J'ai dix-sept Ans.
Je réside en France.
L'année prochaine, Le 29 Janvier précisément, J'aurais acquis mes dix-huit ans, et j'aimerais beaucoup réaliser un rêve qui me tient à cœur : Celui d'aller vivre au Québec. (Montréal ou ses Environs.)
J'ai parfaitement conscience que c'est un projet un petit peu fou autant donner ma situation compliquée et mon jeune âge. Car en effet, Je ne suis plus scolariser depuis quelques mois. Je n'ai pas de diplômes, et on peut considérer que mes études se sont arrêtés en fin de troisième au collège. J'ai eu quelques soucis de santé qui m'ont poussés à tout arrêter, et on ne peut pas dire que je l'ai fait à contre-cœur car mon BAC PRO de Paysagiste ne me plaisait absolument pas. Aujourd'hui, Je suis sans rien dans les poches, Je n'ai qu'une rentrée d'argent tous les trois mois provenant d'un proche décédé. Une rentrée d'argent qui pourrait fortement être utile pour ce voyage. Je n'ai plus vraiment d'attache en France ; (À Nevers, Précisément) Pas de réel amis, Une famille disloqué, Une mère, un frère et une sœur qui savent très bien que je dois faire ma vie et qui me soutiennent dans cet effort et ce rêve. J'ai réellement très envie de commencer quelque chose au Québec, Je suis motivé plus que jamais et donne tout mon possible pour pouvoir réaliser cette nouvelle vie... J'ai toujours été quelqu'un d'indépendant, et je vous affirme pouvoir assumer pleinement les conséquences et les marches à suivre pour un tel voyage.
Cependant, J'aurais besoin d'aide, d'information, et de suggestion. Je ne sais pas vraiment par où commencer exactement, Ni vraiment où aller précisément. En ce qui concerne ma situation, Je ne sais pas si je dois espérer trouver un travail au Québec, ou bien reprendre les études. Je dois dires que les deux choix ne me posent pas de problèmes, Mais je préférerais trouver un travail, évidemment. J'aimerais aller à Montréal même, mais j'imagine que la banlieue serait nettement préférable au vue de l'argent. Et on ne peut pas dire que je connaisse les environs de Montréal sur le bout des doigts. Il s'en suit de l'argent, Justement, Je devrais passer de l'Euro au Dollar Canadien, Ajoutant à tout cela toutes les marches administratives à suivre pour pouvoir y résider. J'ignore un peu tout ce qu'il y a à faire...
Voilà, Je vous ai exposé globalement tous mes soucis et mon projet. Je sais bien que vous n'êtes pas le bon dieu mais j'espère sincèrement que vous pourrez m'aider, m'indiquer, me conseiller à mettre ce rêve sur Pied. Si vous avez des idées d'études, de travaille, de logement, N'importe quoi qui pourrait m'aider... Je suis preneur.

2) Ne t'imagines pas pouvoir immigrer (au sens strict et définitif du terme) au Québec à 18 ans, sans aucun diplôme. Seuls les personnes qualifiées, avec un profil académique intéressant, et leur famille, peuvent obtenir un visa immigrant.
3) L'option du PVT te permettra de pouvoir vivre 1 an, max, n'importe où au Canada. Mais tu ne trouveras que des petits boulots, et après 1 an faudra rentrer ou du moins poursuivre tes études dans un établissement pour une certaine période. Il te faudra attendre 2012 car les inscriptions pour 2011 débutent bientôt mais tu n'as pas l'âge requis: en janvier, il ne restera plus de place.
4) Fouille les archives du forum, ce genre de question a été répondue 1000 fois. 😉

Oui, bien sûr que tu peux faire tes études à Montréal, mais il te faudra des sous. Sache que tu seras un étudiant étanger, tu ne viens pas pour travailler.
Et en ce qui concerne les Papiers ? ( VISA, Etc... )
Crois-tu que je devrais tout faire avant de faire une demande d'admission ?
Quels sont tout les documents nécessaires pour partir ? ( Passeport, Visa ? )
Connaitrais-tu les prix de ces documents ?

Tu dois commencer par être admis dans un établissement scolaire d'abord. Ensuite, tu fais une demande de CAQ (certificat d'acceptation du Québec) et une fois le CAQ obtenu tu fais une demande de permis d'études au fédéral. Si tu es Français tu n'as pas besoin d'un visa, mais il te faut une autorisation pour venir étudier (c'est ça le permis d'études).

À lire ta situation je suppose que tu es un bon candidat pour immigrer cependant la plupart du temps on va s'adresser à des gens qui ont qualifications et/ou experience. À Montréal il y a une vague de PVTistes, ceux qui détiennent un permit vacances/travail. Ils échappent aux critères de selection assez rigides des autres Visas pour pouvoir bosser au Québec un an et si l'expérience leur réussit ils doivent galèrer un peu pour renouveller leur permit et se régulariser par la suite.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
