pour info, une franchise 7/11 ca coute 2.000.000 bahts plus societe a creer et tu ne pourras pas y travailler.
Les internet cafe et salons de massage tu peux oublier, il y en a revendre.
Bien reflechir car meme si la Thailande est consideree comme un pays "pas cher", si tu veux vivre dans un certain confort, compte au moins 500.000 baht par an.

300 euros c'est trop juste, tu dois payer une location, vous nourrir, penser a la couverture sante, les frais d'ecole, le visa, la moto et/ou la voiture, les imprevus, etc...

je comprend, mais tu dois comprendre les autres membres, ceux qui ont un minimum d'expérience savent que il est impossible voir dangereux monter des affaires dont tu mentionne, et ça fait bizarre que un homme marié et qui a un enfants poses de telle questions,
300 euros, par mois, c'est un tout petit peut plus que le prix thai, mais il faut savoir que on ne peut pas rester sur le territoire thai avec cette some,
on est soumis a des impôts, que les thais n'ont pas, prix du visa etc, , il faut tenir cela en compte,
2 façon de voir l'avenir, ou tu as un réseaux d'amis et de connaissance qui peuvent remplacer l'anpe, et te trouver un boulot, ou monter ta propre affaire, mais l'a il faut bien cibler, car les pièges sont innombrables,
( même les gens qui ont 40 ans sur place en découvre toutes les semaines des nouvelles, , , , , )
Moi il ne faut quand j'y reste cinq mois avec ma femme et nos deux enfants vivre confortablement 1000 € mois comme tu le dit dans ton posteet l'orsque je ne suis pas la je vire 700 € a ma femme par mois avec l'école pour mon fils et la petite et je vie dans le nord habite en exterieur de CM
donc 300 € sois 10 € jour faisable !!!!!!!!!!!!😐😐😐
Je vis 5 mois par an à Jomtien et traiter les gens qui habite ou passes des vacances de "beaufs", pas très élégant de ta part.
Chacun vis sa vie et choisit son endroit pour vivre comme il l'entend. On est pas obligés d'ête beauf pour vivre là bas!!! il existe d'autres gens qui sont très bien, de milieux chics et favorisés et quand j'entends que tu veux vivre avec 300 euros par mois, je me demande qui est le beauf???
Par ailleurs, une enfant franco-thai, tu ne devrais pas avoir besoin d'un forum pour tenter de résoudre tes problèmes car j'imagine que tu connais du monde ou tu as de la famille là bas? alors ou est ton problème? Et en plus, les forumistes ont tous raison, vivre avec cette somme par mois, il ne faut pas y songer, c'est le tarif d'un appartement pour se loger (et pas dans le luxe...) quand à tout le reste, commes ils disent, qui plus est la thailande de maintenant n'a rien à voir au niveau des prix d'il y a 25 ans, je vivais à l'époque sur Koh Samet, il y avait 10 bungalows sur l'ile et encore, donc je sais de quoi je parle. Bon courage avec tes 300 euros.

D'ailleurs je déconseille le Green hotel, vu qu'il est coincé maintenant et donne sur le pignon de 30 mètres de haut d'un nouveau centre commercial.
je propose de créer la grande communauté des beaufs de voyage forum, par exemple, ...Quand je parle des beaufs de Pattaya, ça désigne une catégorie de touristes bien précise, ...après ça, chacun fait ce qui lui plaît...

s'acheque pour obtenir un visa non emigrant d'un an il faut justifier d'un revenu mensuel equivalant a 1500 €
300 euros donc 14700 baths, une maison 3 étages tu trouve pour 5000 à 6000 baths (sans les charges) dans un rayon de 5 à 10 km d'une station BTS ou MRT
on va dire qu'il te reste 9500 baths
9500 baths / 30 jours = 323 baths... ça fait quand même limite !!!

Pour répondre il faudrait savoir dans quelle région tu comptes t'installer. les tarifs pour monter un bizness ne sont pas les mêmes à Phuket et à Roï Et. Ensuite, si tu montes un internet café dans un endroit où personne ne passe, ce ne sera pas cher, mais cela ne te rapportera rien. Sur un lieu de grand passage, l'investissement sera en revanche solide. D'une manière générale, le rapport investissement - revenu dans les commerces en Thailande est très largement inférieur en pourcentage à ce que tu peux obtenir en France....Grosso modo, il faut investir beaucoup pour gagner peu...

Ce qui me surprend c'est quand un beauf traite les autres de beaufs. Tu me diras comme pour les c..ns, on est toujours le beauf de quelqu'un.... Une chose est sure c'est que ton idee de commerce me semble très mal barrée, sauf a disposer d'un capital important (genre 200 000€) histoire de voir venir. Quant à vivre avec 300 € à 3 alors la je rigole bien fort : tu marches sur la tete !!! Mais ton entourage a deja du te le dire ou peut etre n'es tu jamais allé en Thailande ? Ou alors c'était y a 20 ans !!
Et voila ce que répondait (fort justement) "Riton du Sud" à un post tres similaire au tien : médites si tu en es capable.
Au risque de passer pour un méchant briseur de rêve, je ne pense pas qu'avec aussi peu de préparation et de travail en amont tu aies la moindre chance de monter une affaire qui marche. les lois du commerce en particulier et des affaires en général sont les mêmes que partout ailleurs, et en plus compliqué quand tu es étranger.....Pense à ce que tu veux vraiment faire, étudies l'investissement que cela demande, calcule tes marges éventuelles, et surtout prends bien soin d'avoir de la trésorerie pour les deux premières années... Ce qui attire les touristes en Thaïlande, au delà de tout, c'est le cout de la vie... Si tu es de l'autre coté de la barrière, cela veut dire que les marges n'ont rien, mais alors rien à voir avec celle que tu connais en France...Et que donc le rendement sur le capital investi ferait pleurer n'importe quel commerçant français... Vivre les doigts de ied en éventail sur une plage au soleil...Si c'était aussi simple...
Quant à vivre avec 300 € à 3 alors la je rigole bien fort : tu marches sur la tete !!!
Oui mais vous oubliez que le Monsieur ki-nio a une femme et un enfant qui, eux, peuvent être mis à l'ouvrage pour compenser le manque de ressources de leur "propriétaire" (qui devient khun ta-da) !

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
