C'est une très bonne chose que tu viennes vivre en Guadeloupe ! Tu verras c'est un vrai petit paradis... En ce moment, ça n'est pas le cas avec la grève qui va, je pense, durer un certain temps... Pour ton emploi, je suis désolée je ne peux pas t'aider davantage, mon secteur professionel étant l'optique (Jarry).

trouver un emploi sur place relève du parcours du combattant et nécessite de bonnes relations...Au niveau des administrations et des grosses entreprises il est pratiqué la préférence locale...pour éviter des mouvements sociaux vaut mieux venir ici en bénéficiant d'une mutation professionnelle
Si tu es courageuse, persévérante et un rien charmante tu peux tenter la restauration, les petits commerces étant exangues ( pouvoir d'achat, blocage du aux grèves) il te sera difficile de trouver un magasin ou une enseigne qui recrute une vendeuse
Bon courage dans tes recherches, sois curieuse et entreprenante avec le temps et la chance tout est possible 😉

Je travaille dans le domaine financier et est heureusement pu beneficier d une mutation professionnelle la gwad'loup est un pays magnifique qui mériterait d être mieux mis en valeur malheureusement les extremistes lui donnent une mauvaise image et complique une vie qui a tout pour etre agréable la famille et les amis sont de bons moyens de gommer les tracas quotidien et il faut savoir être zen en toute circonstance ! la grève actuelle en est une illustration

Je suis aussi une bretonne, j'habite à dinard, près de st malo et je souhaite quitter la région pour partir vers de nouvelles aventures. Ce projet me trotte dans la tete depuis un bon moment déjà, je n'arrive pas à faire le pas car je suis seul et sur ce forum nombreux sont ceux qui partent avec leur conjoint. Moi si je pars, je quitte ma famille et je pars en solo, un peu effrayant mais j'ai besoin de ça. Je me renseigne donc sur l'endroit le plus raisonnable ou partir, le + accueillant. J'ai 29 ans, je bosse dans l'administration et le social, j'ai un BAC+3, et je me demande s'il est difficile de trouver du travail là bas. Le temps passe vite, je ne veux plus perdre mon temps et me donne jusqu'à la fin de l'année pour économiser et partir. Et toi comment es tu arrivée en guadeloupe? Certaines personnes nous démotivent pour y aller, je reste réaliste, je sais que c n'est pas le paradis au soleil. Lequel des DOM TOM est le + accueillant?

Je ne connaissais pas la Gwada avant d'y vivre et cela m'a plu tout de suite ! Le rythme de vie me convient parfaitement, le soleil est présent, les locaux sont chaleureux en général, les plages sont paradisiaques et surtout avant de connaitre tout de la Gwada, il faut s'accrocher !
Les petits - (il y en a mais c'est comme partout ! ) : voiture indispensable sur l'île avec embouteillages fréquents, les tarifs excessifs comparés à la métropole...
Voilà un petit résumé...
Si tu as d'autres questions, n'hésite surtout pas et un conseil, lance toi dans l'aventure, tu ne regretteras pas !!

Dsl, je te harcelle de question ! Mais j'ai un peu peur de faire le grand pas. Je bosse dans la fonction publique et je voulais aussi savoir si les mutations ne sont pas trop bouchées.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
