Bonjour a tous, je suis francais d'origine marocaine et je sais que l'expatriation au maroc est un sujet souvent aborder, mais la difficultee est d'avoir une aide pour chaque cas, je vous cite le mien: jeune de 31 ans j'exerce une fonction ou je peux me retrouver a la retraite dans 4 ans mais ds ce cas avec une pension minime d'environ 600€. je peux continuer a travailler plus longtemps pour avoir une pension plus importante mais bon, le probleme est de savoir si je peux vivre aisement a agadir avec cette pension, ville que je connais bien et ou j'ai une maison aux amicales pour ceux qui connaissent le quartier, ou dois je continuer encore a travailler seulement le maroc me manque, et j'en ai un peu ras le bol de toujours avoir qquechose a payer en france😠.
De ce fait, j' investirai eventuellement ds une societe pour augmenter mes fins de mois. Avis aux amateurs pour des idees😇.
En fait s'il ya un pro du fisc marocain, peut il me dire combien je paierai d'impot en tant que MRE expatrier et a la retraite avec les 40% et 80% de ristourne et 600€ de revenu🤪.

en tant que d'origine marocaine, je pense que tu viveras bien dans ton pays, pour les impots tu crais rien tu paye pas d'impot, tout simplement tes revenus tu les recois net sans crainte, il faut pas oublier qu'agadir est une ville touristique et puisque tu as une maison tu en profite pour la mouer aux touristes ca sera un plus

je sais tres bien que la ville d'agadir est chere, mais uniquement pour les touristes qui ne connaissent pas ou s'approvisionner moins chere, en plus tu peux prendre une bonne a raison de 150, 00 dh par semaine, les impots vous payer pas d'impots tant que vous recevez votre pension de la france au maroc et il y'a des conventions entre les deux pays, en plus il y'a beaucoup de francais qui vevent a marrakech net ont des affaires ici comme les ryads ;en plus tu peux louer ton appartement en chambres aux touristes en noir et tu es gagnante

j'en suis sure que tu ne seras que satisfaisante pour vivre au maroc et surtout au sud, la vie pas chere il ya plusieurs francais qui vivent ici en retraite ;pour les impots je vais aller me renseigner aupres des services des impots et tu aura ma reponse demain ;si je trouve un impime ou une loi sur cela je te dirais les articles avec les dattes d'exonoration des retraiteés ;
pour les expatries qui travaille au maroc il paye IGR comme tout les marocains

pour ce qui marche au maroc actuellemnt ;c'est la bouffe c'est a dire un restaurant;un snack, mais avec les boissons alcoolisées, aussi les locations de maisons aux touristes par nuitée a agadir est puisque tu as une maison la bas, c'est comme si tu as un petit auberge.
Moi j'ai une petite entreprise de travaux divers, mais j'ai pas travailler toute l'année 2005, pour cause le manque d'un local commercial, et d'un petit fond de roulement, mais j'ai deja deposé des annonces sur l'asie .
J'ai oublié de vous dire que si tu as besoin d'argent, le banque peut te preter une somme sous yhpotheque de votre maisons, en 1 er rang, et te donne aussi les facilités de caisse au 2 eme rond .

je demande ca parce que quand tu payes qqch en France comme tu dis, tu cotises pour d'autres gens incluant toi meme, ca s'appelle de la solidarite d'une part et une mutualisation des ressources
parce que si c'est le cas, ce sont tes compatriotes francais qui vont cotiser egalement pour que tu te la coules douce a 35 ans
et sinon, mon voisin militaire n'est pas mon AMI comme tu le dis, mais j'ai de l'admiration pour lui, il a perdu une jambe en etant envoye comme Casque bleu belge en ex yougoslavie, il aurait pu s'arreter de bosser avec une rente d'invalidite mais il continue maintenant a bosser dans la logistique humanitaire
aux dernieres nouvelles, il bosse tjrs environ 60h/semaine et donc je crois que c'est bien lui qui meriterait de s'arreter de bosser
en tout cas, la protection sociale et la solidarite, ca se paie, et ce que jusqu'a l'age de la retraite en Europe
vu que tu en beneficies, les autres y ont droit aussi et pour cela il faut cotiser

Tu dis être originaire de là-bas, être propriétaire d'un appart à agadir, il me semble qu'il est nettement + simple de vivre au maroc avec 600 e sans loyer à payer surtout quand on sait que les taxes de toutes sortes sont moins élevées qu'en France.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
