Bien entendu, comme vous l'avez sans doute deviné grâce à la période, c'est pour éviter les températures proches de 0°C, la neige et tout ce qui va avec l'hiver, car j'aime lorsque le ciel est dégagé, lorsqu'il y a du soleil, lorsqu'il fait 25-30°C, lorsque l'eau est bien bleue où on voit le fond et lorsqu'il y a du sable blanc.
Donc avec tous ces critères, pouvez-vous me donner des destinations où, pendant cette période, les températures sont aux alentours de 25°C, où la plage est superbe avec du sable blanc, une eau bleutée transparente et où les habitants sont plutôt sympas et acceuillants ? Car j'ai pensé à Tahiti, mais j'imagine qu'il y en a d'autres.

deja entre sept et mars avril...il y a la saison des pluies!(decembre à mars avril) donc sans pluie ce sera difficile bien qu'il ne pleut pas 24/24pendant 3 mois...il pleut un peu plus que d'habitude.
pour le 25° pas de probleme on les aura surtout la nuit, la journée 30° sans problème. taux d'humidité 90% en janvier 70-80% en juillet aout...

le plus commode pour moi, c'est un appartement sur Tahiti, en général dans une résidence, donc clôturé et surveillé.
Une petite propriété dans les île , Huahine ou Raiatea, pourquoi? car huahine entre Tahiti et raiatea ou il y a des hôpitaux. Raiatea a son hôpital, faut pas négliger le coté santé, c'est bien beau d'avoir une maison au fin fond des tuamutu et quand survient un accident ou problème de santé il faut des heures pour être en milieux hospitalier.
venez passer quelques semaines en Polynésie pour mieux appréhender le problème.

Sinon, j'ai porté une attention particulière au commentaire de Fexon, donc j'ai fait une recherche très rapide et le climat à Maspalomas correspond à ce que je cherche, en tout cas en ce qui concerne les précipitations mensuelles, car entre septembre et mars, ça oscille entre 10mm et 27mm, néanmoins, les températures sont comprises entre 14.7°C ( = moyenne basse en janvier) et 27.1°C (moyenne haute en septembre). De ce fait, j'ai regardé du côté de Ténériffe et pendant la même période, concernant les précipitations, ça oscille entre 20mm et 23mm et concernant les températures, elles sont comprises entre 21°C et 28°C, donc ma question est : Quelles sont les différences entre Maspalomas et Ténériffe ? Sachant que Ténériffe a l'air d'avoir un meilleur climat...

Effectivement "les pieds dans le sable" va être très difficile en Espagne à cause de la "loi littoral" ..... Par contre, la route à traverser et les pieds dans le sable.... regardez du côté du "paseo charca"...
Dans ce cas, c'est sûr que ça risque d'être compliqué, mais même s'il faut traverser une route, ça me va, c'est juste que je ne veux pas de logement entre celui que je cherche et la plage.
J'ai regardé "La charca" sur Maps et sur Earth et ça pourrait être pas mal, sauf qu'il y a deux problèmes :
- Il faut trouver une maison qui soit située du bon côté, autrement dit, face à la plage et non pas face au lac.
- Il n'y a que des hôtels, des appartements et les rares maisons sont quasiment collées. Aux Canaries et en Espagne en général, sur les côtes, ça va être compliqué. Pas qu'en Espagne en fait... C'est extrêmement rare de trouver une maison isolée au bord de mer...

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
