Bonjour de la Guadeloupe après l'ouragan Dean... Les plages vont s'en remettre ...😎 En Guadeloupe les gens sont très accueillants (pas toujours à l'heure) mais très accueillants. La bouffe est chère mais il faut manger local...et aprendre à faire les courses en comparant ...il y a quelques embouteillages...mais il fait beau... le mieux pour habiter est le meublé indépendant chez l'habitant entre 400 et 500 le mois tout compris. le must est d'être près de la mer pour en profiter un max. Bien sur il faut avoir le permis et se trouver une petite voiture (entre 4000 et 5000 euros) ou un scooter... ça dépend aussi de son heure de boulot (si tu veux des contacts) tu vas travailler où ? c'est pour préciser les infos...😇😉 vinotte

je te rassure une voiture te coûteras moins cher, Mon fils à payé la sienne 900€ en plus pour se déplacer en Guadeloupe le voiture est indispensable par contre les assurances sont plus cher qu'en métropole.
En Guadeloupe les maisons sont grande et on trouve souvent des locations chez l'habitant.
Si tu vas à Jarry je te conseille de te loger sur la basse terre cela t'evitera de traverser Pointe a Pitre car cette ville est à éviter à cause des embouteillages donc essaie d'habiter assez pres de ton lieu de travail.

Je me permets de rentrer dans votre discussion. Je vais partir pour un ou deux ans en Gwada, à Saint Claude et donc, moi aussi, je recherche des astuces pour le logement et voiture. Je vais donc rechercher un logement (en colloc ou non) près de Saint Claude. Apparemment, au niveau loyer, cela reste comme en métropole, par contre, côté voiture, c'est vrai que ça monte ! Petit conseil pour une voiture si tu restes moins de 6 mois : location. Pour plus de 6 mois : achat. Aprés chacun son truc. Il y a possibilité de trouver des voitures beaucoup moins cher, la mienne 2000e...il y a même moins cher.
Pour les logements ne vous inquietez pas il y a de quoi dormir...locations vacances, tu peux même t'arranger pour rester à l'année chez certaines personnes, apres il y a plein de location chez les particuliers, c'est pas le soucci.
Conseil pour sandra, j'ai habité saint-claude pendant 2 ans 1/2 (habite la gwada +3 ans), trés jolie moi j'adore, par contre ou cool pour certain, c'est la commune la plus fraîche..car en hauteur et proche du volcan donc parc national. Beaucoup plus humide, mais aprés c la raison pour laquelle la commune est si verte..

et je vais partir fin septembre pour une formation qui dure huit mois à montpellier donc retour fin mai, alors g mon appart F2 et ma voiture qui sont là, si jamais sa t intéresse, fais moi signe, ce sera beaucoup moins cher que les autres annonces, donc voilà, j attends ton message
et sache que ste anne est une ville touristique, culturelle et sportive, l appart est en plein bourg, près de la plage, du stade, des cybers, des magasins, c super bo là bas

Donc, moi, finalement, ma date d'arrivée en Guadeloupe a été repoussée au 1 décembre, donc, cela me laisse le temps de chercher qqch autour de St Claude. Je suis à Petit Canal et je peux proposer de louer la chambre de mon fils qui étudie en métropole (d'ailleurs il a 1 studio sur Nîmes mais il cherche à louer sur Montpellier pour se rapprocher de son lieu d'étude, si vous avez des infos 😉). Ici il a un bungalow avec entrée indépendante : chambre de 12 m², terrasse + cuisine extérieure 16 m², salle d'eau (lavabo, douche, WC). Si ça vous facilite la vie, on peut voir pour les repas.
Concernant le transport, c'est vrai que sans voiture c'est pas facile, quoique le Conseil Général est en train de réorganiser les transports en commun, donc c à voir...
Sinon acheter 1 voiture à bas prix, selon moi, ça ne vaut pas le coup : ici les voitures les moins chères ont beaucoup souffert et les réparations peuvent vous coûter le double. Je parle en connaissance de cause puisque nous sommes garagistes... Nous avons parfois des véhicules vendus toujours en dessous de la cote argus, à votre départ vous pouvez facilement revendre en ne perdant presque rien !
Bref, à votre service pour conseils et tuyaux, je suis en Guadeloupe depuis + de 12 ans et mon mari est d'ici !

Je reviens également sur le forum, puisque j'ai enfin mes billets d'avion et que le départ approche. J'arrive le 30 novembre à Pointe à Pitre. Ensuite, il faut que j'aille sur Saint Claude. Je cherche donc une coloc, un appartement meublé à proximité de Saint-Claude, à compter de début décembre. Pour le moment, je n'ai pas de piste, je commence vraiment à regarder sur le net. Donc, si qqln a des infos à transmettre, ce serait super sympa.
Je vois que pas mal de personnes y partent bientôt ou y sont depuis peu (comment ça se passe Manujah ?).

Pour 1 logement ou coloc à St Claude, branchez-vous sur la radio RCI Guadeloupe, dans l'émission des "Petites annonces" à partir de 9h (= 15h en métropole), j'entends souvent des annonces qui peuvent vous intéresser. Pour 1 voiture, si ça peut intéresser un des membres, 1 de nos clients (profession gendarme) vend sa Ford Fiesta en bon état (avis de garagiste) à 1000€ 😉.
Nous sommes 2 copines de métropole pas très loin de Montpellier d'ailleurs et nous souhaiterions faire un break de quelques mois en guadeloupe environs 6 mois. Nous serions très intéressées par la location de ton appartement. Nous n'avons pas encore de job d'ailleurs connaitrais tu des astuces pour des petits boulots?
Sinon pour toute location est il nécessaire d'avoir déjà un travail sur place?
Montpellier est une très jolie ville tu verras par contre les plages ne sont pas aussi belles que celles de guadeloupe enfin on suppose!!!

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
