Un 'agent FRANCO-BRESILIEN me conseille de passer impérativement par un "dispachante" sorte d'agent ou de courtier chargé de faire le démarches à la place du demandeur alors que le visa permanent n'est délivré qu'en FRANCE avant le départ (1er point) ensuite le prix!! (1.400e sur place au BRESIL contre 200e ici au Consulat (2ème point)!
!! c'est à ne rien y comprendre! le consulat interrogé sur cette pratique ne se manifeste pas!! qu'en pensez-vous? y a un loup quelque part?😠

Quel est le type de ton visa permanent ? création d'entreprise ( 50 000 US$ à bloquer ), retraite (retraite à prouver >= 2000 US$ par mois), époux de brésilienne ou père d'un enfant brésilien ?
Si tu n'es pas dans un de ces cas, il n'existe pas de possibilité d'obtenir un visa permanent.
je te conseille de poser la question sur ABC latina brésil tu auras des réponses précises.

Conseils d'amis français installés la bas depuis longtemps, prend un avocat conseillé par le consulat, n'importe comment tu es obligé de te rendre sur place faire le depot de visa permanent et le retirer a l'ambassade a paris par la suite.
U comptable peux le faire pour toi egalement,

Je comptes obtenir mon visa comme je l'ai dit et répété de la façon la plus légale possible au départ en FRANCE après avoir fait valoir mes droits au regard des accords bilatéraux. Pour les autres rens, le site du consulat en FRANCE répond à mes questions. visa creation entreprise --) il ya un dossier a monter sur place et en general les personnes prennent soit un avocat ou comptable pour mener a bien ce dossier dans les meandres de l´administration brésilienne ..... si vous vous sentez capable de remplir les formulaires si vous connaissez toutes les lois qui sortent a un rytme effréné, si vous avez du temps de libre -- ) vous pouvez tjrs tenter pour economiser les 1400euros demandés ( je crois que c´est d´ailleurs dans les normes bcp d´avocats demandent encore plus ... - deux choses importantes certe a voir le cout ... mais encore plus la competence ... voire la moralite de la personne ....
lorsque vous serez plus precis sur le visa demandé les foromeurs de forum voyage ou abc latina ou afc .org vous repondrons precisement si il ya un loup quelques part

le visa d ínvestissement, les formalites sont faites au bresil ( serait un peu complique de monter un dossier a Paris ) mais il est vrai le hic les personnes sont obligees de retourner sur Paris x mois plus tard pour prendre le visa .

Le visa de retraité il suffit de suivre les etapes et les taxes demandées par l´Amba bresil à Paris - aucunement besoin d´un intermédiare ni de dépense suplémentaires .
fournir les documents demandés et suivre les delais
etape 1- fournir les documets et demande
etape 2- dans un délai de 1 mois environ retour d´une reponse de Brasilia pour autorisation de faire un visa de retraité
etape 3- faire la demande de visa proprement dite avec le numero de protocole delivre a brasilia
reponse et delivrance du visa dans un délai assez rapide +ou - 1 semaine .
etape 4 - sur place au bresil sans intermediare demande de la RNE et ensuite attente de la RNE ..... 3....6... 8 mois.
enrealite les frais de ce visa depasse les 200 euros ... car frais a la premiere etape - les 200 euros pour la deuxieme - et encore une taxe pour faire la RNE .
J´ai dit que les demandeurs de visas investisseurs passent en general par un avocat ou autre comptable etc ... societe de service ..... pour constituer ce dossier investisseur - creer l´entreprise suivant ces besoins, ouverture de compte de commerce etc ........etc... et que le prix que vous citiez pouvait etre cela dans le cas ou vous demandiez un visa investisseur
que les foromeurs ne pouvaient pas vous repondre sans savoir dans quel cas vous vous trouviez .
