Au Québec, le travail payant pour les pvtistes est de devenir serveur ou serveuse en raison des pourboires de 15% qui vont directement à l'employé contrairement à la France. Ainsi, il est facile de gagner dans un restaurant moyen un salaire de 100$ en tip par jours. privilégiez les chaînes pour que les normes du travail soit bien respectées comme: chez cora ou St-Hubert. Les meilleures destinations demeure la ville de Québec ou la ville de Montréal à mon avis... le salaire est meilleur, les transports en commun sont excellents et il y a possibilité de trouver une chambre en colocation à prix très raisonnable dans la ville même. (pas des heures de transports..contrairement à Paris)
Comment convaincre un employeur en France de nous embaucher? Au Québec, il faut seulement de la motivation et dire les vrai choses. On n'aime mieux ce que tu sais faire que tes diplômes... bon, tout dépend du domaine. Et généralement, dans la restauration ou magasin, il faut faire du porte à porte. Si vous êtes vraiment motivé, dynamique et qu'un restaurant est en manque de personnel, il vous prendra sur le champs!
Le Québec malgré le ralentissement économique manque de main d'oeuvre qui veut travailler... mais je sais que la situation en France n'est pas la même donc je tracasses un peu! Mais je me dis que c'est certain qu'il y a un bon plan en France... c'est si touristique!

peut être si tu passes par les stations de ski ce sera plus facile pour te trouver un job ds la restauration ou ds un hôtel mais c'est sur que ce ne sera pas un travail très motivant.
fais attention en arrivant à CDG de bien préparer ton itinéraire, car il faudra te loger et ce sera sur ta plus grande difficulté, les propriétaires n'accepteront jamais de te louer leur bien sans qu'une personne ne se porte garant pour toi, car même avec un travail il faut gagner au moins 4 fois le prix du loyer.
peut être en venant l'été tu peux aller sur la cote d'azur ds le sud de la France,
en 2009 la France rentre en récession donc pour le travail....!!!!
peut être donner des cours d'anglais si tu parles couramment, t'inscrire style des organismes comme Acadomia, Après l'école etc...c'est payer 8 euros de l'heure, ou alors t'occuper des enfants ...

Si tu es bilingue ce sera un plus. Ensuite tout dépends de tes compétences, comme partout.
Si tu cherches un boulot saisonnier il est préférable de cibler les villes touristiques des littoraux Atlantique et Méditerranéens pour l'été. Concernant les stations de sports d'hiver, à cette époque la saison est fort avancée pour y trouver facilement un employeur éventuel.
Si tu as de l'argent de côté pour couvrir tes frais si tu ne trouves pas d'emploi, n'hésite pas à venir nous visiter 😛
C'est vrai, les temps sont durs. Le chômage très présent. Mais du boulot il en reste ! Que se soit dans les stations de ski surchargés (les gens partent en vacances au ski en France plutôt qu'à l'étranger en ces temps de crise), et sur la cote d'azur cet été, il y'aura du travail saisonnier !
Mais sache que le salaire n'est pas mirobolant et les loyers très chers !

En ce qui concerne les serveurs, le salaire fixe sera supérieur à celui du Québec (minimun 8, 7 euros de l'heure) mais les tips, non obligatoires ici, ne seront sans doute pas aussi élevés.
J'ai travaillé dans un restaurant l'été et à part les étrangers, pas grand monde ne laissait des pourboires, ou alors c'était très peu.
En ce qui concerne le logement, là par contre çà coince. Dans la plupart des cas on te demande des fiches de paie, une caution et un garant. Ce n'est pas évident de trouver un propriétaire qui accepte de nous louer si on ne peut pas présenter tout çà.
Et pour convaincre un employeur de nous embaucher ... Pas de recette miracle. Diplôme + expérience + prétention salariale faible = le trio gagnant !
Tout dépends de tes qualifications et de ce que tu recherches.
Encore une fois, regarde sur le site de l'ANPE. Ça donne une bonne idée du marché de l'emploi du moment.
je crois finalement, que le mieux est de prendre un petite auberge de jeunesse dans un lieu touristique et de faire mes recherches actives en ce moment.
je suis membre du barreau du Québec (avocate) mais je n'ai pas beaucoup pratiqué... Par contre j'ai beaucoup d'expériences dans la restauration et depuis 5 ans je suis gérante. Je n'ai pas de certificats d'études dans ce domaine, donc je ne sais pas si mes expériences pourront compenser en France. Je sais que tout est si différent! heureusement il y a la langue. Je ne suis pas complètement bilingue mais j'arrive à très bien communiquer en anglais. (niveau intermédiaire).
j'aimerais peut-être essayer, près de l'Espagne, donc j'achèterai un bon guide pour savoir quels sont les endroits touristiques. J'aime bien Paris mais la vie est si onéreuse!!!!

Je vais également tenter mes chances dans le domaine juridique. Je sais qu'il y a eu une attente dernièrement entre nous deux pays afin de reconnaître nos professions. Par contre, en Angleterre, les entreprises profitaient du statut d'étranger.... ils nous payaient sous le salaire minimum, malgré les lois. Mais comme j'étais en voyage je n'avais pas le goût de m'embarquer dans un débat juridique. je voulais tout simplement ne pas trop me casser la tête!
J'ai lu qu'il y avait beaucoup de complications à reconnaitre notre statut en France. je verrai bien! Après tout les papiers administratifs ne me font pas peur et feront pratiquer ma patience! lol!
ici on s'en fiche des diplomes, ce qui est importants c'est de montrer que l'on est déterminé, à Paris tu peux faire du porte à porte pour un poste de barmaid ou de serveuse ds un grand hotel, grand restaurant, il y a plein d'endroits chics où il favorise le physique de la fille, essaie "chez les Costes" ils aiment que leurs serveuses "en jette" (c'est là que George Clooney a rencontré Céline, et qu'il la ramené aux Etats Unis) et tu pourras très bien gagné ta vie, car les clients sont généreux en pourboire et tu es bien payé.
le souci sera le logement, car comme il est dit plus haut les proprios sont très réticents à louer sans garant.
