Je me présente très rapidement :
Albert - 24 ans - Etudiant en Master s’apprêtant à faire un stage de fin d'étude de 9 mois dans son pays d'origine qu'est l'Inde (à 15 km de Pondicherry pour être plus précis ). Il va s'en dire que j'ai vraiment fait des pieds et des mains pour réussir à décrocher ce stage dans une belle entreprise indienne.
Mais, je me pose quand même beaucoup de question. Ceux-ci concernent plutôt mon "retour" en France et j'aimerai avoir vos conseils et aides.
Le fait d'effectuer un stage d'étude de "longue durée" (9 mois) même à l'étranger me permet-il de "cotiser" pour ma retraite ?
Techniquement je suis stagiaire selon "les papiers français" mais là-bas c'est plutôt considéré comme étant une embauche (vu que peu d'entreprise accepte vraiment des stagiaires ).
1/ La paie que je percerai étant inscrite sur mon contrat de stage, une partie sera-t-elle prélevée par diverses taxes françaises. Ça me gène pas plus que ça d'avoir ses prélèvements vu que ça fait parti du système français .
Mais si prélèvement il y a, il y a t-il un pourcentage de prélèvement particulier ? Mes droits sont inscrites sur le contrat de stage, mais qu'elles sont mes devoirs ?
J'avoue être un peu perdu vis-à-vis de ça 😕
2/ Par extension, ce travail me permettra-t-il de cotiser pour ma retraite ? (Parce que c'est quand même 9 mois mine de rien).
3/ J'anticipe un peu ( :D ) mais après mon master, si je suis au chômage, le stage est-il considéré comme un travail à temps plein ?
4/ En tant que stagiaire, j'ai donc une "assurance" me permettant de me protéger en cas de maladie/blessure sur mon lieu de travail. Mais si je me blesse hors de mon lieu de travail, suis-je couvert ?
Je voulais aussi profiter de l'occasion pour pourquoi pas m'acheter des lunettes (principalement pour le cout).
Une ordonnance française un peu ancienne (d'un an) effectuée par un ophtalmo français est-il utilisable là-bas ? Ca fait toujours plaisir d'avoir plusieurs paires de lunette que d'en avoir qu'un :D
5 / Je voulais aussi profiter de l'occasion pour (re)passer le permis. J'ai le code, j'ai conduis avec une auto-école française. Mais comme, je ne tiens pas forcément à faire 15km x2 par jour en bus ou en scooter et que là-bas, je suppose que c'est vraiment moins cher, est-il possible de "convertir" ce permis indien en permis français en sachant que je le passe à Pondicherry ?

En fait toutes tes questions se synthétisent en une seule et unique : ton contrat de travail (la convention de stage est une forme de contrat de travail) est -il écrit en droit français ou en droit indien ??
Je doute qu'il soit écrit en droit francais (surtout si c'est une entreprise indienne). Dans ce cas , tu as le droit à... RIEN !! ni retraite ni chômage. Pour la simple et bonne raison que tu ne cotiseras (dans ce cas) pas à l'URSAAF français, d'ailleurs, tu n'existes plus pour l'état français pendant ces 9 mois...
Par conséquent, si tu te blesses au boulot, ben j'en sais rien, je ne connais pas le droit indien. En droit français, si tu te blesses sur ton lieu de travail, ou bien en allant ou revenant du boulot, alors c'est un accident de travail; Sinon ben ca n'existe pas, et c'est ton assurance civile. Encore une fois, c'est du droit français, c'est certainement différent en Inde. D'ailleurs, le droit français est l'un des plus protecteur au monde , donc à mon avis ce ne peut pas etre mieux qu'en France.
Désolé, c'est un peu une réponse de normand, mais il faut que tu saches vraiment si tu as un contrat français ou indien. ca change tout !
Par expérience, je n'ai JAMAIS vu d'entreprise étrangère qui acceptait de prendre des français avec un contrat français (stage ou embauche d'ailleurs).

