Salut, nous revenons pour la troisieme fois en Thailande et apprecions beaucoup ce Pays ainsi que ses habitants.Nous souhaiterions y prendre notre retraite d ici quelques temps.Notre enfant est actuellement age de 11 ans et bien que sachant qu il lui est possible de suivre des cours par correspondance (CNED), nous souhaiterions qu il frequente en plus, meme de facon temporaire une ecole afin de se socialiser, de se faire des amis et de grandir avec des enfants de son age.Nous savons qu il existe plusieurs visas qui permettent de rester 1, 3 mois ou 1 an renouvelable, ayant ces visas, nous est il possible de scolariser notre enfant en Thailande ou faut il un visa permanent et justifier de certains revenus etc.

Pour le moment la seul vrai scolarisation en etablissement est celle du Lycee francais de bangkok .
l enseignement a bien sure un coup financier 50 000 bath environ par trimestre rajouter a cela les repas qui sont obligatoire environ 4 000 bath et le transport souvent necessaire entre 15 et 20 000 bath suivant le lieux de ramassage . en gros 80 000 bath soit 200 euros par mois .Possibilite de bourse pour les plus meritant
Il existe d autre petite chose a savoir
Prevoir cela en fin d annee scolaire donc Ete pour la France
l accord de l etablissement qu il frequente avant son depart dois donner son aval pour son depart possible .
Pour pouvoir rentrer dans une structure scolaire de ce type il faut imperativement que l administration Francaise delivre un certificat et c est la, ou cela peux coince Car un enseignent est en droit de le refuser dans ce qu il apelle l interet de l enfant .
Il est donc preferable de faire la demande en fin d annee scolaire et suffisement tot . Un bon eleve as plus de facilite cela tombe sous le sens
Il n y as pas de soucis du visa au moment de l inscription mais c est comme un lycee francais c est minimum une annee scolaire
Donc c est un contrat pour 1 ans minimum qui est passer avec l ecole comme le meme certificat est necessaire pour reintegres un etablissement Francais . Il ne te le donnerais pas si il quittais en cours d annee le lycee ;
Concernant les visas il faudrais que tu vois du cote de l ambassade thailandaise Mais En logique il ne rentre dans aucun critere pour autre chose que de simple visas touristique c est aux yeux de l immigration un citoyen a part entiere ayant son propre passeport et donc son propre visa....Mais avec votre presence, d autre part si il y a inscription dans un lycee et les ressources necessaire a sa subsistance cela devrais faciliter l obtention d un visas identique aux votres qui n oblige donc qu a sortir 1 fois par trimestre et a renouveler tous les ans .
Meme si le lycee ne reclamais pas de justifier de son visa il est evident que l usage du visa touristique dans sa situation de jeune ce n est pas possible. Et pour les plus anciens cela n epargne meme pas des impots
Bien qu'aujourd hui on obtiens la meme duree qu un simple visas de non immigrant sans emploie possible, l'usage du visa touristique est a deconseille pour de tres longue periode pour differente raison ... meme si cela est possible de vivre tres longtemps en Thailande avec de simple visa touristique d un point de vue legislation francaise c est un sac de noeud Ce que les uns laisse faire va a l encontre de ce que les autres interdisent indirectement .la liberte de circulation c est une bonne blague ....Pour faire court ...touriste a vie ou a l annee cela n existe pas en France c est pas encore un job ...y a deja assedic comme metier on va pas y rajouter celui de touriste (:-P
plus de 6 mois pâr ans a l etranger c est etre un expatrier aux yeux de la France...et pour etre expat il faut etre inscrit a l ambassade hors on inscrit pas un touriste ...tu deviens un espece de fantome pour la lois francaise
Donc pour ton gamin un visa identique au votre est necessaire
La vie c est cmme une patisserie on peux la regader sans cesse mais pour connaitre ces saveurs il la faut croquer... les gens sont seuls parce qu'ils construisent des murs au lieu de construire des ponts
