mon projet de sejour en australie est de plus en plus précis. Je compte prendre 2 mois de cours de langue histoire de me poser dans une ville, de connaitre du monde et d'avoir un début d'organisation lol et ensuite trouver un job avec le WHV.
Seulement voila, je m'étais fixée sur Brisbane mais Noosa me tente beaucoup sachant qu'en plus l'école est beaucoup moins chère. Mais j'ai peur qu'il n'y ai pas beaucoup dem onde dans cette ville et de ne pas faire de rencontres... alors je ne sais pas j'ai besoin de conseil. C'est vrai qu'en règle générale je préfere les petites villes chaleureuses mais bon...
Pourquoi pas faire Noosa en ecole puis trouver un job sur brisbane? ou l'inverse? lol

et bien jaimerais taider mais malheuresement je me trouve dans le meme cas que toi a quelques differences pret: je part 9mois a Noosa
je recherchais quelques chose d'animer (etant tout juste majeur donc aimant m'amuser), de beaux paysages et tout en n'etant pas une ville immense car javoue avoir du mal avec la foulle...
je recherchais aussi un acceuil convivial, une bonne ecole, un taux de vie pas trop chere et une securité...
tout ces criteres reunis, l'organisme par qui je suis passée a decider de me proposer Noosa sur toute les villes Australienne qu'il y avait dont Brisbane...
a noter que brisbane etant relativement proche (moin de 200klm) il existe la possibilité de facilement y partir pour un week end pas chere...
je part du 4octobre au 17juin donc peut etre nous verront nous puisqu'il n'existe qu'une ecole a Noosa

J'ai étudié à Brisbane l'année dernière pendant 3 mois et j'ai eu l'occasion d'aller visiter Noosa. A vrai dire excepté Noosa Head avec ses restaurants au bord de plage, cela m'a semblé vraiment ennuyeux. Je te conseille vraiment Brisbane ou à la limite Surfers Paradise sur la Gold Coast. Pour Surfers. Il y'a une ambiance festive mais pour bosser sérieusement Brisbane est mieux. La mer est à seulement 30 kms de Brisbane et tu peux très facilement t'y rendre le week-end.
Je ne sais pas avec quel organisme tu pars, mais je te conseille AILS, ils ont été très bien pour l'organisation de mon séjour et surtout ils ont de très bon prix ...

Merci pour ta réponse. En fait je compte partir avec Ails justement et l'école à Noosa et beaucoup moins chère. En fait je crois que je vais faire 2 mois à Noosa parce que je pense qu'il est plus facile de connaitre vite du monde dans une toute petite ville.
Après je vais sans doute chercher un boulot à brisbane puis sidney.

Mon expérience en Australie était géniale. C'est vraiment un pays à voir, y'a pas de doute là-dessus!
J'ai principalement etudié dans une école à Noosa mais j'ai pu recontrer énormément de personnes avec des envies et des projets très différents. Beaucoup de jeunes partent avec un WHV (je pense que c'est le visa que tu envisages d'obtenir?) sans avoir un niveau d'anglais au top et ils s'en accommodent très bien. Après, il est vrai que tes chances de trouver du travail sont moins nombreuses. Il faudra t'attendre à faire des jobs tels que le fruitpicking, bosser dans les usines ou encore comme dishwasher qui ne demandent pas un niveau d'anglais très élevé mais je te conseillerais tout de même d'améliorer ton anglais avant le départ ou alors de suivre quelques semaines de cours dans une école une fois sur place. L'ambiance est vraiment sympa et se sera l'occasion de recontrer d'autres étudiants qui voudront peut être faire un petit bout de chemin avec toi!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