PS ; à titre indicatif, les prélèvements sociaux en France varient. En moyenne tu vas toucher environ 80-83% du brut en stage, pour un petit salaire. En CDI, avec un bon salaire, compte 72-74% du brut.
D'après la convention que j'ai, si j'ai bien compris, il me semble qu'il est en droit français. C'est la convention de stage qu'on tous les étudiants avant de partir à l'étranger.
Par contre, avant de faire un stage à l'étranger, l'université "demande" notre assurance civile. Mais je ne sais pas les "cas" qu'il couvre.
80% de mon salaire de stage : 130 euros \o/ (Bon en Inde, c'est énorme mine de rien 😄)
Concernant le permis : Peut-on le passer là-bas et le convertir en arrivant ici ?
Pour mes lunettes : Peut-on les acheter là-bas avec une ordonnance française ? (Je peux éventuellement passer l'examen là-bas surtout que ce n'est pas cher, mais...j'ai plus confiance aux ophtalmo français qu'au ophtalmo indien même s'ils sont tout aussi compétents)
c'est pas parce que c'est l'université française te donne un papier qu'il est en droit francais... il te filent une convention pour le suivi pédagogique et etre sur que tu vas bien dans une entreprise, et pas te mettre les doigts de pieds en éventail sur la plage.
donc vérifie bien, parce qu'en l'espèce ta convention n'est pas valable en droit francais. En 2010 l'indemnité minimum mensuelle était de 417,09 € net mensuel. Ca a augmenté depuis un peu. Donc 130€ c'est pas possible...
Le permis je ne sais pas trop à vrai dire, je sais que plein de pays ont une convention d'équivalence pour le traduire en France, mais l'Inde je ne sais pas, et vu que ce n'est pas une ancienne colonie française, c'est pas sur.
Quant aux lunettes, on s'en fiche complètement !! tout s’achète là bas... tu veux changer un rein ? un coeur ? vas y ! tant que tu paies... mais amener l’ordonnance c'est pas idiot, ça te permettra d'avoir les bonnes lunettes. En revanche, je ne me souviens pas avoir vu d'opticien comme chez nous. Tu as des paires de lunettes étalées sur des stands et tu choisis celle qui te va le mieux... Mais c'est assez basique...
En tout cas, ne comptes pas sur la sécu pour te les rembourser....
Tu peux passer ton permis ici, mais pas le convertir en France (encore heureux quand on sait comment on l'obtient ici), Il faudra le repasser du moins en partie en France.
Quand aux lunettes, bien sûr qu'il y a de vrais opticiens ici, avec tout ce qu'il faut, un choix de montures et tu peux même payer aussi cher qu'en France dans certains cas. Quand au remboursement, si tu as une ordonnance française et toujours couvert par la sécu, tu peux te faire rembourser quelques cacahuètes par la sécu dans la limite du séjour autorisé pour la couverture. Quand 130 euros, ne crois pas que cela soit si énorme ici, tu n'iras pas bien loin avec ça, même en Inde !

Ça sera toujours une somme "d'appoint" vu que je mettrai mes propres sous pour vivre là-bas (sauf le loyer vu que j'habiterai chez ma famille).
Pour le permis, je voulais le passer à Pondichéry (ancien comptoir de commerce française) qui est d'ailleurs un État particulier au sein de l'Inde.
Après vérification, il n'y a en effet pas d'accord entre les deux pays pour permettre de convertir le permis indien en permis français MAIS parait-il si on montre qu'on a été dans une autoécole agrée, "reconnu" par le consulat, il est possible de l'avoir. Mais comme là-bas la conduite est à droite, il faut qu'à mon retour je passe un "exam" mineur ou quelques choses dans le genre.
Pour les lunettes, c'est plus le prix qui m'importe et comme je sais que ce n'est pas cher, j'en profite ^_^

Ce qui est illégal en droit francais, que tu bosses en France ou à Pondichéry.
Si tu es salarié français travaillant pour une entreprise française et que ton contrat est rédigé en droit français, cette clause est alors réputée non écrite et tu dois toucher ton tiers de smic, ce qui est le droit commun.
En revanche, une entreprise français a le droit de faire travailler des français sur un territoire étranger en rédigeant des contrats de travail en droit étranger (même les ambassades françaises le font...).
D'où ma question , es tu sur d'avoir un contrat français ? Encore une fois, méfies toi de ta convention de stage fournie par l'université qui n'est (peut être) qu'un papier à titre pédagogique pour encadrer ton mémoire ou je ne sais quoi.
Renseignes toi bien, mais 130€ c'est illégal en droit français. Et ce serait ballot quand tu rentreras dans un an, que tu te rendes comptes que tu n'as droit à rien aux assédic, que tu n'as pas cotisé à la retraite et autres...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
