Je suis actuellement etudiante en formation d'educateur de jeunes enfants. Dans le cadre de ma formation, je dois réaliser un stage de dix semaines dans une structure qui portera sur la réalisation de diverses actions educatives. Attirée par l'aide humanitaire, moi même et deux autres étudiantes souhaiteriont partir dans un orphelinat au sénégal afin de pouvoir participer et contribuer à l'amelioration des conditions de vie des enfants. C'est pourquoi, je désirai avoir des informations sur les différents orphelinats existants au Sénégal ainsi que votre avis sur ceux-ci.
je connais pas beaucoup d'orphelina au sénégal mais j'ai été educateur bénévole dans un refuge d'enfant de la rue au sénégal.
Mené par l’association Village pilote depuis sa création cette action comporte deux volets : l’écoute des enfants par des animateurs qui viennent à leur rencontre ; et l’hébergement temporaire de ces enfants. Le but : les protéger et les aider se réinsérer socialement.
Les enfants concernés, dont les plus jeunes ont tout juste cinq ans, sont en rupture de lien familial et social. Ce sont majoritairement de jeunes garçons qui ont fui la misère de leur famille ou bien les mauvais traitements du marabout auquel leurs parents les ont confiés pour suivre un enseignement religieux. Ils n’osent pas revenir chez eux et sont souvent perçus comme des délinquants par la population.
Environ 150 de ces enfants reçoivent un soutien psychologique dans la rue (trois équipes de deux à trois animateurs se relaient jour et nuit), tandis qu’une quinzaine sont hébergés au refuge de l’association. Là, ils peuvent se laver, se restaurer, se reposer, faire du sport, apprendre l’hygiène, être soignés, découvrir les métiers (notamment ceux de l’agriculture).
La mission des animateurs – des Français et des Sénégalais – ne consiste pas à obliger les enfants à sortir de la rue mais à les inciter à retourner chez eux. Lorsque l’enfant semble prêt (au bout de quatre ou cinq mois en général), un travail de médiation est entrepris avec sa famille. On peut aussi l’aider à intégrer un atelier de formation professionnelle.

L'association dont tu me parles correspond plutot à mes attentes surtout les missions qui sont réalisées pour l'hébergement. Peux tu me renseigner sur la tranche d'âge des enfants mais j'aimerai également savoir si cette asso à une adresse internet. Et sais tu s'ils peuvent accueillir 3 stagiaires et s'ils peuvent nous hébergés car nous ne connaissons pas la région et nous n'avons pas les moyens d'être dans un hotel ou autres.

personnellement je travaille actuellement en tant qu'assistante sociale dans un centre pour jeunes en difficultés dans les alentours de Bruxelles en Belgique. Auparavant j'ai travaille en tant qu'éducatrice spécialisée dans ce meme centre.
Mais maintenant je suis a la recherche d'une nouvelle expérience et voudrait pouvoir faire cela au Sénégal, pays que je commence a bien connaitre au vu des différents séjours la-bas mais également pour des raisons personnelles (proches qui vivent la bas)
des lors, qqn saurait-il m'aider à entrer en contact avec ong ou autre organisation qui pourrait éventuellement etre intéressé par ma candidature. Je souhaiterais prioritairement travailler avec des jeunes en difficultés ou encore avec des enfants. Maintenant je reste ouverte à toutes propositions de travail et soutien pour la population locale dans le besoin.

Je suis étudiante en deuxième année d'éducateur spécialisé à l'école normale de Tournai en Belgique. Je désire réaliser mon stage de troisième année (septembre 2008 à janvier 2009) au Sénégal. Peux tu me donner de plus amples informations sur l'ONG village pilote. Sais tu s'ils accueillent des stagiaires éducateurs? Connais tu d'autres associations au Sénégal en rapport avec le travail d'éducateur et si possible situé à proximité de Mbour?

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
