Je suis étudiante en master de négociations internationales(aire géographique Inde), et j'ai un stage à effectuer en fin d'année(juillet à septembre).C'est dans le tourisme "responsable" (marketing et communication)que je souhaiterais faire ce stage et dans une région bien précise de l'Inde(Le Rajasthan ou le Ladakh et zanskar).Après quelques recherches j'ai trouvé quelques agences de voyages auprès desquelles je pourrais postuler mais je n'ai pas vraiment trouvé d'agences de voyages locales et ça m'interesserait fortement de travailler avec des indiens(pour travailler mon hindi).Donc si vous connaissez des agences locales qui recherchent des stagières etrangers faites moi signe.Merci d'avance.

J'étais à ta place il y a un an.
Tu as beaucoup d'agences, à Manali et à Leh.
Tu as plusieurs typs d'agences, celle qui travaille avec les agences françaises et celle qui travaillent pour les demandes sur place.
Parfois, elles font les deux.
Ensuite, sache qu'en Inde, il travaille beaucoup, et je te conseille de te mettre d'accord d'entrée avec ton maitre de stage sur les horaires et également si tu veux des jours de repos. Les journées sont longues mais le travail n'est pas intensif comme en France où tu es à fond pendant 8 heures. La bas, c'est 9 à 10h cool mais tu dois etre la.
Tu dois avoir une idée bien précise de tes missions, leur demander s'ils sont intéresses. Fais attention à faire d'autres missions trop souvent et qui s'eloignent de ce que tu voulais faire.
Dis moi ce que tu veux faire, je pourrais te mettre en contact avec mon ancien maitre de stage indien qui vient en France sur Décembre.
Côté rémunération, j'en connais qui rémunére mais c'est des agences "françaises" de A à Z à Delhi, pas trop local.
Sache aussi que tu as droit à une bourse de mobilité internationale délivré par le conseil régional où tu etudies.
ex: j'etais à Toulouse donc Midi Pyrénées
Mais ces bourses ont des critères géographiques et dans mon cas Midi Pyrénées ne couvraient pas l'Inde.
J'ai du me retourner vers la région donc je suis originaire pour pouvoir avoir une bourse et partir.
Prends y toi à l'avance aucas où tu ais un problème.
Ca va de 100 à 380 euros par mois.
Si tu veux des infos, je suis à ta disposition, dis moi ce que tu veux vraiement faire, et je te donnerai des noms d'agences sur l'Inde du Nord.

J'ai fait mon stage dans une agence de trekking locale, basée à Leh, Delhi et Manali.
C'etait mon stage de master 2 Sport, tourisme et développement local à l'Université de Paul Sabatier.
Mes missions ont davantage concerné la Commercialisation que la conception ou la production de destination.
Traduction du site Internet en français, Prise en charge des demandes de devis français, suivi des relations avec les agences françaises, campagne de mailing, accueil des clients à Delhi, visite de Delhi, et accompagnateur sur le Ladakh avec un groupe, et un peu de conception, prospection sur les salons de la rando et du tourisme. J'ai etudié aussi les différentes stratétgies possibles pour l'avenir. (éviter toute dépendance et multiplier les clients (agences, clients individuels, ...).
C'était un stage de cinq mois.
Ce que tu pourrais faire, c'st regarder l'agence où tu aimerais travailler à l'avenir en France. Tu vas les voir et tu leur expliques que tu peux etre leur représentant chez le receptif, ou que tu envisages d'aller chez leur receptif pour connaitre les destinations et les itineraires.
Je te conseille de te spécialiser sur un pays ou un massif. Si tu es en Inde, pense au Pakistan ou au Népal. Ne reviens pas tout de suite.
C'est l'erreur que jai fait et aujourd'hui quand je cherche du travail, on me répond que je n'ai pas assez d'expérience.
Donc si tu pars, faut que ca vaille le coup.

je connais un petit peu l'Inde du Nord, pas trop le Rajasthan, je n'y ai été qu'une seule, fois. Par contre je connais assez bien le Ladakh ayant moi même effectué des stages là-bas. Saches tout d'abord que le hindi n'est pas la langue la plus pratiquée au Ladakh et Zangskar, même si c'est une langue nationale, et beaucoup de Ladakhi (à Leh du moins) en connaisse les notions, le Ladakhi et le Tibétain restent les langues pratiquées au quotidien par les locaux.
Ensuite concernant le tourisme, je ne sais pas exactement sur quoi porte ton stage, mais la situation touristique au Ladakh est assez intéressante, notamment au regard de son évolution depuis les dix dernières années (d'ailleurs tu peux jeter un oeil sur le site internet du LAHDC de Leh, y a quelques stats en lignes). Me rendant régulièrement au Ladakh depuis cinq ans, l'évolution du tourisme et ses impacts sont assez flagrants.
Et puis le nombre d'agences de voyage à Leh est assez imprortant. Je sais que certaines travaillent directement avec des agences françaises. Après, y faire un stage, j'ai aucune idéee de comment cela pourrait se passer, mais en tout cas au niveau contact et informations, les Ladakh est un terrain idéal, et les Ladakhi des gens exceptionnels.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
