Je vais travailler Avenida Jimenez donc je cherche dans les environs. On m'a parlé de Chapintero, qu'en pensez-vous? Quels sont les quartiers les plus proches et les plus sûrs?

Avenue Jimenez ce situe dans le quartier centre historique de la Candelaria.
Pour louer en bonne et dû forme, tu dois avoir une reference de travail, ce qui a l air d'être le cas et un cautionère. Ils sont en général tres flexible avec les étrangés. Ils peuvent aussi te demander un ou plusieur loyer d'avance.
Ce que je te conseille, c est de te prendre un hotel à coté de ton stage et de chercher une fois sur place avec des amis colombiens, en demandant.
De cette manière tu pourra choisir le quartier qui te fais le plus envie et comprendre comment ca fonctionne, ici.

J'ai la chance d'être hébergée par un ami quand j'arrive donc je pourrais chercher tranquillement. En fait, l'idéal serait de trouver une colocation!
C'est cool qu'ils soient souples avec les étrangers pour les papiers car en France c'est plus compliqué!

Le quartier dont tu parles c'est effectivement Chapinero. Moi c'est la ou j'habite au niveau de la Calle 42. C'est un quartier tres chouette de Bogota car animé, proche du centre, bien desservi (proche du Transmilenio et de la Septima, ou il y a de nombreuses Busetas). Par contre c'est peut etre un peu plus cher que certains autres quartiers de Bogota, mais tu peux quand même trouver des loyers abordables.
Moi j'habite dans une coloc pour quatre personnes, près de l'Université Javeriana (calle 42 # 4) et je pars de Bogota en février donc tu pourras me contacter pour voir l'appart. Moi j'y suis très bien et mes colocs sont supers sympas. La proprio ne m'a pas demandé de référence, seulement une caution équivalent à un loyer. Mais dans tous les cas, je connais beaucoup de gens en colocs à Bogota et tu peux sans hésiter me contacter.

Le quartier de Chapinero est divisé en deux parties: Chapinero alto, la partie résidensielle et très calme, qui se situe vers les contres-fort montagneux. Et Chapinero, plus bas, qui est très populaire et plus commercial...

Busetas sont des petits bus collectifs, qui s'arrètent lorsque tu leurs fais signe et tu peux descendre a n'importe quel moment. Valeur: 1200 Pesos. Ils ont des directions d'inscrites sur le par-brise.
Les loyers sont divisés en "Estrato". Il y a 5 niveaux. Plus c'est bas, moin c'est chère ainsi que les charges et les services... Donc, "chapinero alto" estrato 3-4 et "chapinero" estrato 2.
Les prix que tu annonces me paraissent cohérents.
Fais-toi aider par un ami colombien, il saura.
La calle 42 pour moi c'est le quartier Teusaquillo, très bien aussi!

Voila pour les busetas tu as ta réponse...moi quand je vais dans la Candelaria c'est le moyen de transport que j'utilise. Quant au loyer, oui c'est a peu pres ca entre 500.000 et 1.000.000. Moi je paye, 700.000 tout service inclus et cela comprend aussi les services d'une dame de ménage qui vient deux fois par semaine (oui je sais c'est bizarre, mais c'est comme ca en Colombie, avant ca j'aurais jamais cru que j'aurais qq pour faire le ménage chez moi). J'ai des amis qui paient moins de 500.000 mais ils vivent soit loin du centre soit dans la Candelaria, ce qui est à mon avis, aussi une bonne option (ca serait a refaire, je chercherais dans la Candelaria: je ne l'ai pas fait car on m'avait dit que c'etait dangereux, mais je ne trouve pas finalement et mes amis y sont tres bien).
Sinon, je suis à Bogota pour un stage: je suis la depuis 4 mois et je rentre 🙁 en février.
Moi aussi on m'a déconseillé le centre ville mais si tu dis que c'est pas si dangereux, je regarderai quand même!
En parlant de "dangereux", je suis déjà venue en Colombie en vacances mais jamais assez longtemps pour réaliser comment c'est la vie au quotidien donc tu peux me donner tes impressions? Ta vie est semblable à la vie qu'on peut avoir en France, tu te balades en ville, fais les magasins, sors le soir bref tu vois ce que je veux dire?!!

J'habite à la Candelaria, où c 'est pas dangeureux sauf certaine nuit, très tard où il faut se méfier.
Actuellement je suis en France avec ma femme colombienne.
Aviatur campus, je connais très bien, c'est là où j'achète tous mes billets d'avion et d ailleur comme tu dois certainement le savoir, le responsable est français.
Donc on aura certainement l'occase de se croiser par là.

Bonjour Laurence, la solution de la colocation me semble assez judicieuse et pratique bien qu'à distance c'est pas forcemment évident... Chapinero est un quartier trés sympat et proche du centre. Dans tous les cas évite les quartiers sud de la ville.
je pars pour bogota étudier à l'université de la javeriana fin janvier... une amie colombienne sur bordeaux m'avait trouvé une colocation sur santa fe avec sa meilleure amie... Mais comme c'était pas trop du goût de ma petite amie (qui est un poil jalouse) elle m'a trouvé un studio meublé sur chapinero. En général, les propriétaires reclament la même chose qu'en france: un dépot de garantie, et une justification de revenus s'il y en a, sinon une caution personnelle (un garant). si tu ne trouves pas tout de suite ton logement t'as aussi des genre d'appart'hotel, au moins le temps de trouver mieu sur place.

J'ai également des amis étudiants qui vivent à Chapinero et qui vont m'aider à trouver une coloc. Tout le monde me parlent de ce quartier donc je crois que je vais moi aussi habiter là bas !!!

Tu vas arriver sur Bogotà à la même période que moi! Moi je reste 6 mois pour un stage. Si ça te dit on pourrait essayer de se voir une fois là bas!!!! Rassure ta copine c'est en tout bien tout honneur !!! En tout cas grace a ce forum, j'ai déjà quelques contacts français sur place, en plus de mes amis colombiens biensur mais bon ils parlent pas français eux lol !!!!!
