Mon mari a une opportunite de travail (duree indeterminee) au Vietnam, a Hanoi. Ce serait une bonne opportunite pour lui mais etant donne qu'il s'agirait d'une societe non-occidentale, les remunerations et avantages ne sont pas aussi consequents (que certaines societes francaises par exemple !). Je quitterai mon travail pour le suivre. Le Vietnam je n'y ai pas mis les pieds depuis 7 ans et seulement pour voyager, des vacances, pas pour y vivre. Lui il ne connait pas. Donc on a beaucoup de questions...
Est-il facile de trouver un logement meuble a Hanoi ? Quels sont les prix des loyers (pour un logement de 80m2 a 100m2 environ)? Les frais eau + electricite sont-ils eleves ? Quel est le "meilleur quartier" ? Que pensez-vous du quartier Ba Dinh ? Visa + cours de vietnamien : je compte prendre des cours de vietnamien a l'universite a Hanoi. Connaissez vous les prix d'inscription ? Est-ce que par le biais de ces cours nous pouvons obtenir un visa de longue duree ? Mon conjoint aura sans doute un visa par sa boite mais pas sur pour moi.... Travail (oui je sais ca a deja ete pose X fois comme question): est-il facile pour un francais avec un petit bagage mais parlant plusieurs langues, de trouver un travail sur place ? Sante : il y a pas mal d'hopitaux mais apparemment ca coute cher ? Est-ce que le systeme de petites cliniques existe la-bas (utile pour les petits rhumes et petites maladies) ? On compte avoir des enfants (la-bas ou ici), pour ceux/celles qui sont deja passes par la, a combien s'elevent les frais pour un accouchement ? La grossesse etait-elle bien suivie ? animaux : je compte emmener notre chat, quelles sont les formalites ? Pratique : existe t'il des laveries ? (genre ou jette son linge + la lessive dans la machine, on met les pieces et hop !)

* il est très facil de trouver un logement meublé ici. Pour le prix ça varie énormément; en tout cas du côté de Ba Dinh (j'habite dans ce quartier) ce n'est pas excessif et c'est plutot calme, bien fournit en magasin, proche du centre, vraiment pas mal; il faut savoir que pour des étrangers ce sera toujours plus cher; en ce qui concerne les charges, c'est annexe, ne t'inquiete pas, ce n'est pas l'eau et l'électricité qui vont ponctionner ton budget.

* pour l'hopital, pas trop le choix: l'hopital français. Dans les établissements viet, on ne voudra pas te soigner. Il y aavait encore le mois dernier un médecin à l'ambassade pour les petits bobo et les pathologies bégnines mais il est rentré en France. Je ne sais pas s'il sera remplacé.
* pour le chat, aucune idée
* les laveries automatiques n'existent pas mais les pressings ne manquent pas et coutent 2 sous.
Pour résumer, ne t'inquiète pas trop et ne te pose pas trop de questions (même si c'est bien légitime) tout ira bien.

Je me suis deja expatriee en il y a 10 ans... partant de rien. J'ai pas mal galere mais je m'en suis bien sortie. Le fait de recommencer a nouveau (meme si c'est mieux encadre) est un peu stressant : on est 2 maintenant (oui maries) + le chat qu'on ne veut pas abandonner, des prets pour un logement nouvellement achete a rembourser, un travail (pour ma part) qui m'assure une independance financiere... bref, c'est pas une decision a prendre a la legere mais on est partants.
Je compte donc prendre des cours de langue vietnamienne (visa assure ou pas par mon conjoint) car j'ai deja pris par interet perso quelques cours dans le passe et je vais en reprendre la semaine prochaine. Par exemple au Golden Key Language Center (30 Hoa Ma Str., Hanoi). Est-ce de bonne reputation ?
Ba Dinh nous interesse car ce serait proche du lieu de travail de mon mari. Pour trouver des locations a quel organisme s'adresser pour eviter des plans foireux (si ca se produit la-bas) ? On tient a notre independance et on ne veut pas trop etre loges avec les autres employes... les collegues c'est sympa au boulot mais le soir et les weekends... on n'a pas trop envie de se retrouver toujours colles aux uns et aux autres.

Maison ou appart meuble tu peux trouver sans trop de probleme, qlq fois les meubles sont pas a notre gout donc je te conseille de prendre ton temps. Pour la taille que tu souhaites ca tourne autour des 500usd$ +++
Je prends exemple par rapport a nos frais, eau 10$+++, electricite 100$++(jutilise enormement la climatisation vue mon petit Mathieu qui est ne en fin d'annee 06).
Tu parles du quartier Ba dinh, bon quartier est pas tres loin du centre ville. J'y habite.

Questions sante il y a des cliniques privee qui sont pas chere pour les radio, prise de sang mais pour visite pas le top.
Mais je te conseille de voir avec l'hopital Francais il y a des packages si je me souviens 400$ pour l'annee, qui compte
les visites autant que tu veux, prise de sang, radio etc..
Jai donc eu mon fils fin 2006, jai etait suivie a l'hopital Francais par le Docteur Tissot, je n'est rien a dire tous cest
tres bien passer. Je te conseille de prendre le package prix 2.000usd$ le prix comprends presque tous ce qui est necessaire
durant la grossese.
Concernant ton chat jen est aucune idee, desolee.
Laverie automatique non il n'y a pas cela a Hanoi, juste les pressings mais a longue ca va te couter chere, voir avec ton
futur proprietere pour possibilites d'une machine a laver ou meme en acheter une, a present tu en trouve a bon prix.

Une derniere question avant le weekend : en ce qui concerne les hopitaux (ou cliniques privees) y a t'il d'autres hopitaux a Hanoi a part l'hopital francais ? Par ex hopital international ou americain, hopital chinois ou autres, ou eventuellement ils acceptent de soigner les etrangers ? Si oui les feedbacks sont-ils egalement bons ?

Pour voir venir, il est possible aussi de s installer temporairement dans un hotel en vieille ville pour prendre le temps de chercher. Au mois je payais environ 300 dollars une chambre avec "suite" avec SdB tres bien pour chercher en parallele.
Au final un copain y a passé plus de 6 mois tellement il s y sentait a l aise.
Sinon pour les loyers compter entre 300 dollars (meublé, 2 etages, 3 SdB, quartier pop) et jusqu a enormement en fonction des moyens. Frequents sont les expats a plus de 2000 dollars, certains salaires expat etant reellement demesurés. Entre 300 et 700 on trouve pas mal d offres.
Eau et electricité ca coute rien meme les mois de clim.
Pour les visas, pas de stress, si ton conjoint en a un, pas de pb pour toi.
Coté boulot, pas forcément si simple a degoter. Bcp de vnmiens tres bien formés dans quasi tous les domaines et il faut vraiment une plus value pour intéresser. Toutefois des postes de ci de la dans l enseignement, le privé et autre. Il y a tt de meme de tres bons plans.
Si les cours de cuisine existent tjrs au Sofitel ne pas hesiter, pas cher et le chef est un des meilleurs connaisseurs etrangers de la cuisine vietnamienne.
Ville tres sportive (piscine, badminton, sports de combat...) en cas de vacances forcées.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
