mes habitudes alimentaires.
Au Provigo tu as un immense rayon de fruits et legumes bio sur l avenue Mont Royal et un petit cafe equitable tres sympa ou ils vendent des produits bio, cafe rico sur Rachel tout pres du parc lafontaine, croisement Boyer je crois.
Bon courage pour la vie montrealaise qui ne m emballe pas plus que ca, l herbe est toujours plus verte ailleurs en parlant de cultures bio....

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
