Bonjour, J'aurai comme projet de quitter la france et de tous vendre, afin de quitter cette vie tumultueuse et pleine de soucis, afin de m'installer avec ma famille mon mari et mes 3 enfants et de prendre un commerce de restauration, sur ce secteur de SALY ou les environs qui sont en pleine extension. Je souhaiterai savoir, que des personnes qui connaissent réellement la ville et ses opportunités s'il est possible de venir vivre avec mes enfants, je parle en terme de scolarité ils ont 12 ans, 14 et 17 ans la dernière est au collége 6eme le 2eme devra aller au lycée en seconde et la 3ème fait une école d'esthétique en ce moment. Y a t-il des établissement scolaires dans cette ville? sinon je pense qu'i faut aller a DAKAR?
Mon mari et moi avons déja vécu en afrique en cote d'ivoire durant 4 ans pour moi, lui est né au ZAIRE et a vécu toute sa vie jusqu'a ce que nous la quittions en 1991, pour ma part j'en ai la nostalgie et je pense que la vie à l'heure d'aujourd'hui (même si le cout de la vie a augmenté!) est toujours plus agréable et accessible là bas, d'ailleurs j'aimerai savoir quel salaire faut-il pour faire vivre une famille de 5 personnes, je me suis déja renseigné concernant les loyers, (qui sont assez peu honéreux) je pense pouvoir me loger pour environ 500€
voir moins, mais pour le reste je ne connais pas le cout de la vie actuellement (nourriture, electricité, téléphone et internet etc...)

On ne quitte pas tout sur un coup de tête, même si un récent reportage (superficiel) fait miroiter le paradis à Saly.
Je te conseille vivement de te rendre sur place et d'étudier en profondeur les opportunités, les avantages, mais également les inconvénients. faire une étude à distance, ne t'apportera pas les informations complètes et souhaitées.
Pour louer ou pour acheter sur place, il n'y a pas de problèmes: des dizaines de villas sont en vente: il semblerait que d'aucuns considèrent que le "paradis" s'est transformé en "purgatoire".
Aucun problème également pour trouver un commerce à vendre...

pour info suite à un reportage sur M6, il y a actuellement sur le même site une discussion sur les français qui s'installent au sénégal. sinon je n'ai qu'un seul conseil, avant toute chose, le sénégal n'étant pas si loin, faites un déplacement sur place, et mener votre enquête. sinon sur dakar il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour scolariser ses enfants de la maternelle jusqu'en terminale....
nous sommes un couple du sud de la france et desirons aussi nous installer sur saly(ou les environs) et les renseignements que j'ai eu dernierement indique qu'il y a des choses a faire en creation entreprise, pleins de possibilités mais il faut se deplacer pour voir...y a pas mieux..nous allons essayer d'y aller rapidement et nous vous tiendrons au courant puisque nous aussi la restauration fait parti de notre projet..

Je ne suis pas de nature pessimiste ni alarmiste, mais simplement réaliste car j'assiste depuis quelques années à la flambée des prix et aux conditions de circulation dans la capitale.
Vrai que pour des européens tous ces soucis sont de moins grande importance que pour les sénégalais, mais ça vaut le coup de réfléchir à 2 fois avant de décider. Un séjour d'immersion est en effet l'idéal !
Et pourquoi ne pas vous informer -si ce n'est déjà fait- pour tenter l'aventure en Casamance ?
Les gens qui s'y installent rentre au bout de qqs mois mais retournent vite au Sénégal, ce pays et ses habitants sont envoutants, on ne peut plus s'en passer, mais vous connaissez l'Afrique noire.
Des centaines de maisons à vendre partout, cher à saly, moins cher plus bas (warang, nianing) donc pas difficile;

pour les enfants, pour avoir un bon niveau d'etude, seule solution : Dakar
Peu de resto marchent bien, les toubabs pensent s'enrichir vite mais c'est faut (il y a qqs exceptions cependant)

Moi personnellement , je n'y trouve rien d'extraordinaire à cet endroit . A part la temérature moyenne de l'air et de l'eau
il n'y a pas grande chose sauf si on est vraiment attiré par un pays africain. La plage , à part sur les quelques 100 mètres
là où il y a des hôtels et residences est sale , voir vraiment sale surtout en allant sur N'BOUR .
On ne peut pas se ballader tranquillement non plus sans être accosté tous les 100 mètres par quelqu'un qui veut vous vendre ou rendre service ( payant bien entendu ) . J'ai même vu des "blancs" courir avec un " noir" pour rester au moins la durée de leur jogging tranquille.Mais on ne peut pas avoir tous le même goût , fort heureusement , car on sera tous au même endroit , une fois à la retraite.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
