mon mari et moi nous avons une proposition d'emploi pour partir vivre à Kenitra à côté de Rabat. J'ai donc plein de questions car je ne connais pas ce coin du Maroc, de plus nous aurons un bébé de quelques semaines avec nous :
- le climat y est comment ? (température hiver? été ?)
- quel budget faut il pour y vivre convenablement ? Les loyers sont ils élevés?
- faciliter pour se déplacer dans la ville ?
- y a t il des supermarchés ? est ce une ville attractive (restaurants? cinémas? salle de sport?)
- connaissez vous des français vivants là bas ?
- y a t il des crèches pour les bébés ?
vous trouverez peut être mes questions quelque peu élémentaires mais malheureusement je ne parviens pas à avoir beaucoup de renseignements sur cette ville.

je suis d'origine marocaine et je réside au Canada, ma famille habite à Kenitra. Si vous êtes intéressés j'aurai un contact pour appartement à louer.
À Kenitra, il y a des centres commerciaux ( Asouak Assalam et Marjan ). La ville est peu touristique mais il y a des projets pour développer ce secteur. à mon souvenir, il y a un centre culturel français, les services scolaires sont offerts à ce centre, les garderies (crèche) ??? peut être??. Il y a une plage Mehdia à 8 km du centre ville, le centre ville regorge de petits commerces , cafés et resto ( même un Mc-Donald). Prix du loyer moyen 2000 Dh pour 110 mètre carrés.

L'appartement se trouve dans le quartier Ismaillia 2, dans un secteur récemment construit et tranquille. Il y a une école a proximité et une garderie. 5 km vous sépare de la plage Méhdia et 3 km du centre commercial : ASSOUAK ASSALAM.
L'appartement n'a jamais été habité, ll ya 2 chambres , cuisine , salon , salle de séjour et salle de bain.

Je prévois aller au Maroc en juillet prochain pour 3 semaines. Si parfois vous prévoyez faire une visite d'exploration avant votre date de déménagement, je serai a Kénitra et je pourrai alors vous renconter et vous montrer l'appartement.

La ville de Kénitra n'a pas de "cachet" historique particulier mais offre l'avantage géographique d'être un "noeud" ferroviaire et autoroutier. En voiture, nous sommes à 2h30 des montagnes d'Ifrane et des villes impériales que sont Fès et Meknès, à 2h00 de l'aéroport de Casablanca, à 3h00 du port de Tanger, à 5h00 de Marrakech.
Côté activités, il y a la plage de Mehdya à 11 kms et on y trouve un club de surf. A une vingtaine de kilomètres se trouvent les jardins exotiques de Bouknadel et Rabat n'est qu'à 45 mn en voiture.
Pour ce qui est des écoles maternelles et des soins pour enfants, pas de souci non plus : il y a le choix à Kénitra.
Pour terminer, si vous cherchez un appartement en centre ville, contactez-moi : je peux vous en proposer un en rez-de-chaussée avec jardin en plein centre ville.

On est un couple mixte franco-tunisien. on compte venir avant de s'y installer définitivement, afin de voir un peu comment ça ce passe coté: loyer, vie quotidienne, les endroits les plus favorable pour être lier à la nature sans être loin de tout ce qui est facilitateur de vie: souk, aéroport international, hôpital, centre de sport, .......et les loisirs. 30 min à 1h avec une voiture.
normalement on y sera en novembre pour 2 semaine pour l'instant.
je pense à l'entour de Rabat pour l'instant.
si vous avez des idées pour l'endroit idéal ou même des tuyaux, je serai très reconnaissante .

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.

5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
