tu n'as pas le choix, si tu veux embaucher un étranger tu dois passer par pole emploi. Ils doivent valider ou non ta demande et ensuite tu t'adresse à la DDTE qui accepte ou non ta demande.
Pour le travail il y a un choix tres important , mais c'est devenu difficle de faire appel à un étranger à cause de la crise économique dans notre pays

On est pacsé et il semble que une communauté de vie ne veut pas dire forcement vivre tout le temps au meme endroit.Il semblerait que le travail ou un éloignement géographique peut etre pris en compte et compter dans l'année de communauté de vie ( selon la préfecture)

Sans aucn jugement de valeur, une partie de l'incompréhension des problèmes administratifs venait du titre : étant "thailandais", et non thailandaise ton ami ne peut pour l'instant contracter mariage avec toi. Cela dit, j'ai cru comprendre que ces derniers temps, on pouvait obtenir un permis de travail comme cuisinier à condition de trouver un restaurant thaïlandais qui l'embauche et peut prouver que le poste ne peut être occupé par quelqu'un en recherche d'emploi en France du fait de sa spécificité. Je vais peut-être dire une grosse connerie, mais il me semble qu'il est possbile d'avoir un Visa pour vivre en France si tu es Pacsé (idem que celui pour un mariage). Ensuite avec ce Visa ton ami peut travailler et vivre en France.

comment travailler en France ? Déjà de nouvelle lois vont faire surface mais dans tous les cas le dossier doit être sérieux.L'ambassade , est tres attentive et leur action est de qualité et pour cela ceux qui trichent renderons encore plus difficile les entrées en France .Pour cela que les gens peu sérieux s'abtiennent! Si vous êtes marié, c'est le plus facile.
Dans tous les cas demander un visa long séjour pour travailler chez TLS à bangkok avec à l'appui un contrat de travail , un contact avec la direction départementale du travail en France , un contact avec l'ofii en France , qui feront la demande à l'ambassade. Ensuite en France vous aurez un minimum de 300h de cours de Français avec examen en fin , des radio et visite medicale, un rendez vous civique, l'ofii vous orientera (la qualité ofii parfois négative) puis un rendez vous prefecture vous sera délivré (ou parfois par les mairie pour les département au top) dans un 1 er temps carte de séjour provisoire, puis petit à petit definitif (si tout est correct ) L'ofii reclamera une somme environ 300 euro (je ne sais pas exactement maintenant suivant le job) à l'employeur .C'est un peu long, c'est difficile mais c'est faisable . Je repete à ceux qui veulent profiter de la France ou sont illégaux qu'ils sont néfastent à ceux qui veulent venir ici .La france c'est un pays extra , tres ouvert mais trop de gens ont abusé et fond des problemes aux autres . N'oubliez pas si vous n'etes pas rattaché a une assurance (mariage) de vous assurer médicalement
