je pars en janvier pour 2 mois en thaillande et au vietnam j aimerai savoir si quelqu un aurait des informations
sur des stages de cuisine pour professionnel ( l an dernier j ai fait un stage de cuisine a chang mai mais il s agissait plus d'une activité pour tourriste et pour particulier qui compte faire un plat pour un dinner de famille)
salut je comprend ta déception .. pour les pros il y a de très bonnes écoles mais il fait parler thaïe ..
sinon . c'est faire l'assistant dans un resto thai .. je crois que ils seront ravi ..
si le 2ème choix te conviens j
en connais un tres bon .. quant je dis bon , je veut dire pour les thais c'est a dire la deco nul .. la cuisine limite insalubre mais a se lécher les babines .. 😉 demander ne coûte rien .......

au niveau "pro" beaucoup parmi les grands hotels en thailande - a commencer par ceux de la Chaine Dusit, Amari, ......) ont des cours de cuisine d'une a 2 semaine ( je ne parle pas des trucs de 2 heures comme ceux que vous avez testé à ChiangMai - ce que j'apelle de la cuisine "bolino" )
Idem pour quelques grands restau de la Plce ( Oriental, Shangri-la, .. Elephant blue , ...)

seulement cela reste des cours souvent couteux, fréquentés par les expatriés et les résidents
pour faire un vrai stage de cuisine il faut avoir un visa en conséquence et un accord avec l'hotel ( comme en France contrat de stage ou de formation, couverture accident .. )
mais si vous voulez simplement apprendre a faire la cuisine thaie de tous les jours , c'est vraiment relativement simple de trouver une maison d'hote thai ( je ne parles pas de guest-house masi une maison d'hote au sens francais du terme )
et passez un accord pour y passer plusiers jours, faire la cuisine, aller au marché ...
ce ne sera pas exactment un cours d'école hotelière, mais

Cet été avec mes amis, nous avons participé à deux reprises aux cours de cuisine chez Saigon Culinary Art Center . Ses cours m’ont beaucoup plu que j’y suis retourné récemment avec mon mari au mois de Novembre.
Le Centre qui vient de déménager au 42/3 rue Nguyen Van Troi - Phu Nhuan - Hochiminh City est très pratique et simple pour s’y rendre.
L’acceuil chaleureux et la prise en charge de A à Z dans une maison traditionnelle nous plongent dans une agréable ambiance et un dépaysement total. Nous avons beaucoup aimé son décor racontant l’histoire de l’art culinaire du Viet Nam. Ses cours sont riches et variés. Les plats appris et confectionnés avec les Chefs sont vraiment authentiques, qui différencient des autres centres qui sont plus ou moins européanisés. Je me suis régalé à confectionner les plats avec les Chefs qui sont hyper sympas, patients et souriants. Ils nous ont aussi emmenés à faire les courses au marché pour nous apprendre et expliquer comment choisir les ingrédients…
Leurs cours en français ou anglais sont très bien expliqués. La directrice du centre, présente avec nous pendant toute la durée du cours, est toujours disponible pour nous ré-expliquer et répondre à toutes nos questions et demandes,
J’ai connu ce centre par la recommandation d’un chef cuisinier Thailandais qui y a fait un stage de 2 semaines.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
